(…) How about regulary make a screenshot of your account balance, if you have a larger amount there?

Unfortunately screenshots are so easily forged that they cannot be relied upon as evidence.
Whatelse proof could he deliver? Screenshots are a valid proof in legal action cases against "licensed" gaming operators, as they have anyway to store all transactions.
4302  Economy / Gambling / Re: who owns satoshidice on: January 11, 2017, 01:07:50 AM
The operator of satoshidice is Rakki N.V. and Rakki N.V. is "licensed" by curacao-egaming.com A Curacao eGaming license is wortless for players, but you can initiate legal action in Curacao if something will happen.

N.V. = naamloze vennootschap and this literally means "nameless partnership" or "anonymous venture" and comes from the fact that the partners (the shareholders) are not directly known.

If this is a fact, nice fact for this. Do you have source of it or link so that we can base from it? Surely they want to remain anonymously if that is true, venture that wants to hide its identity but I guess it is better if they are going to let their gamblers who they are, the people behind the operation of satoshidice. But whatever it is, as long as they are going to fix their issues that will be better.

What issues has satoshidice?

If you guess it is better to let their gamblers know who the owner is, why do you promote betcoin.ag who even do not state the operator and make false and misleading statements about the applicable jurisdiction?
4303  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitSler Scammed Me. BE CAREFUL on: January 11, 2017, 12:38:34 AM
While you were logged in and requested a withdrawal, they logged you out? This was an enforced log out so to say?

Can a hacker log you out while you are logged in? How about regulary make a screenshot of your account balance, if you have a larger amount there?
4304  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why do bitcoin poker only sites keep closing? on: January 11, 2017, 12:28:43 AM
Haven't played bitcoin poker for a while, just when I started looking for my old sites they are both closed, I probably even had some chips in there, bitcoin is rising since Trump entered the scene, why are poker sites suffering?

There are lots of popker sites around which are reliable and working perfectly. You should check some that were suggested and also others about which you can read browsing this forum. I'm new to this poker thing and keep being amazed by the amount of different tournaments one can take part in.
Some that were suggested, does not mean that they are reliable and working perfectly. You suggest betcoin.ag with your signature, but they are neither reliable nor working perfectly. You should let the checking to those who have a sound knowledge about these things. Wink

4308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do they payout bigger wins at Sports.betcoin.ag on: January 09, 2017, 01:57:03 AM
I agree with  the view about betcoin is innocent, it is betsoft's fault, they declined may jackpots before, try to avoid playing betsoft slots, they may not pay big. Small payment is paid. Betcoin sports is awesome, I made money and got paid

Who owes the money, betcoin.ag or Betsoft scam?

betcoin.ag crystal clear owe the jackpot, because

1) The operator of betcoin.ag is the contract partner of the players

2) Player logged in and played with the betcoin.ag casino client

3) Jackpot winner deposited money to betcoin.ag

4) The juridical not valid Terms of Service on betcoin.ag website do not state one word about that Betsoft scam collect the jackpot contributions and is responsible for payment

4310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do they payout bigger wins at Sports.betcoin.ag on: January 08, 2017, 10:13:32 PM
We all know this case when betcoin.ag refused to credit huge progressive slots jackpot. But the question was about their sportsbook.
And I personally never heard of any case where they refused to honor lucky bet, mainly because of limits. So most likely they wouldn't have a problem with it.

But considered their shady behavior I wouldn't recommend playing on their site at all, there are better sportsbooks you can chose from:
Sportsbet.io, directbet.eu, nitrogensports.eu and more.

it was the slots providers fault not Betcoin's , and it was discussed many times before so I'm not going to rediscuss it
and by the way the site that you are promoting and recommending also provides Betsoft games and this could happen with any site that offers Betsoft games

I hate Betsoft so much , but all the good bitcoin casinos offer their games
How was it Betsoft's fault? The jackpot was crystal clear won, based on Betsoft software.

Why is betcoin.ag mainly mentioned in the extorted settlement, if it was Betsoft's fault? Does this make any sense?
4311  Economy / Services / Re: Which is the best service ? on: January 08, 2017, 08:54:21 AM
If you are a good poker player, you could win Bitcoins. Some sites offer also "no deposit" bonuses, so you just have to clear/wager them and if you have money left or even won after cleared, then you can withdraw it.  Smiley
4312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do they payout bigger wins at Sports.betcoin.ag on: January 08, 2017, 07:44:36 AM
Betcoin.ag Scam!

Betcoin.ag + Betsoft extort Jackpot $380,000 winner for “settlement”
4313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which bitcoin gambling site is your favorite place to go? on: January 08, 2017, 07:32:21 AM
Since I knew bitsler.com I prefer to spend my time on that site. They offer a bunch of opportunities than other dice gambling sites. Bounty rolls, team race, highest and lowest roll games are some kind of chat games that we can play when we are online at bitsler. There are still much more good things that we can get from this site.

Is the offer from Bitsler unique in the Dice scene?

CUT, CUT, CUT is the new motto at betcoin.ag  Cheesy

Hi, I would like to know why I only got paid 0.123 BTC when I counted 146 posts in stage 14  Huh

So what amount are you expecting, the campaign reduces its maximum posts on the stage 14 as what OP mentioned on his lasts posts and as what he mentioned also here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1571148.msg17347855#msg17347855 for the maximum payout of each rank including the 0.02 btc for the avatar. Hope it clarifies you.

Oh well I didnt see that. Terms shouldn't be changed in the middle of an ongoing stage, should have waited for stage 14 imo.. also should have announced it in the #1 post with big red letters. At least I won the 25 casino bonus Tongue

I don't understand why they cut it so much tho. According to my calculations now a campaing like bitmixer is paying more (0.035 per week, 0.035x4=0.14 per month aprox)
4315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to buy really large BTC amounts? on: January 08, 2017, 01:57:11 AM
This depend on

1) The jurisdiction you are resident and

2) The jurisdiction you want to buy the Bitcoins

Some jurisdictions consider Bitcoins as a legal currency, others not. If Bitcoins are considered as a legal currency, then you have to fulfil anti money laundering laws, of course.
4316  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitdouble.io SCAM [Scammed $700] on: January 07, 2017, 11:32:09 AM
Ok so Im not allowed to share my password with my brother? & I had 90$ stored at my account.

And yes that guy won me 700$ even bitdouble admin can confirm that Im pretty sure. And no the betting part was not a prank bets sometimes even when Im there so no that part was not a prank.

Yes 90mB keep disappering even when my brother wasnt betting thats a glitch that the site has and many other people who play it experince like I did.

My brother didnt do just one bet he did multiply bets and won the money going all-in.

Why not give acccess to my account? I verifed everything they told me and they still not giving because they want to hold onto that 700$ I get it this is not what happend everyday because not everyone wins from such a site 700$.

And yes my account security is my responsibility but my brother enabled 2FA which didnt have any need to confirm it on my mailit just enabled without confirming my mail which is not ok as everyone who can hack your account seem like it can lock your account without your email access and do anything that he wants with it like losse all your money.
As bitdouble.io has no legally binding agreement and no terms of service, you can do whatever you like. You can share your account with whoever you want.

Unfortunately, bitdouble.io can also do whatever they like and more worse, you have likely no legal recourse as they hide the operator. Sad

4318  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: [Merchant Shares] - Invest using BTC and get daily returns up to 2.25% on: January 07, 2017, 04:59:36 AM
Daily returns of up to 2.25% would be a yearly return of up to 810% and I wonder who will lose this 810% during 1 year?
4319  Economy / Gambling / Re: Action-gamble.com - Multiplayer rock paper scissors on: January 07, 2017, 04:54:11 AM
The more promos the better. But can you clarify what you mean by "clean" account? I understand that negative trust account are out, that's fine.
But then you are not accepting all newbie's accounts or only accounts with less than 10 activity? I am asking because 10 it is not really any activity rank changer on bitcointalk.
I think it would be fine that every account with less than 30 activity won't be eligible for this promo.
You are right! The more promos, the better (like sportsbet.io) and it does not play any role if the (too good to be true) promotions are backed by the revenue stream or not.
4320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino - Players favorite 2017 on: January 07, 2017, 04:37:36 AM
I thought about the points Op mentioned as the most important features of online casinos. Mainly about "Licensed Casinos" advantages.

As I see it: most, if not every single one of them, online casinos had license issued by some exotic country like Curacao or Kahnawakee - as these licenses are the easiest and cheapest to obtain).

These are next to worthless these days, totally meaningless for everyone who is not citizen of these countries. As every country handles gaming legislation differently.

I have a question for you guys, have you ever seen online bitcoin casino with license issued by Alderney, the UK or Gibraltar? Note: these are not trash tier, virtual licenses.
The UK Gambling Commission gave a license to Win Cake, at a time when Win Cake had unpaid debts over 100,000 USD. Someone money owed by Win Cake complained to UK Gambling Commission and their response was that Win Cake is not licensed anymore by them and therefore they are not responsible. But claimant complained about the time when Win Cake was licensed by them and during this time the UKGC is very well responsible!
