4261  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is 12K USD is the next target? on: March 06, 2020, 11:28:38 AM
$12k is still possible mate, bitcoin again as we are witnessing now is trying to climb on its high which is $10400, once we broke that price, who knows what next, maybe a big pump that would push bitcoin to $12,000 and it could possibly happen before the halving.

The pressure and the hype comes together,  I am thinking of the surprise that could certainly take place soon since bitcoin is quite very impressive at the start and we are at a good moment now, I have to say I am very much bullish in the first half, especially before the halving.
4262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can porn sites make bitcoin more popular or will it brings negative effects? on: March 06, 2020, 10:51:56 AM
That's why this is what I think also the negative effect of accepting bitcoin to access those pornsite.
Was it really illegal to use bitcoin for pornsites? I mean it's just like gambling in crypto space when gambling is illegal in your country, you want to bypass the restriction, you can't use fiat so you find an alternative and we use bitcoin.

And also this is already happening now bitcoin is already accepted in some not famous porn website.
That's coming from you that it's already happening, so what do you think about the effect?
4263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can porn sites make bitcoin more popular or will it brings negative effects? on: March 06, 2020, 06:05:48 AM
bitcoin rule here is just a payment system, it would certainly make bitcoin popular as there is no limitation, in fact, bitcoin could be accepted in both legal and illegal transactions, so this should not be a bad news, in fact it's called adoption, whether legal or illegal.
4264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Sad News]: Nigerian shot dead after resisting robbers access to crypto phone on: March 06, 2020, 05:52:39 AM
damn this is really alarming because the crime involving crypto is increasing ,and having that 400$ is the root for killing ones life?
expecting $10,000 will surely disappointing them, this is why we need not to tell anyone about how much our wallet has,so this crime wont come in our part.

but piece of advice,if time comes this happens to you guys, please Give what they need and never resist because life is much important than anything else.
it could happen to anyone of us if we are not careful, even if we hold a little amount, we can't brag our holding as people are watching, remember that what we are holding now could be worth thousands of dollars or even millions in the future. Hopefully this would serve as a lesson for people who can't keep their holding private, remember it could cause lives.
4265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum very volatile on: March 06, 2020, 05:28:36 AM

Ethereum does not have much volatility but this coin depends heavily on the value of Bitcoin. For me, this coin is still very risky when choosing to invest and will certainly make you lose money without an effective strategy.
That't already given mate, when you invest in crypto regardless of what coin you'll pick, there is already an inherent risk on that.
The thing is, we are playing with the demand and supply here and there is no assurance that demand will continue to rise, and take note, manipulation happens from time to time.

I have tried investing in the past and have made a large profit from this coin but recently I am very disappointed because this coin cannot increase as before and always makes me feel nervous.
Well then, you should consider looking for other coin if you don't fee ETH would not grant your wish, but I tell you, those who are patient enough will be rewarded as for me, ETH is a high potential coin.
4266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: there are still many who invest in cryptocurrency? on: March 06, 2020, 01:52:00 AM
Is there a perfect time that we can say that crypto prices are stable? I don't think so, as long as you know when to buy and sell then you are good.
Thinking its stable is based on individual's judgement, but the nature of the market is volatile and its very unpredictable, so making a good decision is very challeging.

When investors have more money they tend to look where to put it on, I think they are still keeping an eye for cryptocurrency but this time wiser and making sure they are on the right project.
When we say investors, there's many of them but we cant deny the fact that many of the many would also loss their money investing, therefore its too risky as there are winners and losers in this venture.
4267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: March 06, 2020, 01:34:43 AM
GSW for this season is no longer qualify everyone's knows about it.
Definitely because they tank this season, but we can't blame the Warriors, injuries are not expected.
We will see curry play and the fans would love it and I think the fans would be happy enough if the team would win but would not longer expect a playoff appearance.
4268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: March 06, 2020, 01:07:34 AM
How are the Clippers on the road presently?
They are 17-13 to win SU, while 15-15 on ATS.

It appears their game versus the Rockets is good to bet against them hehehe. The Rockets beat the Celtics in both their home stadium and away in 1 month.
Clippers are Celtics are a difference team but there is no doubt Rockets can beat the Clippers, so take you pick, either team could win IMO.

Denver Nuggets -6.5

TAILED ALREADY, welcome to your 10th win streak.
4269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: March 05, 2020, 05:13:45 AM

Oh, man! The game is headed for OT, I really wish you'd win this... This is the sort of game you'd wish you had taken the slightest handicap available "New Orleans Pelicans no handicap (I'll take my chances)"

GL Mate!

That was very unfortunate, Its not Reid's day today, Pelicans loss in OT so do his parlay bet.

@Harkorede, thank you mate, you give me a win, that was close but a win is a win. Streak is still alive.

It was closer than I could have imagined, I'm glad I didn't take beyond the spread and, Yes! my winning streak is currently at 9 (tied with morvilz7z streak), I hope to land a knockout punch later today  Grin

I am still tailing your bet, you are going to 10 winning streak and that's already long, I know you won't loss, keep that coming and be the king of streak.  Grin

4271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: March 04, 2020, 11:19:21 PM
I still cannot stop thinking how the hell GSW can win against a strong Nuggets without their stars around.
It is not just a win, but a 16 point lead.
That's what we called a big upset, they usually do that, Warriors if their offense has a good flow, they scored pretty well and win big time against a big time team like Nuggets, they've done that this season many times I guess.

That was awesome. Somehow it hurt the Nuggets team which I think is aiming for the 2nd spot of the Western Conference ranking to avoid a stronger opponent on round 1 of the playoffs.
20+ games left and I think there will still be a lot changes that will happen in West.
That's for sure, Nuggets would stay in the playoff spot but we cannot be sure what spot it will hold by the end of the regular season, but one thing I could guarantee, whatever teams the Nuggets will face, it will be war as this team does not easily give up, they are up to a mission this playoffs.

4274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your recommended ways of gambling. on: March 04, 2020, 01:06:07 PM
The sports betting can allow you to win if you have much information that will help you to predict the right team.
Information are all available but we can never find an information that would guarantee that our bet will win.
If you are talking about "fix game" information, then maybe that would give an easy win but it's hard to find such information, a typical sports bettor can't find that.
4275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 04, 2020, 12:53:42 PM
Age 5? lol, I have no idea there is some kind of restriction like that and what kind of government they have.

Actually restriction nowadays is not really a problem because crypto gambling industry have solve it, most of the gambling sites does not require a KYC so there is no way they will know your real age, and I believe, kids nowadays are a heavy gamblers as well.
4276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: March 04, 2020, 12:03:59 PM
Every bet you people put up here hit, congratulations to all of you especially to you Harkorede who are hot with 8 win streak.
That parlay is already a bonus, so now, are you up to the challenge to make it a 10 win streak?

He could make it to 10, so wait for his next pick,  Grin

I certainly can wait for that, I am still awake now and I'll be looking for some picks here, I just like to ride for another time since I was not able to ride every time there is pick shared in here.

Quote
Can I share my pick also? My pick would be the Bucks to win against the Pacers, that's -11 but it's okay, I believe they will have a big bounce back win that they will win at least 10 points or more, or at least they'll cover that spread.

you already did share, Bucks are a good team but -11 after they loss against the Pacers, I'm gonna stay away with that.
There's still a lot of games that I think it's easier to analyze, like the Jazz vs NY Knicks.
4277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: March 04, 2020, 08:16:58 AM
so far, in terms of price and function, ethereum is far above binance.
obviously its true because we can easily compare its ICO price and its current price now, and ETH has a clear win on that competition.

while the development of the two coins is still being done. binance might be able to defeat ethereum if its development is faster. but, so far, I don't see the potential for binance to defeat etheruem.
The thing is they will continue the development, as far as I can see, BNB is more active, they give update faster while ETH was delaying its ETH 2.0 which people are anticipating. BNB is living with the competition making their own chain and they have a popular exchange, so if this continued to succeed we will see BNB more profitable in the long run.
4278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: March 04, 2020, 07:37:17 AM
Gambling requires a process of persistence and will produce good results later.
This isn't for everyone, every gambler can aim for success in gambling but the reality will still prevail that most of us will just loss regardless if we will exert more effort or we are persistence in what we are doing, this is a game where we can use our skills and not everyone has that.
4279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: March 04, 2020, 06:58:06 AM

Looking forward for the next pick, @Harkorede, I promise, I won't fade you for now.  Grin
4280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Not An Organization on: March 03, 2020, 03:52:26 PM
That's correct, its not an organization as an organization there is a head or group of people who controls it.
This is more like an industry that opens for any business who like to adopt with it, and as an industry it's growing since the adoption is also growing, maybe the biggest industry as the gambling industry, financing, and many others can adopt with crypto or bitcoin.
