4281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale for win, my own experience on: February 24, 2018, 05:04:29 PM
I hope you know what you are doing.
Martingale will work perfectly and eventually it will stop working and you will lose all your money, this has been discussed tens of thousands times already. Just be careful and don't use large bankroll, there is no winning strategy which can work for EV- game.
4282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why kyc is even required? on: February 24, 2018, 04:55:17 PM
Most casinos like fortunejack require kyc if you win a huge amount some sportsbook also ask for kyc
I have never heard fortunejack asked anyone for ID's, no matter how big win it was.
Why is this even necessary bitcoin gambling exist so that we can gamble anonymously
Do you think casinos which are enforcing KYC give a damn about your anonymity?
not pay any tax on our winnings or hide our identify if we win a huge amount then why do many sites still ask for kyc
Is it even fair?
Life is not fair. Don't play on such casinos, there are plenty casinos which are not enforcing kyc.

here answer of support

Если ваш провайдер выдает 1 адрес на 1000 человек , то мы здесь ничего не сможем поделать.
It is English thread so you should try to translate and post your comment otherwise difficult to understand. Here is the translated answer.
~
If your provider issues 1 address per 1000 people, then we can not do anything here.
I have to say that I have had this issue at many sites. Also lots of addresses which is my ISP providing are blacklisted and sometimes I have troubles accessing various sites.
Best example is https://www.blocktrail.com, one day I am banned from it and next day I can access it without any problems.
Dynamic IP can give false positive result and it is not my fault that I have shitty ISP provider and I really can't do anything about it.

Crazy, don't use VPN because you can get the same IP as someone else and don't use your ISP because you will get the same address as someone else, well how the hell are we supposed do gamble then?

Maybe OP abused site in some way - faucet farming, self-referral and that triggered fraud system?
4284  Other / Meta / Re: Copy/paste on: February 24, 2018, 11:40:53 AM
There is already a thread all about this, and you didn't need to start another one.

Just report these posts and the users will get nuked.  The mods are pretty good about this.

He knows that.

OP and his alt account were active in such thread, he received merit for plagiarism report and sent it to his alt account.
I believe that is the reason why he opened new topic.

Haters can say what they want but i just want to help the forum.
Haters? You are the one who is abusing the system  Roll Eyes

4287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your Dice gambling strategy? on: February 23, 2018, 08:01:33 PM
Strategy won't work unless you are very lucky.
I usually run reversed martingale and set multiplier 2.3 - 2.5 and increase bet on win by 90%. Sometimes I win and more times I lose, overall I am in negative.
I think that if long losing streak is possible then winning streak should be possible too. My goal is to hit 15 successive greens and to win more than 1btc. So far, I have never win more than 12 times in row  Cry

4290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICOs Exist In 2 Years? on: February 23, 2018, 05:26:04 PM
Do you think Public Pre-Sales (e.g. minimum 100 ETH) or Pre-Sale Pools will even exist in 2 years?
Yes because now everyone is able to collect money, even for stupidest project someone will send money.
Yes they will, but they will be more regulated, hopefully. That means no more selling of tokens straight from an ICO's website or from a forum thread, no more public crowdsales without collecting KYC/AML, and no more sales to people who are in a lower income bracket.
Yeah, great, blindly trust stranger from internet.
I see more ICO's are enforcing KYC, we will see impact of that in next couple of years when people start complaining that someone used their ID's to commit a fraud.
Airdrops and other forms of loading the pot to attract more people might also not be allowed.
I don't see reason why not.

I am not sure whether OP is spreading FUD, but at least he could've shown some evidence. Forum is full of topics "I've been scammed" without single proof.  Undecided
4293  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitcoin new $1000,000 jack[pot on: February 20, 2018, 07:53:02 PM
You've just raised many red flags and this looks like scam attempt:

And now, to address your concerns about our drawing process. We are going to let a third party do the draw. We are planning to get the people from random.org themselves (if possible, or someone well known) to do the draw, but we will not do the draw ourselves. Would you rather have the people who made the raffle come up with a process to draw (more chances of manipulating the draw) instead of a completely unrelated third party (that is also well established)? Do you think random.org is not fair in choosing its random numbers? If you have concerns about how random.org chooses random numbers, check out their FAQ page as they have tons of information. Thanks.
You can easily fake results using random.org. Don't play dumb.
Use this https://www.randompicker.com or don't run lottery.

Regarding your escrow comment, let me address that first. We started this raffle just this month, and decisions like this takes time; so this is currently still in discussion among our team. In my opinion (not my team decision), I am not for escrow idea because of the following reasons.
Reasons? Lets talk about "reasons" and facts.

Quote
Keep in mind that Satoshi Dice and other big risk formats don't have escrow too.
You are not Satoshi Dice. You are brand new site without escrow and fair system.

Quote
None of the big bitcoin casinos have that
You are not big casino.

Quote
Moreover, you need to be wary even if someone uses escrow because there are scams there too
What this suppose to mean? Do you know what escrow is? You won't get money back from escrow. Escrow will send money to winners(edit* and your % back to you.)

Quote
Also, what if our escrow provider goes under and our funds are tied up? Then all our efforts would be ruined as well because of someone else.
There are several highly trusted escrows in forum. If you don't trust 1 use more escrows. This is only excuse not to use escrow.

Quote
Also, since this is round 1, we are using most of our profits to promote our raffle.
How many tickets have you sold already? I believe this is something which you call profit, right?

Quote
Another problem with the crypto world, since we are accepting only crypto payments, what if we have our escrow funds in BTC, but BTC crashes and we have to pay $1,200,000 USD in prizes?
You are accepting only crypto payments which means if you collect 100BTC, prize pool will be 100BTC no matter what happens with its fiat value.

Quote
I doubt escrow would give us the flexibility to transfer a portion to stable fiat money and to use our revenue towards promotions.
You want to run 1,000,000$ worth lottery and you don't have money for promotion/advertising?

These are all excuses, not reasons.

And finally:

Hey, thanks! Just got a few tickets, wish me luck!

Brand new account created to shill for your lottery is one big red flag.

4297  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Place To Play Poker? on: February 19, 2018, 03:25:37 PM
I think the safest place to play poker using cryptocurrencies is BetKing, because they have a VIP area for blinds above 1/2 mBTC.

This is NOT a link to BetKing.  Do not click on it.  It's a link to game-protects personal website.
TwitchySeal himself habitually reads on the Game Protect website, makes screenshots and post it here on bitcointalk. But at the same time advises other players not to visit the website and gain advantage of its content and service!

How do you call his behavior? Schizophrenic?
I call it off topic post and advertisement spam.

Heavy KYC is required for registration.
I'll skip.

Yep! Almost all gambling websites now want to see gamblers Telephone number...
That is not true. All fiat gambling websites are enforcing KYC but I have never heard phone number is required.

Does it require document verification? For withdrawal? Any situation?
Does it require document verification? - Yes
For withdrawal? - only for withdrawals
Of course it is for withdrawals. It is always for withdrawals, no one will enforce KYC on deposit  Roll Eyes
