But when BTC price increases in dollar value, other altcoins normally do same although mostly not with a wide margin. I also agree that we shouldn't just hold any altcoin for long term but ones with proven team transparency and devotion, and also good development. Also it's not so cool in my opinion holding so many altcoins waiting to see a positive outcome, it's better to draw a scale of preference and select a few for long term.
if altcoin we hold has good potential for the future, I think altcoin is suitable for long-term investment. In fact, when bitcoin has increased in price, it is possible that some potential altcoins can move to follow the same thing, therefore I don't think there is anything wrong with altcoin if we are wise to choose several potential altcoins to invest I don't think anyone can guarantee for altcoin in the future because altcoin has little interest and too much supply will make altcoin prices in the future can be a time bomb that can destroy you instantly, altcoin risk is greater than risk in bitcoin. |

I today sent Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin Address by mistake. I have sent it through Coinbase and the person receiving too has Coinbase account. It shows transaction is completed and amount is sent. So now please help me as what can I do? Is there any way to restore or Claim it?
That was a bad story...their support is the only hope that you can reclaim your token back( if they would like to give support). The problem is of the owner of that address already transfers the funds to the other account outside Coinbase. In that case, you'll never get it back. yes usually by contacting support on the website can have the opportunity to be able to get back what has been sent but the possibility is only small because if the recipient's wallet that you sent earlier did not approve a refund it might be difficult. |

They are easily convinced and deceived because their knowledge about crypto is that, is a quick money scheme where you invest and have returns in few months time without much stress and worries.

I also sold some of my assets, but I was lucky, I did not stay in the red. Last year I bought bitcoin, investing a decent amount in it and this year my savings have grown. Therefore, my experience in investing is quite positive.
I think if you sell assets in the form of bitcoin at cheap prices like now it will make you regret because usually when halving day, the price of bitcoin can potentially be very expensive, so more you can take advantage of cheap moments to buy as much bitcoin as you can and sell it when it's already back to expensive prices. |

The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

Not all altcoins are really bad. bull run will occur when all crypto market conditions are in All Time High, xrp may experience a bull run but will not be as high as in 2017 if bitcoin is still stuck at the current price. although in doubt, I also hope that it will happen as soon as possible because I am an xrp fan and currently holding xrp too  Bull trend of xrp is different from other altcoins. You are absolutely right. Scammers have been developing along with the market. If they were weak, they would have been stuck somewhere in the past. But, check out today's crypto market, the scammers have developed so much in this regard that we have trouble choosing the good ones. Small coins can be manipulated easily, bigger coins less so. It would normally take a lot of effort to move the bitcoin price. But I think at the moment everyone is worried about further big drops, and the market is more vulnerable than usual - it wouldn't take much at the moment to trigger panic-selling. So whilst I can't say whether the price is being manipulated, it does seem the market is more vulnerable to manipulation than usual.

If the coins are cheap and not popular, well then I believe there must be a lot of manipulation and real happen. for coins that are already popular in manipulating them will surely need the encouragement of the big whales dan it will hard to do that.So, in my opinion right now it doesn't happen like that (no manipulation), now it's more towards following the global economic conditions. indeed it has become a natural thing if you have a lot of trading capital and you can become one of the whales so I'm sure you will also definitely manipulate price movements at the exchange and will control the movement of coin prices. |
