maybe dev leave the project guys?

No one knows whats going on here or with the devs other project RAIN. There have been no updates in here from the dev in months now and even when he did come in here, there wasn't much of an update anyway. Boat has so much potential to be a top coin but we need a dev who is active and willing to make this great. I'm not sure if we have that here? I hope I'm wrong though as I would like to see Boat succeed.

i would like to know if they are going to continue with this coin. ive been mining alot of them.

Even if they will continue or not the code is public and anytime a dev can continue the work from where the current dev left it. But we hope this won't happen.

Yes true, Maybe if the current dev doesn't have time to work on the project, it wouldn't be a bad idea that a new dev team takes over. This project is almost 1 year old now and nothing has been done with it which is a shame as it has huge potential. 1 year in crypto is a long time and to see nothing being done is a little disappointing. I just hope the dev does come back and works on the project or is working on the project.

Congrats to SA on their win against Australia. I would of liked to see Australia make some more runs as that would of made the match more interesting as 180 would of been a competitive total to defend but it wasn't to be. Now the series is tied 1-1, I still feel that Australia has a lot more to give as Smith is yet top really fire in this series, if he gets going then Australia I think we dominate as there bowlers are already playing at their best, its just the batting letting Australia down as there as been no centuries from any Australian batsman yet in the series. SA also have a couple of players out of form so it will be good to see them hit form as well and make this a great series between two top teams.

The new name and the new logo of the footy cash project is only a few hours away. I´m very excitet at the moment. Cant wait for the beginning of a new era of footy cash. The rebranding is coming.

We are really excited the name and logo for the re-branding of the Footy Cash project.  A new name, logo, website, platform, and marketing will help propel us to a whole new level.

Watch our brand new video to see for yourself. https://youtu.be/49SQMnZRH6I

I love it dev! Now this project can become one of the top coins in crypto. Fantasy Cash is a great name change as it represents the project a lot better then Footy Cash, at least now people will know that its a fantasy coin where as before footy cash could of been for anything to do with football. The future looks very good here and I'm glad I have held onto my coins as I knew this was a long term project.

i recived/mined today ~280 rain to an "green" address in brackets i am not aware of..does anyone know from where this is coming? i used coin control to setup 2 address with coins..

I'm not too sure what this green address is but I also have staked coins with this in the past. I just wonder if its the address (Change) we get once we combine blocks and these are the coins left over??? I'm not too sure but I have this with other PoS coins where when I combine blocks I'm left with another address and next to it (change). I'm just guessing here but maybe someone can answer this for us.
4325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [HONEY] Honey 2.0 - Featuring PoS 3.0 - Sweet! on: March 12, 2018, 08:56:47 PM
Let us mine together!

HONEY added to OxoPool (http://www.oxo.rs)

Fee : 0.4%

Example for Claymore 11 dual :

-dcoin blake2s -dpool stratum+tcp://mining.oxo.rs:4444 -dwal HONEY_WALLET_ADDRESS -dpsw c=HONEY

I think difficulty was constantly increasing in anticipation of the upcoming progress since the last major update was given.

Yes I think that was one of the main drives to the difficulty going up. Not only with the PoW side of it but also with the PoS side as for a while there the network weight was well over 200k compared to it being around 120k which it is now back to which was the average. I wonder if work has been started on the new website as I believe this is one of the most important things we need and gives us something to promote when promoting Honey.

According to the last update development will be continued very soon with a good amount of manpower. I guess they won't neglect the website as it's the first go to place.

Yes the website is one of the most important to have up and running with any coin as its the showcase of the coin and is one of the main places people get the information on the coin. This is one of the main things I'm looking forward to, the new website as we have been without one for a while now.
4326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔄🔄🔄🔄 ―――― ▲ MOIN ――― 2 Years On, Still Going Strong! ――― 🔄🔄🔄🔄 on: March 12, 2018, 08:52:42 PM
Staking Tests with various balances: 100/200/500/1000/2000/5000 - Update after two months

Time elapsed: ~ 56 days / 8 Weeks    (snapshot taken at 12.3.18 19:36 GMT) (started on 15th Jan 2018 at 23:42)
The wallet was running almost 24/7 with only some minor downtime of a few hours. (Every address had the same downtime, as they run in the same wallet.)

100  -> 107.5   =   05 staking rewards   ->   7.50 %
200  -> 210.5   =   07 staking rewards   ->   5.25 %
500  -> 527.2   =   18 staking rewards   ->   5.44 %
1000 -> 1059.0   =   40 staking rewards  ->   5.90 %
2000 -> 2119.5   =   79 staking rewards   ->   5.97 %
5000 -> 5304.1    =   201 staking rewards   ->   6.08 %

percentage on the end of the lines above stands for the total interest for the 56 days.

the smallest address still does stand out a bit, but it already got a bit balanced to the other addresses.
This will probably continue to align further.

Current result of all addresses:
Average Interest per day: 0.11%
Estimated Interest rate per year for staking 24/7: 47.8%  Cool

Next report in approx. 4 weeks for the quarter results.

Interesting results mate, This should help people understand more about the way MOIN stakes and what they could potentially earn from staking MOIN no matter how many coins they have staking. I currently have all my MOIN in blocks of 1k but some are a little higher closer to 2k and they all seem to be staking well. It will be interesting to see overtime if the smaller address balances out with the other addresses so I'll be looking forward to your next update in 4 weeks from now.
4327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: best sport betting site? on: March 11, 2018, 11:36:02 PM
After Directbet shut down which in my opinion was the best sport betting site for crypto, I since started using nitrogensports which is very similar and that is why I choose this sportsbook to bet with when it come to betting with crypto. I have never had any problems so far and have always been paid my winnings every time so I think its one of the best sportsbooks for crypto users. For fiat I use Bet365 as they offer many betting options and great odds.

no one wants to keep a pile of coins without profit. this is the main reason

What kind of profit is 15-20% less than you could actually make? This is what I do constantly and I'm sure others could do it too.
I wasn't lying when I said I made 5-15% every trade only because of this dump and pump later, and again, and again.
I literally see no reason in selling cheap if the price goes up an hour later. But I don't mind, I make money on it. Just saying and trying to understand.

BTW why are xlr confirmations so slow today? It takes an hour or more to deposit to CE...
Would devs try to change the number of required xlr confirmations there to 12 like on kucoin? It is etremely annoying to wait an hour however confirming the transactions is a lot slower today. I trade it every day for over 2.5 months now.

I think the dev can't do anything about the way Coinexchange handles their required confirmations. Its up to each exchange on how many confirmations they set. On Cryptopia for example they have most coins at 20 confirmations but some need a lot more before they confirm. I do agree with you though that Coinexchange should lower the confirms down to maybe 20 which should be a lot quicker.
4329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: March 11, 2018, 10:54:39 PM
A top notch century by AB de Villiers has set up SA to win this test match. They got the 100+ runs lead they needed to put the pressure on Australia and they sure did that with the ball as well. Khawaja was the only shinning light for Australia and looked good to make a century but fell 25 runs short, now its up to the tail enders for Australia to get the runs and post a competitive total for SA to chase down. If Mitchell Marsh and Tim Paine can put on a 50+ run partnership then Australia can make a total of at least 150+ runs. I think Mitch Marsh is the key and if he can score around 80 runs to over 100 then Australia are right back in this game, remember Australia do have a top tail as Cummins and Starc can bat well and easily make 20+ runs each. Day 4 will be an interesting day to see which way this match goes.

well vella summarized it quite well:( we dont have any news at the moment- so it is somehow risky...however i myself put some buy orders in this current low regions becuase i hope dev is publishing some great news  with the next bull run of crpyto and uses this to raise the coin..but this is only my hope/speculation^^

Thank you mate! That is right, Boat is just a speculation coin right now as no one knows whats going on except for the dev himself who has been MIA for the past couple of months. That is why right now Boat is a big risk in my opinion however at the same time like hammerhart said if the dev does come here with some news before the next bull run we could see Boat go up in a short period of time but again this is a risk because we don't know if the dev will ever come back.
4331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Las Vegas coin (VGS) *LIMXDEV COIN* ONLY 330,000 coins. 1000 coins for MN on: March 11, 2018, 10:40:30 PM
VGS has all it takes to go REALLY big. Here is what is holding it back...

1. I have soooooo many good ideas to make VGS great, BUT.. we need a very good coder. LIMX dev is the best there is , but he has far too many projects, and no time. The largest wallet is the "cashiers cage". It holds 50,000+ VGS. It can be used for anything that can help VGS. It can pay for promoting Las Vegas coin to users, it can be used to pay devs for their work on the wallet. It can pay for bounties ect.

Vegas

This is all good my friend however if you are looking for a full time coder then why not advertise this in the forum in the services thread and also advertise this on social media. Twitter will be your best chance at finding a coder as a lot more people use Twitter when it comes to crypto. I can make a tweet about this if you like and see how it goes. Once you have a full time coder then you can start a promotion campaign and give bounties.

I've thought about that, but the thing is, I was getting those stakes when the network weight was over 1 mil... Since this repeated crashes and sideways movements of the market, the weight is way under 1 mil...currently at 705129  Undecided... I kinda like that Jookly keeps us posted, as well as the PoS aspect of the coin, the privacy, if they also can build a platform for it, this coin is a GEM. I am just trying to figure out if it's a development problem (so it can be fixed as soon as possible before the code gets too complex) or it's just some network problem.

Yes I understand that but I don't believe its a development problem as the wallet is working perfectly. If you don't mind me asking how many MOIN are you staking? are you staking 24/7? These play a huge role when it comes to staking. What is the estimate time its saying you will earn a stake? Maybe then we can understand more of what is going on with you staking.

I currently stake 386.52, I was getting one stake of 1.52+something every two days and yes, I am staking 24/7. Since the 5th of march, nothing moved. And I repeat, This rewards were happening with a network weight of over 1 mil. The past 5 days, the weight was way below (hovering between 700+k - 900+k). Yes, the wallet looks normal. No internet connection drops, no errors or anything... Today I've restarted the wallet to see if something changes.

To be honest that is a small amount of MOIN to stake and that you must of been lucky to stake every 2 days with that amount. The network is at 1 million from what I can see in my wallet and has been for as long as I can remember. Yes sometimes it does drop but the average is around the 1 million network weight so I'm thinking that you got lucky and staked when the network weight dropped at certain times of the day/night. Well hopefully with the restart you start to stake, please keep us updated on this.

There are no dumb questions my friend. Now just say for example you have 500k beans and you want to split them up into smaller blocks. You would need to activate coin control under settings - options - display and check the box "Display bean control features (experts only)" click apply and then ok. Now you can split your beans into smaller blocks of say 50k so you will have 10x 50k blocks =500k beans you started with. By doing this it can help you sprout more often instead of having your beans in one large block of 500k. I hope this helps.

Hi,

I have done this but I dont't see where and how can I split beans. Can you make a photo or something pls

Tnx

Sorry right now I'm on my laptop and away from home so I can't post a image of this however I can try and explain it better. Now if you have activated coin control you can start splitting your beans up by clicking send beans. Once there you will see a tab "inputs" click that and a box will pop up, then check the circle list mode and all your beans will show up. Then select the beans you want to combine, then click OK Now it will take you back to the send beans box where you enter your address and copy and paste the amount where it says "After Fee:" and paste it into the amount under your address. Then click send and you should be done. I suggest you stop sprouting while doing this.
4334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 11, 2018, 10:23:33 PM
Arsenal are in 6th spot in Premier League with 45 points 13 points away from 4th spot Spurs. So there chances for a top 4 are over. Also they we're not performing at their best losing 3 league games in row before their last win in EUL over Milan. They will be playing against Watford shortly and they would like to get another win so they build better bellief in the team. Watford have been doing good and getting results but on the road they are playing very poorly so for this match we should see the gunners getting the three points easily my betting tip will be Arsenal-1.5AH.
Arsenal vs Watford match started, today Arsenal looking strong they scored 1 goal in just 13 minutes of play i think they have chances to win this match but still a lot of time left so we can expect goals from Watford let's see what will happen.
best performance for Arsenal although they were suffering lost from their previous match but today they won 3-0 but their target position on the top 4 are quite difficult because 10 points difference from Tottenham is hard to reduced and on my predictions although they performance will increase for upcoming matches but it's hard to finish at top 4

Yes that was a much better performance by Arsenal today as they have been in disappointing form recently and now hopefully this win can give them the spark they need to try and finish in the top 4. It will be very hard for them to achieve this being so far behind but we just never know what can happen as things can change very quickly in football.

There really does seem to be issues with connections with 808 recently as even my wallet has been dropping active connections on a regular basis when before I always had at least 8 connections all the time. I currently just have 2 active connections even after add fresh nodes each day so there must be an issue somewhere as many people are having these problems.
I opened the port 8087 and usually restrict the number of connections to 12.
It is showing 27 and rising when I remove maxconnections=12 line on conf.

Okay I might have to give this a try as I am now having a hard time getting active connections. The strange thing is that I never have problems with any other PoS coins when it comes to active connections and even 421 has active connections all the time. Its just 808 I'm having issues with right now.

Quote
A good amount to start it out with 808 and get regular stakes?

Like 1 milion would do it?

1 million is a good starting amount which will most likely stake within 20 days or so as the network weight is a lot higher now days. If you are lucky you could get 2 stakes per month with 1 million coins.

Quote
hi, i will like to know if 808 is worth investing and if there are active devs. Also what is the maximum supply of the coin. thanks

Hello, yes the dev is active here and its up to you on whether to buy 808 coins, Do your own research and you be the judge. With the max supply, there is no max supply so its like Doge coin in that aspect.

The Man Utd game to some might of been boring to watch but as some have said they went out there with a game plan and it paid off. Man Utd have now won four of their eight games played against 6 of the top teams in the EPL this season where as last season they only managed to win just 2 games. So they have improved a lot this season and maybe next season they will really challenge for the title.

mourinho only want win
mourinho tactic always defence, so every match if meet big team , good team is boring match

Well that is true however he has been getting the wins more this season against the top teams in the EPL so his game style is working even though it might be boring to watch. Like I said they have done a lot better then last season where they only won 2 games against the top teams so it is an improvement.

In other words, after installing wallet, adding .conf file and coins, do I need to do anything else?

Thx

Yes I think that splitting your beans up into smaller blocks of say 20k to 50k is a good idea to earn more sprouts. Just test out different blocks of beans to see which works best for you, I have found that splitting my beans up into 20k blocks sprouts pretty good but I'm thinking of now making them 30k blocks as the network weight is getting larger and the difficulty has been increasing.

I know this is a dumb question but what do you mean by splitting the beans?  Huh Sorry.. I'm just new in this kind of stuff.

I know a lot of people see the price going down and freak out a bit however since the start of the year where we have been in a bearish market Solaris has had over 100 masternodes come online which tells us that there are people out there that believe in the Solaris project even though the market is bearish right now. I believe at the start of the year Solaris had around 550 masternodes online and now its at 681 masternodes, that is a bug jump and it tells us that there is a lot of support for the coin. Remember people need to think more long term and not short term.
4339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ### A ChainWorks Industries (CWI) Project - InfluxCoin | INFX on: March 10, 2018, 11:01:57 PM
I just came across this coin while looking on Cryptopia and think INFX has some potential. I'm a big fan of PoW/PoS hybrid coins and just like to know what is a good amount of coins I would need to earn a decent stake daily? I'm really looking forward to the exchange once its complete as if done right it could be one of the top exchanges as people are getting sick and tired of some of the major exchanges out there.

We too are sick and tired of the same sort of exchanges.

From throwing their weight around, to bossing developers into doing things they are not ready to do, to pushing their market share in your face and disrespecting us as a community and company. i am not just talking about Bittrex and their disrespect, I am talking about even the smallest exchanges charging HUGE amounts to get listed only to have coins shutdown/delisted or the exchange disappear months later. These systems are becoming a pathetic way of making money, regardless of who denies that it is not about money.

Enough is enough.

CWI are working on many things, one at a time, which is why we take so long to do things, but we TRY and PLAN on doing things right FIRST time. Teething issues will always exist, but we minimize the heavy losses by making sure that whatever we work on is planned right down to the last pixel.

#crysx

I understand mate as I feel the same way when it comes to exchanges and I know we ain't the only ones sick and tired of exchanges. Talk about the fees they charge to list coins lol its a joke and shows how greedy some exchanges are when it comes to these outrageous fees when they make so much on trading fees. Exchanges should really list coins for free or next to nothing as they make it up in trading fees. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you have planned with your exchange, take all the time you need mate as I know it does take time. This is one reason why I was attracted to your coin and also the PoS which I'm a big fan of.
