4281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Investors Rejoice As Bitcoin Price Surges Above $10,000 on: July 28, 2020, 09:50:54 AM
I'm securing myself a profit from part of my bitcoin portfolio. I can't miss this chance to sell even for a bit so that if the pullback comes, I can rebuy for myself or won't have any regrets that I didn't sold while it's been at the top.

We are rejoicing as we see $10,000, what if it goes double, triple or goes ten times?

If your targets keep achieving it then sell accordingly. You would have invested with a horizon and with a price level as well. So, do it accordingly so that you would not have to regret even if it reaches 15k in coming time as you met your goal and exited it. Greediness at times can lead to higher losses than profits like seen before as well.

Setting a take profit target is the best bet for now taking some of the profit to avoid any unnecessary risk while leaving the rest to run for a likely more pump while taking another profits  however price is not a respecter of anybody the trend can turn bearish again just as it is unfolding now after reaching $11K  as it is now the price is retracing to resistance  turned support before heading north again .
4282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are back with another trick. Be alert!!! on: July 27, 2020, 10:28:41 PM
This subtle way of scamming is very catchy and appealing to the gullible ones newbies who wants to get rich overnight in fact this was made to perfection while using FOX news to perpetuate the dastardly and fraudulent will look like its real thanks to OP for bringing it to the notice of the forum member and youtube bringing the video down infact the amount of give away ETH looks suspicious to me however it might attract others people. its a pity that scammers are now utilizing cryptos to scam innocent victims which is quite unfortunate and unaccepted.
4283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 27, 2020, 09:00:24 PM
I can't wait to welcome the new EPL season, I'm curious which team will dominate in the next season, could liverpool be able to dominate again!.
No I don't think Liverpool will dominate the next season like this one. Their inconsistency after the pause make me a little worried about this.
I am pretty sure after like 5-10 rounds the 1st and 2nd spot will be between Liverpool and City.
Don't forget Chelsea and Man utd too will challenge the duo of City and Liverpool and once again its not always easy to defend EPL in the previous season clubs who won EPL always find it tough in defending that title a lot of clubs will give them a run for their money, most of these club will buy more quality players to boost their squad anyway come September 2020 its gonna quite an interesting and competitive games to watch particularly clubs vieing for top four spot.
4284  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is $10,000 on: July 27, 2020, 03:19:26 PM
The movement of bitcoin is currently approaching prices around 10,250 and continues to rise little by little, and in my opinion will continue to move well to reach the highest price.
and although there is a decline back but in my opinion the movement of bitcoin will tend to rise slowly and that is my prediction that is not necessarily the truth and I'm still optimistic.

Price is around 10250$ now on the Binance as well and seems that it can try for the next huddle unless if see a large profit booking starts to happen at this levels then we may see that bitcoin price can fall back to below 10k$ and will be the same old story. But the new week has started quite well with this level.

The price had reached $10300+ at present it has broken the strong resistance $10500+ that had been holding the price for a long time bearing in mind that a price retracement or pullback is expected to touch the resistance turned support at $10000 or bellow  if the price action played out according to this technical analysis then its obvious that the price will reach the next resistance at $12000 an indication that the market had been over by the bull ie bullish sentiment of the market.
4285  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best Bitcoin Wallet? on: July 27, 2020, 02:32:04 PM
I am using Electrum wallet for 2 years now. There are many good trustable wallet tho, so just do your reasearch.

All I recommend is not holding on the exchange. Good day!
My best bitcoin wallet is also Electrum I had been using Blockchain quite sometimes now until when I switched to electrum particularly the andriod phone wallet I really like all its features and user friendly while its interface is easily navigable most importantly is that it is Sigwit complainant honestly the wallet is the best I also recommend it to the OP a trial will surely convince him.

4286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: July 27, 2020, 01:40:54 PM
Bounty campaign is a good way for projects to spread the word and gain publicity in the cryptocurrency market. But it is not the best way to gain investors. Good projects don't depend on bounties alone to promote their token sale.
And this is because when bounty hunters post about a project, majority of these posts is only seen by other bounty hunters and not to the real investors. And these posts are just basic and can not convince good investors to invest.
Bringing in the investors and funds depends on the team's marketing ability and their ability to close deals. This is why good projects attend a lot of crypto events and network with people.
Though bounties help a project to create popularity and hype among crypto users, the main investment and funds is brought in by the team's marketing and closing ability.

Very true about all your statement, that success of a project is not just from the bounty. I agree with you, that most bounties, especially social media bounties are only seen by bounties and investors rarely see or are interested in bounties. Important points from the project marketing team by attending various events about crypto are important things from marketing to attract investors. Bounty especially social media is only to achieve the popularity of the project among crypto users.

In addition to this some of bounty hunters too are investor some might have interest in that particular coin beside promoting them they might buy some of the coins during Pre-ICOs, bounty hunters ensures their is a wide coverage in promotion of that particular coin the importance of hunters in marketing and creation of awareness can't be overemphasized take it or leave it.
4287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 27, 2020, 11:54:42 AM
Juventus won the League.

Players were celebrating in the middle of the field and Sarri went alone in the locker rooms.

As told you by insiders Sarri has been already sacked 2 months ago, let see what/if happens.

That was sad to see man as Sarri deserved this title even if the results were not so happy for the official boards but still he's a great coach but Juventus is not his style. You're right but who will come instead of him ? There are not great coaches there available right now or maybe the old coach Alegri will come once again in trying to win UCL.
Although official board might not be happy with Sarri after some poor runs lately I believed he deserved some accolade and respect for ensuring that Juventus had garnered the much needed points before the break in the league while consolidating on top of the table, Juventus struggles lately  the whole players should take the blame there is no need for any distraction now with UCL coming up against Lyon Sarri should be allow to do his job this is not the right time to discus about a new coach.
4288  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where could i learn about trading? on: July 26, 2020, 10:49:59 PM
Hi. I am somehow new in crypto world and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where could I upgrade my trading skills? Any good website with this kind of info? Thank you!
You can get a basic idea about trading by watching videos on YouTube. But you have to start first and gradually increase your experience. You can choose any one trading site. Then keep an eye on that site all the time. Gradually you will understand for yourself what will happen once. My advice would be to open an account on the Binance site then keep an eye on all types of cryptocurrencies. One day you will become an expert yourself.
[/quote
Among the numerous trading strategy on youtube I also encourage the OP to choose one or two of the strategy and work on it while utilizing a trading stimulator to practice consistently until profit making is more than losing ones thereafter he can open account with Binance in a bid to go live however always trade with the amount of money you can afford to lose.
4289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 26, 2020, 09:50:59 PM
Exciting matches indeed I watched Man utd vs Leicester, Arsenal vs Watford and Chelsea vs Wolves, the blues played an exciting game dominating and playing an attacking football showing that they mean business without allowing Wolves any chances and breathing space  Girioud was delightful to watch and bunch of other Chelsea players, Arsenal too live up to expectation however Watford really tried to win the match unfortunately they couldn't withstand the attacking prowess of the gunners while Leicester really played to my satisfaction but Man utd remain strong and very offensive with martial I very satisfied with the four EPL team qualifying for CL nesxt season.
4290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think the price of Bitcoin can exceed 10 thousand dollars at the present on: July 26, 2020, 02:13:18 PM
The OP was worried about the consequences of covid-19 raving the world on the price of Bitcoin reaching $10K many countries had been battling to save their economy due to recession more to it, the crash in the price of crude oil in the global market is another source of concern and worries  however despite all these global economic challenges bitcoin has been waxing stronger presently the price of able to break the resistance at $10K and experiencing a retracement to $9800 hope in the next few days to come the bulls will take over the market this will put to rest the fear of the OP.
4291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 26, 2020, 12:18:35 PM
Plz, Chelsea and Man Utd, plz stay in the top 4!!
Yeah I prefer to see this result in the next hours. At least we are sure that both Chelsea and ManU can be present at advance stage. With Leicester I doubt they will pass the first two games..
I feel comfortable with both Man Utd and Chelsea in CL to Leicester both clubs having financial capabilities to boost their squad while prosecuting CL, EPL, caraboa and FA cup respectively, they have quality players with vast experience while Leicester will struggle to live up expectation considering their small squad even Vardy is ageing, except their management make enough financial commitment in buying more players.
4292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: July 25, 2020, 10:45:39 PM
We can look at Geoma DAO project where the Bounty manager already holds number of tokens for Bounty participants, And I like this model, Bounty Hunter will still get their tokens after Bounty ends. Hopefully in the future there will be more projects that will directly provide their escrow tokens to the bounty manager.
maybe in the future there will be many who choose the gift of using escrow, it all depends on the bounty manager, if I'm not mistaken, there are also a number of projects managed by the bounty manager Geoma DAO and I have participated in 1 bonty from that manager, namely token CUR
Its a matter of time I believed many of this rules will be implemented be as it may I can now see many bounty hunters promoting a project managed by a reputable manager whose assurance of payment after the exercise is not in doubt, taking a cursory look at the bounty managers there are some who had managed many projects and assured that hunter are paid I also agreed with the idea of token eschewed and held by the manager this is another means of identifying credible projects a hunter is advised to look for maybe five to eight of those projects and worked on them.
4293  Economy / Speculation / Re: TA indicates a bull run is coming on: July 25, 2020, 08:44:54 PM
A good analysis indeed  the price need to break a strong resistance zone at $10,000 ad that is the only clear signal for the much awaited or establisha  bull run once that  zone is broken ad a retouch ie resistance turning support is a sure indication that the bulls had return to the market,  to achieve that a great deal of volume is needed and massive buying or a positive fundamental news will trigger price volatility and momentum overall the price looks bullish.
4294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 25, 2020, 02:26:30 PM
Juventus has become shadow of former self in their last few games, their form has been dipped even coach sarri had admitted that the team is physically and mentally tired.
 https://www.goal.com/en/news/juventus-are-physically-and-mentally-tired-sarri-believes/ks0nieg92sqe14wbwembx3s2a
I must confess Atalanta recent resurgence and pick in form amazes me, had it been the have more matches to go they will have given Juventus a run of their money in winning the league although they still keep title hope alive  PSG should watch out when they meet Atalanta in CL, they (PSG) wouldn't have an easy win now that mbappe is injured the tie is a 50:50 if Atalanta continue with that outstanding performance.
4295  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why bitcoin never a ponzi on: July 25, 2020, 01:16:49 PM
The impression that make people term bitcoin as a Ponzi scheme was borne out the fact that during the reign of the bankrupt and moribund MMM many of the founder of the scheme later incorporated bitcoin as means of payment and earnings thus tarnishing the image of bitcoin when the scheme finally collapsed and turned scam while many ignorants who failed to make a research assumed that bitcoin was a ponzi scheme not knowing that bitcoin just served as medium of exchange instead of the usual fiat that is synonymous to the scheme while others who care to seek more knowledge realized that bitcoin was misused.
4296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty or Airdrop kill project? on: July 25, 2020, 11:42:06 AM
I don't know about airdrop but the bounty campaign has a prize that can be said to be low.
for example, the allocation of tokens to bounties is not more than 3%, and sometimes some projects impose stages for distribution.
if indeed airdrop makes the price go down why do they distribute it in very large quantities, dev should consider before sharing it.
Most of the failure of those projects are always blamed on bounty campaigns not minding that only a small percentage of pool was allocated to them they wouldn't disclosed the outrageous and exorbitant bonuses issued to investors towards luring them to invest in that project, some of these investors dumped those coins when listed and make some profits while waiting for another opportunity.
Even airdroppers are allocated a small portion of bounty pool its sad that bounty that supposed to be well remunerated are at the receiving end of the failure of a project.
4297  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does using trading Bots is more profitable than conventional trading? on: July 24, 2020, 10:25:38 PM
I prefers convectional or manual type of trading Bot do fails at times thus it has it own limitation I don't see it as a reliable automatic form of trading, why not trade using Daily time frame as your minimum timeframe for trading? with this time frame your analysis wouldn't require spending much time in taking a trading decision while doing your daily job, price Action with a daily timeframe is a bit more stable devoid of the usual and regular noises associated with the lower time frame due to their high volatility and momentum, personally my minimum time frame for trading is 4 hour time frame which is a bit more stable.
4298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoins dominance coming to an end? on: July 24, 2020, 09:17:14 PM
Targeting other altcoins by the whales wouldn't diminish the dominance of bitcoin a lot of investors researched and invest in bitcoin as the most popular and trusted crypto searches on google had proved that bitcoin is the most searched and probably the most sought crypto for now I wouldn't entertain any fear if some whales wanted to divert their portfolio to other altcoin bitcoin market Cap and volume traded daily is enough evidence to  prove that its dominance has come to stay and will continue to linger for a long time.
4299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much you earn in bounty hunting for the year 2019-2020 on: July 24, 2020, 06:21:12 PM
2019 was very tough as far as earning tangible income via bounty campaigns personally I didn't bother to promote any project having study the market were a lot of those projects failed or ended up as scam having been a victim of one those project in 2018, I mainly focused on competitive signature campaign of which high merited members are favored, I only did few ones and earned some bucks.
Bounty hunting requires a lot time with dedication it's a pity that earnings are not enough for hunters.
4300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 24, 2020, 05:14:26 PM
For CL I think it is Chelsea and Man United. Leicester isn't consistent, it can score but I doubt ManU will let them win, a tie in the other hand is probable.

According to the picture above, if we looked at the current performance of MU, I am pretty sure that they will keep their position to qualify in CL. They have been consistent in the last five matches, they are undefeated. While Chelsea and Leicester have been defeated 2 times in the last five matches. Even MU will play away and Leicester players have the advantage to play at home, but I believe it is not a big problem for MU to win the last match that determines CL's ticket.
*The point is in MU, whether they will win or not, if they win then they can play at CL next season.

Picture taken from: https://www.premierleague.com/tables

One more time EPL match I am sure Chelsea and Manchester United will try their best to win at the end of this league game, CL is very important for them so that it will be as strong as possible to survive and attack with the planned strategy.
Well I'm not sure Leicester will qualify for CL next season.
But we will see who will win the match.
Personally I prefer Man Utd in CL although  I am an arsenal fan, Leciester cannot compete with other top European clubs can they buy quality players? Do they have money to buy good players? while playing both EPL and CL they requires a big squad even if they qualify I don't think they go beyond first round qualification, while Man Utd has the financial muscle to prosecute both CL and EPL without  any qualm.
