4241  Economy / Economics / Re: Will African countries be developed? on: August 15, 2020, 02:39:12 PM
Nope, they won’t be developed, because they have bad leaders

It is not about their leaders. Their leaders are only a mirror of their people. It is always like that. If the overall education levels of the Arfican people raise, then stupid leaders won't get elected. Till then, no development for them.
The corrupts leaders knew how to manoeuvre those teeming poverty stricken and unemployed masses during electioneering campaigns they politicians always entices their voters  i.e people even with their high level of education with money thus ensuring wining at all cost in some instances they bribed electoral bodies to rig election for them.
Africans has a long way in getting out of this underdevelopment mess unless those bad leaders are get rid off else the continent will continue undeveloped except some few countries who trying to get developed however developed countries are always enticed with untapped raw minerals resources in African which they can import to their countries.
4242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With this recent surge in BTC, is it possible to have all time high this year? on: August 15, 2020, 11:54:47 AM
Despite the pandemic and the current situation throughout the world, BTC keeps on surging upward in price. This might not be far from the upcoming halving happening in the next 13 days. If BTC can recover like this from $3800 and now trading above $9000, it is likely to speculate that we might have another all-time high this year?

Many people globally might have avoided having contact with fiat to avoid contracting covid-19 especially in countries were locked had been enforced thus diverted their attention to virtual sort of currencies particularly using bitcoin for most their online transactions I believed this might be one the factor responsible for the sudden surge in the price of bitcoin, be as it may ATH is quite possible this year except if there is usual whales manipulations or government clamping down on crypto related business in places where bitcoin is well adopted.
4243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are buying when the price is going up and not when it is down on: August 15, 2020, 10:17:07 AM
I notice that when there the price is going up so many people are joining the train and they also buy because the price is going up and they are going to make a profit, why people are not buying when it is down when the price will eventually go up and they can make a lot of profit.  Huh
Trading cryptos require some bit of knowledge people buying at peak or when the price is climbing don't really study price action thus trading blindly this is often said times without number that " buy at low and sell at high" mid July the price of bitcoin was ranging at $9000 to $9300 I believed that was the most appropriate period to buy and hodl its quit funny seeing buyers when the price is pumping probably may be just scalp some profits if so such a trader must have experience in trading.
4244  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Working online for bitcoin - would you give this up? on: August 15, 2020, 09:47:10 AM
my advice is to find a way of discouraging any means of automating those tasks to wide off those who wants to circumvent those tasks and your efforts at all cost thus depriving thousand of real and legitimate workers globally means of earning some bucks.

whoa.... can you rephrase that?   I don't understand.  Smiley
[/quote]
Try and block any loophole that will warrant some computer experts that can automate those jobs or task to earn more bitcoin for themselves rather allow real workers to complete those tasks.
4245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 15, 2020, 08:49:47 AM
I was very disappointed watching Barca fall like a house of card, such an embarrassing defeat is quite degrading for such a big calibre club like barca all the players didn't live up expectation yestarday I believe the whole team need an overhauling and rebuilding again since the exit of duo Xavi and Iniesta Barca had never been a balanced team recalled in the era of Tiki-Taka, Barca are delightful to watch while playing attacking and possessive football that era had passed, the team needs a new set of young talented players.
4246  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Working online for bitcoin - would you give this up? on: August 14, 2020, 05:26:30 PM
Kudos to you for conceptualizing this idea I hope this idea comes into real live my advice is to find a way of discouraging any means of automating those tasks to wide off those who wants to circumvent those tasks and your efforts at all cost thus depriving thousand of real and legitimate workers globally means of earning some bucks.
This idea will spread the gospel of using cryptocurrencies worldwide of course newbies workers will know that creating a wallet is mandatory to receive payment thus creating an avenue for learning and the use of cryptos, this will also reduce poverty rate especially in third world countries particularly at this point in time when coid-19 is ravaging the world.
4247  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which is a good option?? Trade or Hodl on: August 14, 2020, 04:37:40 PM
Is it better to keep good project coins for holding?
                                or
Trade in spot/ futures market in less leverage.

For a newbie my preference is hodling a good coin this can be done with some little research and without much hassle particularly when investing in bitcoin and other profitable cryptocurrencies although it also has it own risk especially when bought at the peak however trading spot/future requires wide range of knowledge which might not be easily acquired within a short period of time else a trader portfolio or account can be rekt easily that is why it is always advisable for any newbie to demo trade in spot/future i.e practice and make profits  consistently before funding their account.
4248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Patience above all will be rewarded here on: August 14, 2020, 03:39:03 PM
Well patience don't always work in most cases, there are some situations where if you are patient you will be rewarded at the end while there some certain situations where patience don't work only smartness, when it comes btc I guess yes, you need lots of patience because price is always up and down, it all boils down to knowing when to be smart and when to be patience.
The word 'patience" wouldn't ring bell to many hodlers particularly some newbies who thinks that investing in bitcoin is a get "rick quickly" however majority get disappointed and not smart enough to wait for the green days before dumping it having waited enough within their own period while those who waited patiently enough reap their reward massively,  an adage says that 'a patience dog eat the most fattest bone' another rave of pumping is on the move now some of them will start selling now due to fear of losing out.
4249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solution to too many promoters on: August 14, 2020, 01:18:02 PM
I also agree with your opinion, as many bounty hunters complain that they are getting very few tokens, but they all have their own policies regarding the bounty manager.
it is better to receive less reward, but the tokens must have value and then can bring profit to their holders. very often bounty hunters receive a large amount of tokens but they do not cost any dollar
Like the DIA project bounty, the initial project budget is only $ 5000 for the bounty. But after being listed on exchanges the price went up to 3 $ 1 token and now bounty's budget is 300k $. It was really crazy growth
The fact is that  hunters are always advisable or expected to hodl their tokens perhaps that coin might be a good project, using DIA as a case study hodlers of those token who had waited patiently  enough earned a massive reward, who among those numerous hunters can exercise such a patience? only few a lot of them, once rewarded dumped and move on thus the cycle continues above all a clear study and research is all that is required to participate in a project with a good prospect.
4250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 14, 2020, 12:10:49 PM
My expectation and hope of Atletico Madrid qualifying in the Semi finals of UCL at the expence of RB Leipzig was dashed I never expect Atletico to crashed out at this stage based on their pedigree in all their European outings particularly eliminating Liverpool the defending champion in this year CL anyway congratulation to leipzig despite not fielding their potent striker Timo Werner who had been signed by chelsea this si a club established 11 years ago waxing stronger year in year out despite running the club with a small budget.
4251  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will you do when Bitcoin reach$20k? on: August 13, 2020, 10:59:13 PM
I will sell half of my portfolio off if the price reaches $20K and continue to hodl the other half while waiting for another pump irrespective of the price behavior bullish or bearish all I need to do is to wait patiently the mistake of not selling some in the last ATH in 2017 had taught a lot of us lessons while some hodlers luckly sold off some of their coins then thus making a massive profits, bitcoin hodling is for strong-minded people not for feeble-minded ones who fumbles and sell off in any massive dump in it price.
4252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing In Crypto Genuine Better Than Trading Forex on: August 13, 2020, 09:51:33 PM
Since January this year, I have been trading forex as a second passive income earning. After making some money in crypto I venture into trading forex, but I got my finger burnt. I wasted a lot of money without making a single profit. I regretted this venture. I have come into conclusion that investing in the genuine crypto project is far better than trading forex.  The risk in trading forex is higher than investing in a genuine crypto project.
From my point of view you have not really gotten enough knowledge in forex trading before venturing into it, statistically 95% of traders in forex trading lose money however with a proper skill and sound money management in addition with a working strategy you will be profitable in a long run, you could had started with demo first to learn the robe after making profits consistently thereafter you can embark on funding your portfolio even trading cryptos too requires some basic knowledge ie by avoiding trading blindly for example buying at peak instead of selling, your account can also be rekt while trading cryptos there is no short cut or cutting corner in learning trading.
4253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do scams harm Bitcoin's reputation in the mainstream world? on: August 13, 2020, 08:34:27 PM
I think fraud really affects the reputation of bitcoin, if there is more fraud or negative news about bitcoin then it will affect the price of bitcoin and other crypto currencies, but after that there will be positive news about bitcoin and at that time the price of bitcoin starts to rise, everything is like is set up so that the investors can make a profit.
Fraudsters had indeed given bitcoin and other cryptos a bad reputation and they are banking on its decentralized feature to perpetuate this dastardly act its becoming hard convincing newbies nowadays to investing in bitcoin due to scams, couple with the fact that the moribund and bankrupted MMM ponzi scheme also uses bitcoin to collect funds from investors before disappearing into thin air, we have many task ahead by trying to encourage and convince would-be investors to having a positive mindset toward investing in bitcoin when they news scaring them about those twitter hacks, hyips etc.
4254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: August 13, 2020, 05:52:48 PM
A lot of bounty hunters aren't that lucky, most of them only get a few dollars for participating in a bounty campaign that runs for months and this is actually not a good way to market a project, if the participants aren't getting paid enough then I am sure they won't do a good job in promoting the project. That's the reason why I join bounties where only a small group of people have already joined as more stakes will be rewarded per user which mean more chunk from the reward pool per user.
Now is a tough time for bounty hunters to get the big pay, especially when we rarely find a good project. The main factor in the decline in interest of bounty hunters is that they receive very little payment or the coins they get have no selling value in the market.
We as bounty hunters must be more creative in following projects, so that we can get good rewards when the project ends.
Bounty campaigns requires many participants to ensure a wider coverage unfortunately the project team managers are not living up to their expectations in terms payment to bounty hunters who had sacrifices their time and energy a lot of these projects does not have a clear cut and feasible project they are mainly after investors funds once they got these funds they tend to abandon the project mid way thus allowing the values of those tokens paid to hunters to drop and dump massively rendering the services of hunters worthless its a pity these had been going on unchecked.
The way is out is for hunters to be selective in participation of bounty hunting after a thorough research.
4255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 13, 2020, 02:10:22 PM
I don’t know anything about Kostas Tsimikas. Any Greek guys here?

Is he any good?

It’s back up for Robertson so I see it as a positive.

Many do not know Kostas Tsimikas, because this player has just won a place in the Olympiakos main team in the 2018-2019 season.
And the two previous seasons on loan to Esbjerg and Willem II. The 2019-2020 season Tsimikas appeared in 46 matches helping Olympiakos
won the Greek Super League champion. To be a back up for Robertson I think it is good, and also the purchase price is not too expensive.
Obviously Tsimikas has been a good player judging by his previous clubs and playing time i.e experiences Kloop must have watched his pattern of play thus signing him as a another back up player, he (Tsimikas) might not make an instant impact in the team however a close monitoring and guidance by Kloop will surely make him to blend with his teammates of course the style of play of Liverpool and the whole team strength lies with the attacking prowess of their leftback and rightback Robertson and Arnold however an injury to Robertson will give a chance to Kostas Tsimikas prove his worth IMHO.
4256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 12, 2020, 05:13:44 PM
I think tonight's match Atalanta will be fateful, as we know Paris has a group of distinguished players, who can score beautiful goals!!!! If Atalanta is looking to reach the semi-finals, they must win tonight by two goals to ensure qualification.

Although Atalanta has two goals deficit whoever anything can happen in any UCL match at this stage recalled Juventus vs Lyon analysts and soccer pundits predicted Juventus to win that tie while parading stars like Ronaldo, Dbala etc however they crashed out thanks to away goal rule so also Man city, analysts might have rated Atalanta as the underdog in today match meanwhile PSG has some backlog of injured players Mbappe coming out of injury to play today might not have reach his fitness level.

Juventus playing at home is a big plus for them I am fully in support of them overturning the outcome or result of the first leg although soccer analysts are skeptical about their dismal performances lately in serial A having some losing streaks lately I believed the team having won the league took a steam off and performed at below par however UCL is a different ball game the players knew that, they will throw in everything to ensure wining the second leg
4259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: August 01, 2020, 11:38:43 AM
I agree Wolves might indeed not possibly win the UEFA Europa League, because Wolves and Leverkusen are the underdog team.
I also agree that the strong candidates for the championship are Manchester United or Sevilla. Actually Inter Milan is also good
but the game is inconsistent, sometimes the game is worthy of a champion and sometimes the game is very bad.

no Inter is not good, Inter is the best  Cool (from a supporter point of view, of course)

I'm seeing M Utd and Leverkusen as two big potencials here, and really hope that Inter will do a great job to remain as more as possible in the competition
I am also tipping Man Utd , Leverkusen, Sevilla and Inter as the potential Europa league finalist although Man Utd might not be able to lift the trophy they wouldn't live up expectation whenever they plays any undergod team, wolves also play possessive football however they lack experience beat the top rated teams.
4260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still sleeping? on: August 01, 2020, 10:42:17 AM
The title sound funny right. It is not news that the crypto market is booming now, I hope you are already putting every necessary things in place to maximize the state of the market now and the state to come. If you are yet to start investing in one or two promising project by now, it means you are still sleeping. Wake up and do something. I have seen a lot of post complaining about how they missed out of 2017, are you sure you are not going to miss out of this? Hmmmm.
Yes I had identify one or two promising altcoins for investment I am also taking a look at ethereum which also look promising once bitcoin bullish sentiment kick-starts which had started already then there is the tendency of other altcoins pumping too, the market is becoming green all round investors who had already held there coins will have started taking profits now while other investors should make their own research too and identify profitable coins bitcoin pumping had given us the green light.
