For the current price this project looks interesting. Great potential!

VOORHEES!!! --- [CryptoCoinsNews] - Leading Bitcoin payment processor, BitPay, recently endorsed an innovative Bitcoin company, ShapeShift. In a blog post, the company described how one could use ShapeShift to pay for things in crypto-currencies other than Bitcoin through BitPay. ShapeShift CEO Erik Vorhees calls the website, “the Google Translate of crypto-currencies” referring to how easy it is to transfer from one crypto-currency to another. --- Erik, even this article spelled your name wrong. You know I'm the only guy in crypto that cares enough to spell your name right. Soooo... IXCoin gets another chance on shapeshift. Let's do this the nice way. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Makes sense but why the sudden jump to 51 days? or is it to give more trading value and distribution? Could that be the case to raise more funding to proceed forward?
I seriously doubt BK or insiders are selling at these low levels.
|
|
|
My worry is that some insiders start the project based on the basic idea on a new coin, without a white paper, it will ruin all the project and reputation... 50 days is long enough to steal the idea.
Excellent point.
|
|
|
51 days. It just got bumped out to 51 days for the whitepaper.
ok right 51 days... but WHY? Apparently it won't be done as quickly as planned. Another month isn't bad if they deliver.

how many blocks till next difficulty?
At this pace the question should be: How many years? lol I love low inflation so I'm glad.

Back to $7k cap. No pump and no dump. Buy all you want for nothing and stop complaining if it blows up.

I hope people are not storing coinage on exchanges. Jim or anyone else have any idea how many UNB were burned when Vern folded?
He said 300,000 UNB. A good amount.
|
|
|
I don't think you have to explain yourself to that extent Jim. You're a way better person than me. Ok so if your coins are in storage, Jim, then who has blocks for sale on Cryptopia, and who spiked the price to $5 million? There are about 40-50k which aren't mine. So yeah, almost everything on deck ready to be dumped is mine right now. lol Maybe this is all my secret plan. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Always start with those who can't say no, those dependent on the state.
--- [Bitcoin.com] - UK Gov’t is Trialling the Blockchain for Welfare & Pensions --- Like I always said, governments love Bitcoin/Blockchain more than even banks or corporations. Not much time left, monkeys, do what I did, sell your house, car, and clothes off your back and jump in before it's too late. You can still become a multi millionaire off just a few grand but that window of opportunity is quickly closing. And this thing with Ukraine, it's the first govt to do such a thing? This is a Russia approved/sponsored test programme. Russia will soon ~Feel the Signal!

Hey Sonix, were you the one who bought up the entire book? Cause it happened right after you started posting. Then you started bashing UNB & Blasko so maybe you just wanna shake some people out.
Cause someone drove the marketcap up to $5 million, up 1,000 fold. There has to be a reason.

Dominoes... --- ZeroHedge by Tyler Durden Jul 10, 2016 10:42 AM Deutsche Bank's Chief Economist Calls For €150 Billion Bailout Of European Banks The cards have been tipped, and it appears Italy's Prime Minister may have been right. In the aftermath of Brexit, much of the investing public's attention has turned to Italian banks which are in desperate need of a bailout as a result of €360 billion in bad loans growing worse by the day (and not a bail-in, as European regulations mandate, as that would lead to an immediate bank run) to avoid a freeze and/or collapse of Italy's banking sector. This has pushed stock prices - and default risk - on Italian banks to record levels. So far Italy's bailout requests have mostly fallen on deaf ears, as Germany's political leaders have resisted Renzi's recurring pleas for a taxpayer funded rescue. However, as we have alleged, and as the Italian Prime Minister admitted last week, the core risk for Europe is not just the Italian banking sector but the biggest bank of all in Europe: Deutsche Bank. Recall last Thursday, when speaking at a joint news conference with Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven, Matteo Renzi said other European banks had much bigger problems than their Italian counterparts. --- €150 Billion is the tip of the iceberg. European banks are in worse shape than the U.S. banks were so they're gonna need multiple trillions and the only way they're gonna get that kind of money is by straight confiscation aka bail-ins. It's an engineered scheme to motivate the sheep out of cash and into other assets. ...Enter Bitcoin and the mother of all asset bubbles [and wealth transfer] mankind has ever seen!

Sonix, I gotta agree with Blasko, I've been watching UNB for 2 years and I recently bought back in. Jim has done a great job with UNB and he's one of the most transparent devs out there. I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt. And if UNB runs on sudden demand then so be it - lots of coins have been doing it lately due to millions of dollars leaving ETH and Bitcoin and especially coins with low floats and mass consolidation have and will absolutely skyrocket which is normal and to be expected given their supply and demand dynamics.
So I hope UNB does blow its top off soon. I've got my blocks set so let's get it on!!!
Peace!!!

After many years in this Bitcoin space, working on crypto, doing interviews, speaking at conventions, and helping others in the industry, I decided to spend my Saturday with Andreas Antonopoulos and friends in Las Vegas at a Bitcoin meetup. We all gathered to celebrate the Bitcoin having. I would like to say Andreas is very down to earth and humble and we got along great. I hope everyone ate some pizza yesterday and enjoys the rest of the weekend. I'll attach a picture of myself and Andreas later on
Also I'm speaking at the Blockchain Event, a convention this month here in Las Vegas. Hopefully everyone can attend.
I wish I could be there, maybe next time. You're legit, Blasko!!! Keep on keeping on, brother!!!

What is up with many of the altcoins being pumped like nobody's business.
I don't understand why this happens when there is no news. It seems that ETH has lost much volume and many of the btc are pumping the other alts.
I think there are millions of dollars leaving ETH and also BTC. Speculators bought BTC hoping for a massive run after the halving but it didn't come. Some of that money is finding its way into alts.
