It's an obvious scam if you judge it in the right perspectives, before you send you money doing the diligence of investigating such claims, there's no way that doublers will be supported by this reputable business. But the question here is, who's to blame about this hack now.? I think it's twitter because they couldn't constitute good security and privacy policy and tools for their users.
