If you don't want to commit with the trading I guess one of the most ideal is to hold your assets and pull it out once the price is already suited to your ideal profit. As for now i didn't even experience having a lottery into an exchange because mostly they are just giving some drops of different altcoins we called the airdrop and those things handle with a contest or event even binance have this kind of feature or event to their users which is good to become more active on their platform also such as the coin investment like staking they are rewarding their users on it. I guess that win because of the ticket made by the users to have a higher chance to win.
