4261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler living in England makes a $5M bet on Trump on: November 05, 2020, 11:56:23 AM
Poor guy, that bet will probably hunt his days and nights! If the game was rigged it will hunt him even more: losing $5M due to some fraud must be so painful. But if he can bet so much money on a single bet he must have way more than that.
Yeah maybe he has more than this thats why He can just risk and lose that $5 million.
The highest record in gambling history for a single Bet and a very controversial as well because it looks like a total failure now as Biden is closer to take the position.
That stake is so huge! $5M on a political bet well, not just any states political bet but, American politics, theost debated and watched out for. It's not surprising people of the world are making bets on the politics of the world power country. It's just amazing how much people have to spare because, before you can make such bets, your sure to be a billionaire.
That must be president Trump's biggest fan and when he gets the news that such a bet was placed on him to win, his going to be socked as to how someone could believe so much in his political ambition and should he win finally, that bettor could be recognized!
But if trump wins but now that Trump seems to be living the whitehouse now?hope that being fanatic will bring him another fortune in Biden's administration.

4263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use bitcoin? on: November 05, 2020, 09:19:32 AM
There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.
It is not accepted in My country legally as well but at least there are no rules of not having this.so there are some online merchant that offering to accept Bitcoin and also there are some restaurant/bar that i found Bitcoin as valuable.
other than this is using as payment of billings though it needed to be converted as fiat first before i can pay bills after.
but at least i am lucky as Bitcoin and cryptos are not banned in my country totally so i don't need to face legal matters.
4264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most of us are losing money in sports betting? on: November 05, 2020, 08:37:21 AM
I believe that most of us are losing money in sports betting, but I'd like to know based on what you read and your experience (if you have) the reasons why we are losing. Personally, I've been gambling for years, I'm just an ordinary gambler who can't be too serious with gambling, but I can't deny that I have been losing money more than I win.

Share some tips to win or to minimize losing?
______

This thread is open for the winners and losers.
I lose sometimes but mostly i may say winning is what i got from sportsbetting.

First - I make sure to Know the game i will bet on.

Second - I must Know the Team and the players

Third - I must Also know their Opponents

With these knowledge i am in advantage of winning the bet i made but of course nothing is permanent and i may lose or win depend of course in luck
4265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cloud mining still profitable? on: November 04, 2020, 09:47:59 AM
Hello, I have just found this website bitdeer.com, it should be a new cloud mining site with very good prices, they pay daily directly from official BTC.com pool. They should have direct partnership with Bitmain.
So, please, does someone use their contracts? It is still profitable? Or what about Genesis Mining?
Thank you.
If you have Millions of dollars as capital and living in places where electricity wont kill you?then yeah it is profitable because if not then surely you will be at loss in a matter of year.
Some of my friends tried having a Miner but end up quitting and at losses .
You shouldn't trust cloud mining applications or websites, many of which have been reported scams in the past few years. If you haven't yet participated in it, you should give up this thought because they usually disappear in a short time.
also this reason that over the years cloud Mining has been tagged as scams and many victims cried tears in this forum and even outside about their experiences.
4266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Join our project :) on: November 04, 2020, 09:17:02 AM
We are desperately needing to find community managers, marketing geniuses, developers and strategists.

I wouldn't use the other channels that you have posted. I only wanted to know how much you're going to offer for each of those posts. It's an ease for everyone who will read and come to this thread.
Actually if he is really willing to attract Members here, then the Offer should be advanced in the Thread so this won't look another BS project that trying to Lure
people to enter their site and gain members.
Quote
If so, someone is interested to join your team he/she has an idea how much you'll be paying whether it will be in your token or any accepted and popular cryptocurrency as long as you put the value in $.
And this is to to indicate here,Joining their social media sometimes is just a trick,so Putting the offered amount here might look like legit.

Though they say that the token is already running in the market with Dollar value on it.
4267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin breached $14k today on: November 04, 2020, 08:58:03 AM
Just a few hours ago, Bitcoin breached the long awaited $14k checkpoint.

Long did the analysts and evangelists preached about this milestone.
$14 000 is finally upon us. Are we ready to handle it? Is Bitcoin primed to unleash its might upon us?
Sad that i am not aware that moment because if does?i surely sold all my Bitcoin for now because i will be expecting a downfall first before another Bull comes as what the trend always do,correction will follow in every Pump.

Though maybe it is destined that i need not to see that because it might happen the other way around that price will never fell down until the Pump happens this or next year.
Sometimes our instincts help us through or let us fall what ever happen we must be ready at all cost.
But glad that Until now the price stays at $13,500 and up bringing more positive trust for all waiting .
4268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 04, 2020, 05:39:53 AM
Looks like majority of votes goes to Mikey,so many disappointment if Jones wins this fight  Grin Grin

We have only 3 weeks to go before this bout happens.

My cousin and I has a betting agreement that If Tyson did not bring Jones to knockout up to round 5 i will win the Money  Grin

So this means i will have to cheer for jones to stay at least 5 round without being knocked .
4269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People support what Good for them but btc?? on: November 04, 2020, 05:14:19 AM

Really I dont see Nothing good or useful of btc.

How can start like Bitcoin?
Aside from Posting about if bitcoin is Scam or ponzi now here you are again, telling bitcoin is not useful?

What about the Ponzi projects that you supported, are they really useful?

Why not create thread that is really useful to all and not only for your sake?this is a community and there are many people that will be reading your post.

Anyway what can we expect from you, making tons of thread almost eveyday.
4270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Never expect any big boom in ETH 2.0 on: November 03, 2020, 10:19:00 AM
Never expect any big boom in ETH 2.0

Do never expect any big boom in ETH 2.0 since it is just a utility token which is just created for the transaction purpose, even if ethereum add the smart contracts facility on ETH 2.0 then how many people will create their blockchain apps on it? We already having ETH Classic which is not performing well.
You have a good point on that things that i overlooked before and expect too much regarding the 2.0 release.
I must admit that i am totally positive about this because almost half of my folio are in Ethereum and all i wanted is to see the price grow high ,since it was denied last halving then this 2.0 version is my last ace.
But seeing your post here i finally understand that if there might be a Hype it will not as huge as what we are looking for.thanks for enlightenment mate, this really helps us not become frustrated when the day comes it was released and we won't get what we wanted.
4271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happens to those DeFi project now? on: November 03, 2020, 10:07:54 AM
At the end of August, the volume reached a record of $8 billion, the September maximum was $6 billion, last week the trading volume fell to $3 billion. On September 1 the trading volume on Uniswap was almost $1 billion, on October 22 $234 million. Trading volumes at DEX decreased by 41% so it looks like DeFi hype fade away. So now what will happen to most of the DeFi project? They will be valueless or there will be another version of DeFi hype?
Same as what i stand since August when these coins suddenly appear from nowhere and Hyping each coins with really unbelievable value.
I had said that when these is over many of the Defi coin will die like what happens in Altcoin season last 2018 when i think it is happening now.

All the Manipulators had already bagged their money and all that remaining volume in trading are from those who had been trapped and finding way how to recover from their losses.

Yes I saw the news on cointelegraph, I'm sorry to say this but I believe the DeFi hype is finally over, we all understand what UNISWAP is to all DeFi projects, it's the number one dex that became massive success because of DeFi projects and here we are today, I smell nothing else than massive sell off inbound
There will be remaining coins that stays in line and those are the legit and will stay regular in this market.
they will survive but many won't.
4272  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC can reach $ 20000 after PayPal, Venmo accept payments in BTC, ETH? on: November 03, 2020, 09:48:38 AM
Following PayPal information, Venmo allows payment of its services in BTC, ETH and a few other tokens, the price of BTC has increased sharply, sometimes surpassing $ 13,000 and is still holding at $ 12900. But why is the market reacting so positively?  BTC can reach $ 20000 after PayPal, Venmo accept payments in BTC, ETH?
$20,000 had been already passed years ago so if you are speculating for another hype this  must be 21,000 and up lol.
But in regards to PayPal adoption?Look at the market now,do you think that is enough to expect this Hype?
or maybe the situation is just starting the process since Cypto is New to PayPal and their users might searching and starting to learn about these market.
Maybe in months or year from this point we will see the effect and might bring us Great Pump that we have been waiting for almost 3 years now.
4273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How far will you go when you sent btc to a site with high fee but... on: November 03, 2020, 09:30:53 AM
there's nothing i can do about it and since i don't want to spend more money to increase the transaction fee all i can do is just wait and maybe play in demo mode or with the play token.
Of course there is something you can do than Waiting or playing Demo games.

You can Contact the Support continuously so they we answer and make suggestion on what to do properly.

For me It is always better to have options than waiting because time is gold and In gambling our Luck may gone by the time we spent in waiting and acting nothing.
4274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The crypto compliance lie: Sacrificing privacy does not make us safer on: November 03, 2020, 09:24:17 AM

At some point in the future expect KYC everywhere on the internet. Everywhere there will be walled gardens. Can't you see it already? Almost every site you visit wants to know almost anything about you. DIDs (digital identities) will be rolled out sooner than you think and all our activities online will be monitored and linked to whom we really are. Am I being too pessimistic? I don't think so, just look around.
We gave up freedom for comfort, that's the least we can get.

Exactly what is happening now,Almost in each site we need to download or Enter there must be a KYC and you may not visited the entire site without Filling the form.

I don't know if this is totally legal but i find this abusive because KYC must be required if we need to take something in return from their site but for inquiries or something we have just to read?KYC must not be implemented.

Bitcoin power comes from resistant to censorship..But transparent ledger makes it flawed..

"The fact that clients have to keep the entire history reduces the privacy benefit." Satoshi on Bitcoin.

+1 on this part.

But Still  am for full privacy not unless it requires taxation since i don't want to evade rules.
4275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spend or HODL Bitcoin during COVID-19? on: November 03, 2020, 08:50:46 AM
For me there is no "spend". It is only trade or hodl and I choose trade, though admittedly hodling usually wins.
When you traded your Bitcoin that means you had already spent the chance of having this so that is categorically Spending.

While in my part i Literally spent some When i needed a Cash to pay for some bills that cannot be done using Bitcoin.
But i'll Keep my Holdings as long as a can since it is clear that market is now on the move to go straight up in the sooner days.
4276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: November 03, 2020, 05:56:39 AM
I still believe that chainlink will continue to be hunted by many investors because the movement is very good and never drops too low and can quickly recover. I believe that the value that will be achieved can break through $ 30 by the end of this year and will continue to follow the movement of bitcoin in the next year.

What if this is Whales main objective to make People believe about Link that will be good for Investors?
and suddenly after a while when too much support had already gathered then they will kick off and take all the investment inside?
surely this will dump in absolute low value.
and of course Victims will be remain hanging in the air ,while some may sell even at losses.this is are some scenario that might happen with this.
4277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ONE (Harmony) good to invest on: November 01, 2020, 03:59:56 AM
hi guys what do u think about ONE (Harmony) good to invest ?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/harmony/
do u think it can hit 500 sat like MATIC ?  Grin
i think this will take long to achieve that amount mate

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/harmony/

looking at it now is far too way from reaching a 500 satoshi value.

but if you are referring to Long term investing?then be it there might be a possibilities that it would grow that high but will take long time from now.

So if you can handle to wait and risk then there is no hindering to do such.
4278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How far will you go when you sent btc to a site with high fee but... on: November 01, 2020, 03:27:09 AM
Contacting the support is always been my attitude in gambling sites that is giving me some issues and luckily that they are acting fast than i expected.
Why do other actions when they can resolve their sites issue right and besides this is their obligation being service provider and reporting is our obligation being a user.
so this is a both parties action that will make our gambling playing cool and fun.
I can't afford to double-spend so I have no choice but to just watch or wait for the result of the game. I will just use the amount I deposit on other games that I think I would win.
And customer supports doesn't have the authority to credit you some coins just because you experienced a transaction delay.
If having some time then contact the support mate, since double spending is something only desperate or addicted gamblers mostly do.(but not all  of course,i don't wanna be Bashed lol)
4279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mind Blown Gambling Facts on: November 01, 2020, 03:04:35 AM
^ @OP, the thread is really mind-blowing, most of it is new to me. I can't even believe some of them like the number 44 never it came to my mind of doing such a thing just for gambling so I searched him right away on the internet and found his photos with a breast implanted until today,  so I supposed that he enjoyed it because he didn't remove it anymore lol. But at the end of the day, it still proves to me that people differ in their perception when it comes to gambling. However, I am not against those people who are able to do such hilarious things for gambling probably they just love gambling so much.
And also they are looking for something to release their bad emotion when they lose(in which happening most of the time lol.
People are born to be creative and specially in things that they really love most,so gamblers do the same thing in making their Mind blowing activities.

Good that i am not a Total gambler so i don't have to do such thing lol.
4280  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Stays Above USD 13,000, Altcoins Take Hit on: November 01, 2020, 02:21:57 AM
I don't know if the post I've read yesterday is true but Does Bitcoin Hit $14,000 yesterday though Down again in a matter of minutes?
Am just curious if we have break another High this year and hoping to make it continuously till next year.
Switch.

I think they are making profits now.
Sell altcoins, buy bitcoin. Make profits out of it then go back.
They are just waiting for the right time to sell. The hype from Paypal looks like it's calming down.
I bet anytime we will see an instant $1000 fall then it will slow down again.
Paypal buyers will be the ones left and it could be the reason why a new bottom will happen. If they will stay.
Buy Low sell High the market strategy and it seem Happening now, while many are not trusting Defi project so they are focusing in Bitcoin and other Altcoin that may bring them profit in short period of time.
