4261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HOW DO WE INCREASE THE VALUE OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES? on: November 12, 2018, 10:26:42 AM
There are over 1500 cryptocurrencies on the market. However, most of these crytocurrencies has little or no value at all. I have been selling several of these cryptocurrencies whose prices are just nothing to write home about.

It is sad to see several cryptocurrencies valuing less  than 0.0001 dollars. We, the investor( time and money investors) need to do a lot to cater for this unattractive prices. Some investors are scared of the low prices and hence are not even interested in trading in cryptocurrencies at what?

What can we do to speed up cryptocurrencies in terms of price?Huh?

Please share your ideas.

Their value less then 0,01$ because their quantity is to much! Bitcoin has a supply for 21 million max. But some cryptocurrencies 1 billion. So it not easy to rise their value.
4262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin slow when you talk about moving money? on: November 12, 2018, 10:24:56 AM
Cory Johnson, Ripple Chief Market Strategist said that "Bitcoin is slow when you talk about moving money" in a recent discussion on the future of blockchain and cryptocurrency @ foxbusiness.com.

Following this comment, Ripple tweeted on its official twitter page that
“Money should move as fast as ideas move as fast as data moves and right now it doesn’t.”

While i strongly agree to Ripples tweet, i turn to ponder over exactly what Cory John has experience with Bitcoin. So i gave it a try, and the transaction experience is nothing better to write home about nor keep mute over

Anyways before i draw any conclusions. I just want to find out if
1. You agree or disagree with Ripples tweet.
2. You agree or disagree with Cory John assertion.

However before you comment on the Number two. You should have had an experience with transferring money with Bitcoin in the past couple of Weeks.

I think, Ripple's tweet is right. No one wants to wait when payment is pending about 15-20 minutes. Don't think only it is a money trasnferring. Bitcoin is a tool for peer-to-peer payments. So I want make a deal with someone. And he send me his Bitcoin. Everything is ok but we have to wait for transfer approval? It is not cool.

It has to be fixed ASAP. There is two biggest problem for Bitcoin. One of the transaction speed and the other one is the energy consume. Someone has to find a solution this two problem.
4263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The new address of bitcoin is a little strange on: November 12, 2018, 10:20:22 AM
Bitcoin usage or holder ratio is increasing. As a result, more and more wallets are being produced every day. But it is impossible to know how much of these wallets are created for new entry into the market. This is important data. Those who open the second or more wallets don't contribute much.
4264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Ethereum core developers have agreed to a hard fork in mid-January of 2019. on: November 11, 2018, 08:06:35 AM
During the latest Ethereum core devs meeting, held today, the developers set Wednesday, January 16, as the date to implement the upcoming Constantinople hard fork on the mainnet. This date is subject to change if issues arise or other considerations are brought forward between now and then.

what do you think? Ethereum will life again? Smiley

He was postponed for a few times. Ethereum needs a new thrill. In the event of a support or improvement, the price will rise.

Ethereum's price rise is not only for Ethereum HODL'ers, but for everyone on the market. Token prices are closely related to the rise of Ethereum.
4265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in Ripple? on: November 11, 2018, 08:04:22 AM
XRP is a long term patience play based on fundamentals. If a person wants fast money then learn technical analysis and day trade. XRP could potentially make life changing money so its worth the wait.

I don't think so. Ripple has never been a constant rising price. Continuous price before going up then falling. Ripple can be a very good crypto money in the future. But for me, it is a currency that applies to the transition from FIAT to crypto. When this transition is complete, nobody will talk about Ripple.
4266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be the currency of our future? on: November 09, 2018, 10:47:55 AM
Hey,

I have been investing in some btc recently and i have seen that in my country i can pay for example in a pizza restaurant (when i order online) with online coins.
Do you think that btc will become the future currency of our world?

Actually It can be. But we need some times. We have to find a solutions for energy consume and transaction speed. If we will use Bitcoin for a payment, we have to improve Blockchain network. No one wants to wait for 15 minute when make a payment.
4267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we Need Central Banks? on: November 09, 2018, 10:45:22 AM
As global economic movements increase, central banks are beginning to be ineffective. Money mobility also increased. Even if central banks try to do the right things, sometimes bad results may arise. In the light of all these data, Bitcoin can be solution with global and a limited number.
4268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Not Ripe To Replace Gold: Analyst Kristoffer Inton on: November 09, 2018, 10:41:13 AM
It's not a good thing not to participate in this article. I think both Bitcoin and Gold are a nice investment tool. Both will be valued in the future. Investors can be create a invest box with both.
4269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FIRST BITCOIN-BACKED LOAN ISSUED IN CANADA on: November 08, 2018, 11:58:37 AM
There is a project that Roger VER advises. His name is MoneyToken. It has a similar function. BTC, ETH, USDT and a few more cryptocurrencies began to be loan money. Many projects like this bank and project can be realized soon.

4271  Local / Alternatif Kripto-Paralar / Re: Stellar (XLM) 1 Dolara Ulaşabilir Mi? on: November 07, 2018, 01:24:00 PM

4273  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Someone hacked my bittrex account - will I get the BTC back? on: November 07, 2018, 01:18:24 PM
You must have contacted Bittrex immediately. Even if you haven't been through by now, just get back in there so you can get it back if your money is still there. This is a very bad thing, and hopefully no one lives such a bad thing.
4274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin NOW ?? on: November 07, 2018, 01:16:26 PM
NPXS is one of the altcoins I have the biggest expectation. Pundix teams work well, and they have a very strong community support. I think, next bull season will be good for NPXS.
4275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is It Okay For Newbies To Participate in Blockchain.com $125Million XLM Airdrop? on: November 07, 2018, 01:13:56 PM
Blockchain.com is a beautiful platform run by intelligent people. I was surprised that they did this kind of airdrop. However, I am confident that the opportunists have tried to open hundreds of e-mail accounts and blockchain.com team has already think prevent them from receiving free XLM.
4276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There will be a global cryptocurrency, but not bitcoin says EX Goldman Sachs on: November 04, 2018, 08:09:23 PM
Gray Cohn, former president of Goldman Sachs and also former chief economic advisor to US President Donald Trump. Cohn believes that world will have global cryptocurrency in future but it will not be a Bitcoin. Cohn told on CNBC on May 8th Squawk interview.

The future will have simpler global cryptocurrency

In an interview with Squawk on the Street, the former president of Goldman Sachs, Gray Cohn said,

“I'm not a big believer in bitcoin. I am a believer in blockchain technology. I do think we will have a global cryptocurrency at some point where the world understands it and it's not based on mining costs or cost of electricity or things like that”.

Even after a rapid growth in bitcoin there are several issues like it price volatility, high transaction volumes. Accordingly, the Cohn’s believes that global cryptocurrency in the future will be simplest and easier to understand compared to Bitcoin.

He said,

“It will probably have some blockchain technology behind it, but it will be much more easily understood how it’s created, how it moves and how people can use it”.

Furthermore, he thinks that the global cryptocurrency in the future will not be on mining costs or electricity cost. However, Bitcoin mining is completely depending on miner’s system to solves hashes in return to get rewards via PoW protocol. In last October, bitcoin mining required 56 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per day at an expense of $6.7 million.

On the note, Cohn was asked about the Goldman Sachs recent reports like it is offering Bitcoin contracts and aiming to open a trading desk. He replied, Goldman Sachs must consider only the best interests of their shareholders. Later on, he also mentioned saying that he owns no share in Goldman Sachs.

Additionally, he said about his March departure from the Trump administration, that he was considering running a regulated bank, but in digitized world.

“I do have an idea for a company. It would be an interesting concept playing on the knowledge I know from the banking world”.
Simultaneously, bitcoin price is floating towards the mark of $10,000, still many believes and hopes that bitcoin will hit the heights.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a start-up news after these conversations. Everyone first criticizes Bitcoin and then seeks to uncover another coin. So everyone wants to make money.
4277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What time is the SEC meeting for bitcoin ETF meeting? on: November 04, 2018, 08:07:37 PM

Any ideas?

Thanks.

I'm not sure, but it's not about the ETF decision tomorrow. The last day of the submission of the paperwork for the projects that it decided to refuse tomorrow. I know the decision about the ETF will be announced later. But I'm not so sure as I said before.
4278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are stabletokens going to be the new altcoin hype? on: November 02, 2018, 08:39:19 AM
Lot of stablecoin projects coming out in the space. Coinbase added USDC and Bancor went Live with Peg network today! https://twitter.com/Bancor/status/1057571877064003584

I'm guessing it would affect the Bitcoin price before the Altcoins. In the meantime, according to a report I read a new stable coin is coming today. The name is Stable USD (USDS). I guess it's not gonna end. We were talking about the number of ICOs but the number of Stable coins will catch ICOs in a short time.
4279  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC Prices Predicting Software on: November 02, 2018, 08:36:47 AM
What do you guys think about this software?

I've been trying to find something similar it seems like no one discusses this type of projects.

Would there be general interest from investors and BTC traders?

Every day dozens, hundreds of people try to guess, and many fail. It is not easy for a program to succeed in this sense. Because Bitcoin graphics are interpreted by basic analysis. It's not easy for the computer to do that.
4280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think only the rich can make profit from Bitcoin? on: November 02, 2018, 08:35:21 AM
Let's not just call rich people profit. Let's say that rich people can be more profitable. Ultimately, the big investment will be big. But the damage is the same way.
