4261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Platform for dai stablecoin ( farming and staking) on: October 26, 2021, 12:59:17 PM
Are you in the Ethereum network? Please be aware that currently on the Ethereum network, gas is an extremely high fee, since you said you have "few" dai, so the Ethereum network is not the best for you for now.
Yes I'm currently staking it on Binance savings. But I feel I can be more profitable on dex or platform that utilise a good profit for stablecoin alone.

s I checked before on Polygon chain, they have DAI there and you can use it for farming such as in Sushi or DFYN on Polygon chain, I already tried it, try to explore too on other chains not only on Polygon.
Hello what you mean kind of farming? Is that a stablecoin utilisation alone, I supposed your not suggesting a liquidity farm with pair? But I don't like the IL, so I'm looking for a dai platform that gives out more than 4.53% APR, and the trusted one.
4262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hype is more important than Utility on: October 26, 2021, 09:53:56 AM
Hype can make a coin pump but it's generally unsustainable and utility can make a coin pump long term but it needs hype to thrive, otherwise there won't be enough people to patronize and buy such coin. Hypecoins are good for short term gains, but will never beat utility in terms of smart long term calculated investing.
If you are a trader or investor, what is important to you in choosing token or coins to invest, coins depends on hype or coins with utility?
For me it should have both. WELL I also played some hype coin and I know when to exit or at least cut losses. But overall I preferred having a use case and when I see how useful it is. I generally bag some or ape on that. Some projects with amazing use case can pump anytime as soon as people started to noticed that.
4263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Liquid vesting? Any competitive coins out there? on: October 26, 2021, 07:50:11 AM
Honestly I am curious on what I can read o how this unevst works. I've clicked the article and there is another forwarded link so I thought Im gonna be directed to such an article however it was refered to a telegram group? Are you serious? This is not a good type of post I think when you need to explain something in details then make content here or attached links that are just for completion of information and not like this luring us to be a member of a telegram group for increasing your members.
4264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized Minting vs Staking vs Trading vs Hodling on: October 26, 2021, 07:23:36 AM
As far as long-term plays go, what's your style? That allows you to beat the APY of the general stock market?

My portfolio is: 25% Minting, 50% hodling fundamentals, and 25% trading. Not sure if I could be doing better, but coming out with 30-35% annual returns
For me I think 50% holding 30% farming and staking and 20% trading. I allot a small percentage on trading since its risky and I'm not that expert with that. Staking and farming is mroe appealing for me and for sure holding which is my best strategy and safest from stress and problems. I got your point and had almost the same idea.
4265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange, is it safe and good to trade here? on: October 25, 2021, 07:37:20 AM
So I realized that, recently, there are so many tokens getting listed on Hotbit.

Tried trading few times,

And I guess this exchange is a lot better than Bitforex or Digifinex (I mean these two WERE good.. but not anymore.. I think)

At least all my tokens are not gone in the wind and assets look safe.

But are the tokens on this exchange trustworthy? I don't wanna trade on SCAM exchanges.

Any experience with Hotbit, anyone?

I've used hotbit before, the exchange is legit, but there are also complained of being scam. But from my experience it's good but that was years ago never used that again since then.

All I can say is that they listed some of the tokens that are potential scam and rug meaning they can accommodate it as long as the project paid it.
4266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone willing to be my mentor/helper? on: October 25, 2021, 04:53:31 AM
So I'm about to invest in cryptos for about 1500 euro after trying it out in september with great failure, lost a bunch, bought high and sold low cause I needed the money.  Now actually I'm thinking of flipping coins, find good coins in dip and sell them in pump and repeat in other coins, I'm gonna stop cashing out cryptos in need of money.
Mentor like someone will guide you throughout the way? Luckily there are plenty of resources on the Internet. But I'm not sure if there are people who do a 1 on 1 tutorial for this and a guide for a proper and effective trading strategy. But if you can afford to pay, probably some will accommodate you.

Its always about money and payment. There are plenty of ways but I advise use Internet since its free.
4267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all pro traders on: October 25, 2021, 03:58:34 AM
Hi experts in the house, is it true that present crypto market moves is like 2017 4th quarter? Is it true that there will be another massive bull run mostly on altcoins? I sucks at reading charts so I don't know how true is this

That's most likely speculation. It isnt impossible but we don't know until we see it. Market moves on its own accord and we can see many factor for it not to happen or bound to occur in time.

Some say it could go wild at the end of the year but remember the 2018 and 2019 end of year. Both are not that good right? So we can't say how turn of events will unfold but of course everybody is definitely waiting for a great run.
4268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SOL failed to break ATH on: October 24, 2021, 01:28:20 PM
For now solana is at the price of 198.80$ is it the best time to invest in Solana or not?
For now I think its better to wait the retracement since its way more wise to let it dump for a lower price than ape with a very high price. We all knew there will be a backtrack on its price as btc is quite volatile and not sure if this will continue and it will be affecting alts position too.
4269  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: NEW PROJECT REVIEW. DO YOU HAVE THE TIME? on: October 24, 2021, 12:55:59 PM
MOST PROJECTS that came out in 2018,,2109 are no more.
Be carful on what you invest because many are no more.
Yes they gone but probably the team behind those projects are now working on current projects now. That's how simple in crypto. If the project dead, then create new one. Same people different project. That is how the crypto experts doing when they done milking some investors, they will jump ship to new one and made money again and same again.
4270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rebase tokens on: October 24, 2021, 08:56:32 AM
Have anyone really had a good experience while holding rebase coins? Any you guys seen any rebase project that became successful and still alive? 99% of them sucks hard honestly or maybe I was wrong? Share your experiences with rebase tokens
My experience on rebase coin isn't good. But I think I've joined one before that has good profit but since majority of my entry there are loss then Ive stopped investing on this kind of features. I think the one left that still hanging are those only who are listed on big exchanges. Problem here are some manipulate the price until rebase happened leaving retailers lose.
4271  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to safely login to Crypto exchange on web without username and password on: October 24, 2021, 02:56:03 AM
I've always see this actually the QR code option but of course with a lots of speculation of how dangerous even this kind of login never tried it. But thanks to OP showing this approach. Maybe I'll try it with a dummy account instead just for experience.

QR code is only more convenient to use for lazy people. If I want to log in my account, I will type my password and I don't mind to use QR code. It takes me a little bit time but I feel more safely than using QR code.
Actually this is better. This kind of option are for those who are in rush or in need of fast signing up. But totally a split time could be a big change in terms of security. So really its better to do the password one.
4272  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Coinmarketcap hack leaked 3.1 million emails! on: October 23, 2021, 09:54:50 AM
I've seen this announcement and luckily I don't use any email for using coinmarketcap instead only using their portfolio version for free without any need of logging in.

I think users must rush changing their details as this could lead to many spams that users might clicked on and become victim of scams links. Thanks for sharing this here OP.
4273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more suitable for investors, Eefi or NTF? on: October 23, 2021, 08:17:57 AM
Actually many have been doing this now especially those high profile games nft. I remember how yield guild games making their investors received an airdrop. Its also a part of their rewarding bonuses. I didn't have any of it but I just saw an announcement of nft airdrop consist of their utility tokens unlocked with certain timeframe.

DeFi project such as time and spell also making waves as they show tremendous hype with their collateral and lending application. What more if they used nft right?
4274  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Truth about burning off coins on: October 23, 2021, 07:43:17 AM
I'm just saying newbies should care more about a project features and utilities rather than burning max supply, you have been fooled if you are thinking this way, coinmarketcap is full of such coins especially the meme coins
Some coins have burned allocations and its quite good actually but you are also got a point. Newbies should not blindly get attracted with this though looking into the use case of the tokens. But I disagree that most projects with burn function are all created to game or make hype over their investors. What if the token has been burned worth a lot now? Is it still about money being burned out of nothing?

It also show sometime projects sincerity that they are focusing on something and don't care about extra tokens that might be used for corruption.
4275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC @ $600! on: October 23, 2021, 05:50:14 AM
I think it's being neglected because everyone is distracted by the hype and perceived profit potential of other crypto products.  That's all and good but if you want to get some BTC on the cheap, there it is.
You can't blame the people not choosing that over some new tokens and coin with related to nft or hype gaming. People wanted profit and chooses to do invest more on this cause they can see potential. I'm not saying that this one isn't good. Its just people learn and appreciated more updated project rather this one, that's all.
4276  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking Profits on: October 22, 2021, 11:11:23 AM
Hello, what is the best way to take profits? I'm confused if I should take my seed out?
Seed means your a private investors right? If I'm right then, sell all your initial tokens and even the remaining vested until you gain back your capital. Now when this is done you can let the other vested ride until the market improve or depends on you if you wanna take profit monthly.
4277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Ethereum price at the end of the October. on: October 22, 2021, 08:07:32 AM
Hello,
Can anyone predicate the price of the Ethereum at the end of the October? I have a little ETH and I want to know it is better to keep it or exchange it to the Tether!

Thank you.
If the bull run continue and as experts says their prediction would be. Eth could reach another all time high once again. Who knows could be 10k utmost, but of course its still advisable to be cautious. Crypto investment is quite risky and could experience such market failure or crash. So invest only you can afford to lose so you don't have any regrets about it.
4278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Guild of Guardians on: October 22, 2021, 06:47:55 AM
So what's coming on Guild of Guardians. I've been waiting since wave 1 sale for some details and especially on the game itself. But I just stumble with their recent article:

https://guildofguardians.medium.com/the-guild-of-guardian-diaries-edition-3-836fadf663b5

Damn this is one fo the detailed explanation on how the gameplay would come up next year. I am more bullish with this project. Not gonna insist on everyone to invest here since everything is kinda risky. But if you are fond of blockchain games then that's gonna be a waste if youre not following them.
4279  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need help in setting up TrustWallet / Binance Wallet on: October 22, 2021, 05:22:00 AM
1. How to transfer the balance to Trustwallet. I have an exchange account with Binance and Kucoin
Just use withdraw function. You can use bep2 or bep20 and even erc20 to withdraw your funds from those exchange and transfer to trustwallet.

2. Which is the cheapest way to transfer the balance to Trustwallet.....USDT, BTC or any other way and through which blockchain like ERC20, etc....which?
I think for now used the bep20 cause its more cheaper than eth network chain.

3. After adding USDT or BTC balance in Trustwallet, can I transfer USDT to ETH or SOL inside Trustwallet without the help of Pancake or Uniswap?
Im not sure if sol is supported on trustwallet but you can transfer your usdt to eth directly since they also have swap feature. But better use uniswap or pancakeswap for swapping.

Quote from: alicetheman link=topic=5366949.msg58239500#msg58239500
4. What are the transaction charges for transferring balance >> to and fro Trustwallet - >> Transaction on Pancake and Uniswap , etc.....can i deal with a small amount of $1 or $2 to check how all things work. Does this small amount of transaction can cover fees? Transaction fees are in % or in fixed $s?
Its depend on chain sometime it could be low or high. Yes using bsc the fees not even exceed $1 it could be lowered.

5. Which is more safer Trsutwallet or Binance Chain wallet?
What's binance chain wallet? Trustwallet owned by Binance, so technically its safe.
4280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about Uniswap on: October 22, 2021, 04:16:12 AM
A simple question, where does Uniswap (I'm talking about the exchange, not the token) take the price of a certain coin/token from (I mean, how does it calculate the price of a token)?....Does it take it from Coinmarketcap or etherscan?
You mean when they got listed their coin? Normally some listed on their platform even not listed there as long as the token have some liquidity. Its the LP whom provide it will dictate the price and based on the balance input on token and corresponding pairing.

To make it clear, we know that a coin's price depends on circulating supply and total market cap, so, I was wondering if maybe Uniswap exchange could have its own statistics about these two elements and then it can make its own calculations.
What kind of statistic? Im not sure if uniswap have been using oracle from other projects but most likely they have already.
