4301  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinPrice.nl v1.3.0 - BTC-E overview with adjustable refresh rate and graph on: February 24, 2016, 10:48:05 PM
Which API or JavaScript framework you're using for the statistical chart?By any chance are you using DOT.NET for the development ? Because the latest frameworks provide much more advanced graphical interface with less code. Not saying website doesn't provide accurate information but having trouble accessing the UI using my tab, maybe not responsive .
4302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 14 hours still no confirmations on: February 24, 2016, 10:41:13 PM
From what I saw last ,the transaction has 31 conformations now.You have got the amount. However I feel the delay might be due to the transaction fees that you have paid is quite low as compared to the transactions amount.Casinos would not care about it anyway.
4303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet on Canada's Cannabis Legalization 2016 on: February 24, 2016, 10:25:26 PM
Well, never knew you can create your own custom bets .I will give you head up for showing me how to do that.Too sad to see not much bets on the concept as only one has bet against it for 0.005.I'd say the legalization will not be supported in all the states of Canada, since Canada just inherits their laws from the US,we can expect what the outcome of the preposition could be.
4304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: February 24, 2016, 10:20:22 PM
What do you wish to imply here ? One must not use bitcoin as an asset for financial security like the fiat ,it must be used away like throw away giftcard or any other digital free stuff?I can totally rely on the fact that the usage of bitcoins should be encouraged thereby promoting the mutual growth but the plan is to replace the fiat and so on.For that, savings do play an important aspect and it does not cut out any of the bitcoin's usage polices.
4305  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Bitlucky.net 1v1 NO HOUSE EDGE] - [PUBLIC TEST] - [Win FREE 0.05BTC] on: February 24, 2016, 09:50:35 PM
This does look like a smart idea!Unique concept.By the way,you say there is no house edge .How are you planning to make money from this ? I mean you would not open a website for charity right ? Is it peer vs peer or so ?I tried to play but could not login, have you blocked the access to the website from the Tor browsers ? Will go home and try this.
4306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin related Master Thesis Topic on: February 24, 2016, 12:36:40 AM
You can write Physiological factors that affect the usage of bitcoin. Not sure if it fits in your domain but you can explain it through a nice thesis how bitcoin is accepted as change to usual centralized currency ,how its affecting the lives of people and what exactly is the driving factors behind the sudden paradigm shift from human's perspective to get adapted to centralization.
4307  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: World of Bitcoin - new Bitcoin forum on: February 24, 2016, 12:26:12 AM
Sorry I'm not suppose to reveal the names of the forum as they are still under development but if you look around Service discussion section of this forum, you can find one of them.I'm not saying it won't generate money or anything as such, its just they are too many forums coming up bitcoin oriented and they will take years to match the velocity of this forum. However you succeeded in making dotnet bots?Python is the key for making bots or maybe node.js if you want to deploy it on a server.I'm still learning VC++ to make bots.
4308  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Bitcoin Core to Electrum on: February 23, 2016, 11:37:53 PM
It seems possible ,not that your bitcoins are stuck in the network if it has reached the minimum number of conformations.Do you mind posting your bitcoin address or TXID ? Also you don't really have to download the entire blockchain to access the wallet I guess.
Quote
In the Electrum window, click Wallet -> Private Keys -> Sweep. Paste the private keys from Bitcoin-Qt here. Check the resulting transaction is okay and click Broadcast. Your funds will be swept from the addresses in Bitcoin Core and put in an Electrum wallet address.
4309  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should I do now? on: February 23, 2016, 10:36:38 PM
Wait.He used paypal or you used him to buy btc from him ? You have to open a scam accusations against that member as mentioned above in the correct format.I'm still not getting your problem though. You say you were using paypal from 6 years and he charged back ,how ? Did you buy btc with your paypal or he bought btc from you using his paypal?
4310  Economy / Gambling / Re: I Have 999dice Profit Bot on: February 23, 2016, 10:04:22 PM
Even before I could post you are about to get a negative feedback ,master Lutpin was way too quick.Anyway the specs you have mentioned what your super "bot" can do ,could be easily done on 999dice with manual play. For your information, they have their own bots which I'm assuming you're tweaking the amounts in the code nothing great.Check this out https://www.999dice.com/api/
4311  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: World of Bitcoin - new Bitcoin forum on: February 23, 2016, 09:56:44 PM
I'm not trying to demotivate you here but the bitcoin forum making is as saturated as gambling sites market. Before you start investing too much, its better if you rethink stuff.Like do you really think it will work out ? Letting you know, there are already more than 10 forums based on SMF being developed sideways to this.I was offered a job as a coder at both of them.Plus, people have tried paid marketing and they still could not make it.Its better to take a precaution .Though its all up to you. This was just a random suggestion.
4312  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Bitcoin app? on: February 23, 2016, 09:17:46 PM
If reading QR codes is the only concern, you may simply use the Android code scanner right ?Does the same thing anyway.I would recommend downloading a wallet for your phone in case you are planning to do bitcoin transactions from them.Although there are various wallets available ,I would recommend using blockchain.info's android wallet ,have been using it for months without any troubles.
4313  Economy / Services / Re: ODB Job Shop on: February 23, 2016, 09:12:49 PM
Having programming knowledge sounds quite vague as programming or computer science is a much bigger scenario.Maybe you can specify what programming languages you're good at or post your github links if you have any.If you can find the efficiency of algorithms or calculate accurate big O notations,I have a job for you.But you need to be bale to solve basic math log problems to get paid after finding the running time of the code I will send you.
4314  Economy / Gambling / Re: ☆★Primedice Betting | Guides | And More!!★☆ on: February 23, 2016, 08:26:30 PM
Not sure what's being advertised here .PrimeDice or the youtube channel or both at the same time ? Whatever it is,correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see no betting strategies here ? Just random clicks without a motif.Had this been an actual betting Guide,we would like to see an actual commentary because Youtube videos w/o audio is =Bad Videos.
4315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Bitcoin Payments on Steam? on: February 23, 2016, 08:13:18 PM
Being a pro Gamer I think it would definitely impress me to use a new currency for my payment at Steam.People just are too lazy to come out of their comfort zones to try something new.The day I heard this news I started to believe that bitcoin is going to make a huge impact on the gaming community as well.As far as the users who are used to other methods of payments are concerned, they will have no other option but to follow the trend. Apparently, when Valve announced the news, the response of the community was quite positive and everyone seems to embrace the change.
4316  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Vs Bitcointalk (Posts,Registrations,PageViews) on: February 23, 2016, 12:01:19 AM
I think the activities at bitcointalk increases when there are some interesting/important events happening in bitcoin community. These events may or may not translate into price changes.
Don't know what activities are you talking about ? Is the potential activity you mean ? There is nothing special about the traffic on the forum due to influences of external sources in most of the cases. But something like Cryptsy scam was exposed and everyone wanted to be a part of discussion of it on this forum. In that case,we can say the driving force was the "activity" but that in no way affects the prices of bitcoin. It may look like it does but IMHO its just the market.
4317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: February 22, 2016, 11:44:22 PM
This is getting more interested as New Zealand is playing better than expected. If they win this match I will be nicely losing on my 0.05 bitcoins.Even though Australia has performed their part well,I think they can still do better in the bowling to keep score under control.
4318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premium Tips (W1---- L0) on: February 22, 2016, 10:58:38 PM
You already have two threads opened in the same niche mate please refrain from making any more threads in the same domain as its unnecessarily flooding the forum. You might as well check the forum rule which states of having one thread per service.I know you have fancy names but more or less you're offering the same services. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1372705.0

4319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you be interested in a bitcointalk lottery? on: February 22, 2016, 10:46:23 PM
There has already been lot of failed lottery attempts in the section.Glad you're willing to escrow the amount. If random number generation is not an answer then you could use other services which encrypts the number. The only disadvantage here is,we would never know if you're participating in the lottery as your alt knowing the number.I think instead of selecting the winner on number basis something more random should be taken into consideration .
4320  Economy / Exchanges / Re: coinbase? on: February 22, 2016, 09:46:59 PM
Coinbase is the most legit and protected service you will find around.Though you would not have an idea when you suddenly have your account blocked due to "uncivilized ways "of incoming transactions. That's what happens when centralization starts kicking in.But if you seriously are gonna deposit your gambling money there, not a good idea. There are better wallets and services.
