4281  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 75 crypto exchanges have closed down so far in 2020 on: October 08, 2020, 05:24:05 PM
It's really surprising to me, the amount of shutdown exchange is quite high. The problem is a few exchanges just skipped with the user's funds. This means they scam their traders. Those exchanges shutdown for a hacking reason, I am quite suspicious about them. Who knows the reality if they are doing just a hacking drama. On the other hand, when an exchange shutdown, then so many shitcoin will shut down at the same time. Lots of shitcoin have been trading on a single exchange. So, in the end
4282  Economy / Reputation / Re: What to do if there's an inappropriate feedback I see on: October 08, 2020, 05:12:26 PM
It really depends on the situation, the outcome would be different in different circumstances. Since you are writing about other's feedback, PM should send by tagged user. You would send PM if the feedback sender is on your custom trust network. If the sender does not agree to review feedback then two actions would be appropriate from your end. First of all, you may leave counter feedback, doesn't matter you aren't a DT member. The second action would be to distrust him from your custom trust list. Any other action (like open reputation thread) should take by the feedback receiver.

4284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Say btc is Not ponzi but its look like ponzi on: October 08, 2020, 07:43:12 AM
@OP, you should explain briefly why do you think bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme since you are the one here who raised the question. We can describe many reasons why it's not a Ponzi, but you should provide a single reason why its Ponzi. In a Ponzi scheme, there is a promising return on investments and some centralized organization rotating money from new investors to earlier investors. Bitcoin is a currency with limited supply, which means you can't own it if there is no seller on the other hand except mining. No one controlling bitcoin and you are the owners that amount you are holding. Doesn't matter if price bump or dump, 1BTC will be 1BTC always.

Welcome to the forum and gambling board as well. Just went from your site, the website is looking good. Seems there were lots of games and a few offers as well. I was quite curious about your live support and try to talk. It was surprising the response from the live support was quite instant. Its something like someone was waiting for me, lol. Anyway, now it depends on you how you will serve your gamblers, especially withdrawal. Also, you have to gain faith from the forum to attract gamblers from here. By the way, your announcement would more attractive following the website.

Best wishes on your platform.
4286  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bit-exchange.top Scammed me - Stay Safe on: October 07, 2020, 04:17:17 PM
OP, from where you have found this exchange? I have tried to search on Google to get a few reviews but hadn't found much. You were an experienced user of this forum, how you all into this trap where they are offering very high exchange rates. I can guess this is a scam site because of fact @Jawhead999 mentioned above. You have to admit you were greedy to grave the high fake exchange rates.

Sorry for your loss, but it's good that you have shared it with the community, so everyone will be aware of this scam site.
4287  Other / Meta / Re: If you received a merit... on: October 07, 2020, 03:15:57 PM
It's a quite complicated task for me since I have to take a real-time decision during sending merits.

If I sent merit likely means,
- Somehow the post is contributing to the forum.
- The post is useful for forum users or me.
- The post is informative & helpful for forum users.
-  Knowledgable questions from where other forum users would learn something new from the discussion.
- Want to encourage you to contribute more.
- At least a good post to me.

Likely it doesn't mean,
- I like you personally.
- You are trusted to me.
- You wouldn't be a spammer.
- Someone else should merit you.
- I am expecting to send back.
- I am following you.
4288  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Binance USA FULL VERIFIED ACCOUNT NEEDED on: October 07, 2020, 12:07:32 PM
You are risking yourself by buying verified accounts that are verified by others KYC. Wondering who is that stupid will sell verified accounts & identity for $10 only. If you buy verified account means that account would be hacked or stolen. On the other hand, the original wonder would claim his account with loaded funds.

If you aren't paying in BTC then your thread doesn't belong to the Service section. Either you should move it on Marketplace (Altcoins) or mention payment on BTC.

Please stop verified account trading, it's quite dangerous for both parties.
4289  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Signature Campaign | Sr Member+ on: October 07, 2020, 11:31:14 AM
Today's hat type model avatar, is there any other type/model avatar tomorrow, which is displayed here, @BestChange what if one of the participants must have a personal avatar with the words (BestChange), no matter this week's participant and tomorrow's, he changes the avatar to: train, plane, and so on.
No problem at all IMO, but every time you change avatar should get permission from the campaign manager. There is some concern about the custom avatar. You shouldn't mix the Best_Change logo with some other brand logos, and you shouldn't advertise any other service on avatar even it's your own. Of course, you have to follow forum rules as well when you are customizing your avatar.

31. User avatars must not contain NSFL or NSFW content, infringe on copyright or attempt to impersonate a user.[10]
Violating forum rules regarding customizing avatar will not only harmful to you, it would bring a negative effect on Best_Change as well. So whenever you intend to update avatar discussion with the manager.
4290  Economy / Reputation / Re: What is the reason to give me the red trust??? on: October 07, 2020, 06:36:15 AM
I just mentioned a fact. I hope that doesn't count as something worth of red trust from an abusers perspective which you are trying to defend.
OP got what he deserves. Almost every poster here said that the negative feedback wasn't appropriate in this case since spam is under moderation policy. Sounds against the feedback doesn't me anyone supporting the OP since its pretty sure he a spammer. Sound against OP doesn't mean someone supporting the feedbacks. I agree with them who are assuming the account was changed hand. Even the English writing style completely different than a year ago posts. Since the case has closed by banning OP, so we can avoid further discussion or attacking someone regarding this case.

I think the moderator should lock this thread.
4291  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto Scams & Our Roles. on: October 07, 2020, 06:15:17 AM
For scam: Scammers do have the power to scam you if you never handover your fund to him.
Did you mean DO or it should be DON'T? I'm a bit of confused. It seems like you mistakenly wrote DO.
You are right, it was typo error. Thanks for point it +1.

You are right, but I want to include one to it, which is DeFi, there are scam in DeFi projects now, some people will not know about it but onl want to invest in DeFi.
Yea, I forgot to add the DeFi word on my post. Its true DeFi has become a more easy way to scam now. But I believe very soon it will end like the ICO trend. DeFi scamming peoples even after listed on big exchange by pump dump. Lots of traders losing their portfolio due to the DeFi pump dump scheme. That's the reason we have to avoid greediness and move on straightway.
4292  Economy / Reputation / Re: Cheating in Logo contest, participate using stock image or someone's else logo. on: October 07, 2020, 06:11:42 AM
As fiulpro explained above, I think is quite reasonable to make a logo by free software. If there is an option to choose a free template means it's free to use for everyone which shouldn't consider as copyright or plagiarism. Directly use someone else image and if try to claim his own then its a matter of concern. Sometimes even me I use canva software to create a banner or logo, it's free for everyone. So if someone else matches my template then it wouldn't consider plagiarism. Because the software allowed me to use their templates without watermark. I am not a design expert but expressed my opinion here.
4293  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin talk could fix the spam in one move....REMOVE SIGNATURE...Right?? on: October 06, 2020, 10:49:23 AM
The idea is good to prevent spam, but it would be like to cut the head to prevent headaches. I am soo curious to see OP's report history like below image of mine.

So we can realize how sincere OP to prevent spam from the forum. Very few people will log in on the forum for discussion if stop signature campaign. So newbies will be deprived of the constructive discussions. Its true peoples earning from here by posting and it has allowed by the forum admin. The forum will dry like a dead forum, you can simply compare this forum with another forum how they are active. There are many ways to prevent spam where you may keep your role like a report spam post. So banning the signature campaign wouldn't be a solution.
4294  Other / Beginners & Help / Crypto Scams & Our Roles. on: October 05, 2020, 06:50:07 PM
Crypto scam, this is a common problem nowadays. But had we thought what was our role during the scam? Have you realized how scammers and hackers making us fool? Victims always popping up with scam accusations lately especially bitcoin scam/hack from the wallet. As we know bitcoin or cryptocurrency is a decentralized secure payment method. We always say be your own bank by using cryptocurrency where you don't need to trust a third party. But unfortunately, third party scamming us even we are holding our funds in our wallet that we have full control of private keys.

Lately, I have noticed a couple of threads where bitcoin users sent funds to the third party or website. Even transactions confirmed on the blockchain but that party or website refusing to credit the fund. Rather blaming the transaction wasn't confirmed and so on. Means, the person who sent the fund has gone forever. You will find many similar cases.

Do you think what was your role during such as scams? You are the one who has been sending funds to scammers and you are the one who has been giving access to your wallet to the hackers. Except for exchange hack, we are directly helping scammers and hackers to scam/hack our funds. Just we can't realize how we are helping them. Let's discuss a few reasons below.

For scam: Are we not helping scammers to scam us? Scammers don't have the power to scam you if you never handover your fund to him. For example, you found a greedy offer a person or from a website. Then you become crazy to become quick rich shortly and eventually send the fund to the scammer. A scam isn't happening with an only Ponzi scheme. There is so many scam scheme like a giveaway, ICO, Selfdrop, Lending, and so on. Our mind can't determine where we are sending funds before got a scam. So we are the ones who are sending funds by pressing the send button.

Solution: Solution is very simple, think twice before you press send button. Because cryptocurrency is irreversible, when sent out from your wallet and get confirmation on the blockchain means it has gone forever. It can't reverse to your wallet if the receiver does not send it back to you. So spend time as much as possible you can to do your own diligence. If you can't determine something then ask for help on this forum. Or if you found suspicious things then share it with an experienced person nearest you of you know someone and takes advice from him. I help many peoples when someone asks about any investment sites and prevent them to make a deposit. That's how you can save your valuable assets.

For hack: I have to admit that we can't prevent exchange hacks. But we can prevent our wallets and accounts. How a hacker take control of our wallet if we don't help ourselves? No, it's not surprising to me. I can't recall the thread but I have remembered the story someone lost 50BTC once a time. He was watching porno then a popup message came to him to claim a few free BCH. Then he clicks on the link and follows the instructions given by hackers. Eventually, hackers took the control of the device and move 50BTC from the wallet. So who is helping hackers to take control of our device? Not are we?

Solution: Its also quite easy to prevent hackers to hack your device. If you are not helping them then they can't take control. Keep your privacy safe as much as possible. Don't use the same password for different sites. Don't install unnecessary software at any device where you have stored your cryptocurrency. Use a secure wallet and use extra layer security like a use hardware wallet. Don't use a web wallet to store your funds and always try to use open source non-custodial wallet at least. Always make ake you are downloading wallet software from the original sources even during installation on non-crypto software. Better to don't install anything if you aren't well familiar with the source of software. Don't be greedy to claim free coin and handover your private keys to hackers. Double-check when you are copy-pasting address to avoid clipboard hacking. There would be more ways to secure your find, feel free to express your opinion too. I just give some basic examples.

Control your greediness to keep control of your funds.
4295  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] Go-Overt - Bitcoin Mixer 2.0 Signature Campaign | Hero/Legendary $25/Week on: October 05, 2020, 07:55:03 AM
4x Hero/Legendary spot open, apply now...

Still open, I hadn't found expected participants. Feel free to apply.
4296  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'bitcoinst' abusing signature campaign with alt account & spamming by copy-paste on: October 05, 2020, 07:06:39 AM
Accounts will be banned from my campaign und both users above meritted for pming me Smiley
Thanks for quick action.

Both of you are invited to the sig campaign if you are interested!
Thanks once again for the invitation, really appreciated. Currently, I am engaged with some other campaign. Noticed you don't have any rules for the signature campaign. It would be better to write a few rules for your signature campaign. So before apply applicants would read about the requirements.
4297  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this right way to fill weekly quota for signature campaign? on: October 04, 2020, 07:25:14 PM
~snip~
Really surprising! Means bitcoinst is a account farmer. I am assuming there would be more. I am writing clearly below since I am going to leave negative feedbacks.

1. bitcoinst & spike420211 are connected here & here with the address : bc1qs3mcfmyak58df3stt4ldf58qta7u8pyakvx5rq

2. spike420211  & TrevorS are connected here & here with address: bc1qepx4ap2kghme0xtr2e8x3mf4x3rvprfdu6zl4v

3. spike420211 & TrevorS  are cheating on LATTICE campaign.

So it's clear these three accounts are handled by the same person. Tagged all of them also sent PM to the campaign manager criptix to take a look at this thread since there is no rules on the signature campaign.

Both account tagged from my end and looking forward to see more negative feedback from other DT members.
Not yet done, you just excluded main culprits bitcoinst from the tag.

I think topic title should change.
4298  Economy / Reputation / Re: What is the reason to give me the red trust??? on: October 04, 2020, 05:29:29 PM
It's quite surprising to me a Legendary user doesn't know how to quote the reply. Multiple posts in a row against forum rules. You can just merge them in a single post. To be honest, your replies on this thread are enough to mark you as a professional spammer even you don't know what should you write to whom. Your posting behavior is something like "posting to get paid". I am pretty sure if there was a merit system before you become Legendary then most probably you had to spend hundreds of years to become Legendary. I am not saying you deserve red trust for it, but your post doesn't bring any contributions to the discussion really.

@JollyGood, if you continuously leave negative feedback for spammers then most forum members will be tagged. Neutral feedback for such a case is enough, doesn't necessary to write with red that you are ignoring someone. Just click on the ignore button is sufficient, let moderators clean the forum, and help them by reporting spam. Trust system hadn't been implemented to prevent spam.
4299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin illiteracy due to online exchanges on: October 04, 2020, 03:14:33 PM
To be honest, the exchange does not care to teach their users about Bitcoin technology. They just need earning from trading.
Why would an exchange even go for that? Exchanges are here for business and if they need anything to teach their customers is- only teaching something related to their exchange.
I don't think exchange has anything to do here; its the users who should learn what they are doing actually. And none of the exchanges other than coinbase ever claim themselves as wallet. Coinbase has their wallet services as well.
Yea, I know that isn't business of exchange. They just need traders for trading on their platform. But that's not why bitcoin was created. The aim of bitcoin is to introduce a new decentralized peer-to-peer electronic cash system and we are quite far from it. Its because we don't know the technology behind Bitcoin. On the other hand, we have been looking to make quick money by trading or in some other way. Because of ignorance sometimes we lost our valuable assets. Adding some additional information about bitcoin and cryptocurrency isn't harmful to exchange but would help for users. Fortunately, it wouldn't happen ever.
4300  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this right way to fill weekly quota for signature campaign? on: October 04, 2020, 02:51:41 PM
Seems a few more users doing the same thing on the press section. For example, Karartma1, I have noticed nine posts made by him the first page in the press section. He is also from on Bitsler campaign, but the good thing is Yahoo62278 does not count post from that section as he said in the above post. Posting style almost the same just copy-pasting directly and add the link only.

That means he is controlling multiple accounts, so its expected from such users.
