I do not think anyone can destroy bitcoin as long as bitcoin can be traded and accepted as a medium of payment for trade transactions
It can be destroyed by the different countries government by placing the ban for their citizens which means that it is useless for them. If majority of the countries do place ban on this currency it will have a negative image and other countries may also follow them. |

As the price of the btc is increasing so is the network fee is being increased. I do not know what will happen when in coming years btc value reaches 10000$. If this is how the fees is being increased then I think there are today so many other coins which have a good potential to serve the people their needs they will switch to it with less price and lesser fees with quick confirmation. |

In our country as bitcoin is still in very dicey state as govt has still not cleared if it will be made legal or not due to which people are not accepting bitcoin as a payment mode. It is more or less used for investment or for trading purpose only. |

It is said that bitcoin has barely reach 1 percent of its potential, as compare to gold with a market of 8 trillion USD and compare it again with US currency market cap and circulation of 12 trillion, with the current bitcoin's market cap of 95 biliion, we could see that it is almost 1 percent against the gold value, the massive adaption has a very long way to go, it will need a market cap of at least 1 trillion USD before we could say that it will race against gold. Bitcoin today was purely a store of value or an asset an not purely currency for the masses.
Well I really doubt that it has only reached 1% of the market. It has reached much more than that for sure. Infact what I feel now is that in coming years may be 5- 10 years down the line as technology changes there would be something new come up which will be might have more demand than btc so prices would dip in that case. |

There is an interesting twist to the Sri Lanka - Pakistan series. The Sri Lankan players have signed a letter stating that they are not comfortable to travel to Lahore for the T20 match. This is understandable, considering that their team bus was attacked by terrorists previously. You can't expect a team to perform if it constantly is thinking about security. The Sri Lankan board should take this into account.
I think board will have to speak to all the parties involved with ICC and try to make them understand that players are not comfortable in going their as they have being targeted already. But if the security is good and a new commencement is good then there is also a chance of matches happening going forward. |

That would have been great for them,but don't forget countries with weak economy equally have weak networking systems.This will go a long way to impede the progress of the use of crypto currency in these areas.
What they can do atleast is to make the bitcoin legally and some improvement in the network especially in the urban areas. Also tax little less for the bitcoin earning this will encourage people to start earning bitcoin and also people form other countries may look to setup their and if some facilities are provided this will add the boost to their economy to alteast some extent. |

I agree to the old goal we can invest in real goods. bitcoin is also a long-term investment but is not suitable for old-age investments because bitcoin may come back as long as there is no interest anymore
If different countries of the world make it clear that they do accept btc then it can be added in portfolio of every individual just like those who deal in stocks , same will go for btc . Currently only risk takes are buying because many countries do not have clear stand. Once it gets a nod the adoption rate would rise significant. |

There have being good appreciation in some of the good altcoins and also given the good rise with the bitcoin price soaring. But as usual people investing in any altocin before knowing the future, their vision, what their demand would be are struck with the prices at that level or may be down than they would have bought it. Sell it and invest in btc if you find it worthless to invest in altcoin.

Regulations are coming and I'm pretty sure this will be good for the whole crypto space, disincentivizing scam ICOs.
China decision will definitely be impacting the way other countries now might look at ICO. As being the leader for years now in cypto currencies China decision might have already effected some countries where govt is still considering the btc to be made legal or ban it. So might be case where ICO may be considered as illegal because raising money from the public and they may run away so either they would require a license or govt will just ban it. |

For this year since from the early 2000s bitcoin has been known for quite some time. However, not all people are capable of investing not only money but trust. The good news is, now is a new era and bitcoin is getting stronger than ever, so I believe it will still prosper.
2018 will be the year where many countries will either make it legal or have some strict control on btc. So it could be a one way either side of upside or may dip if countries start reacting in a negative way for cypto currencies. So I it would be interesting to see the stand taken in 2018 by various countries how it can help or break the btc prices. |

What's the point of comparing?
Certainly 2 coins where one is the king and other is no body asks also now days. People who had invested in btc would have made the millions even if bought at 3000$ available last week and today it has crossed 5k mark. Also people who had invested in dogecoin do not know at what level they would be today. |
