4341  Economy / Services / Re: !!!(PAYING) NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN CLONE SITES on: March 25, 2021, 09:13:04 AM
You can try various website clone services on google search, And I hope your intention and aim is not to deceive as many people as the creation of a fake swap site as has been the case lately
-snip
I can think of no other intention in creating a clone site than to scam. If I'm wrong, what other possible reason is there? If there is anyone who does and knows how to do this, please think carefully, because it is unfortunate that the victims will fall into this trap, especially those who are just beginners and don't know much about the difference between the real and the fake.

There are many reasons why someone would need to clone the site. It doesn't necessarily have to be for scam purpose.
For example, I've done this many times for clients who have lost access to their hosting, and the site was still active. Companies sometimes lose contact with original developers or administrators (for whatever reason), lose passwords for administration, lose backup archives... and countless other cases I've encountered. I even recreated designs and contents just based on the cache from search engines.

@MAAManda, If it is not a plain HTML/CSS website, none of these online services will be of much help. Most modern web sites use a lot of dynamically-generated javascript content, and such content is difficult to clone without specialized and well-tuned scripts.

I can pay up to $100-$200 per site , I am looking for someone who can clone sites for me and create it in a form i want and do what i request. It will be a easy job if you know how to make a duplicate site and change up some settings.
<cut>

You can give me the information in a private message to see if this is something I'd be interested in doing. We can negotiate the price depending on the complexity of the job. Since you have no reputation here, I am not ready to share my contact details with you yet.

You're welcome. Wink
Cheers. How impressive that just ten users of the thread contribute 43% of the posts. Must be some great discussion that's going on there.

Yeah. No matter how much you want to keep riding, beating a dead horse is not going to get you anywhere.
It's heartbreaking to see how desperately they're trying.
4343  Economy / Reputation / Re: The AdkinsBET Army of Alts on: March 24, 2021, 10:00:11 PM
It would be interesting to check the statistics pertaining to the distribution of posts: surely, it would be useful to have some chart that displays the most active members on the thread and the number of replies they post.

After all, an active site with many players must have a whole range of people in a discussion thread instead of a dozen members with a thread participation rate, right?

Here you go. I singled out all the members who wrote more than two posts in that thread.

You're welcome. Wink

I think you forgot to mention that your withdrawal had been solved for 48 hours before you notice it.
<cut>

Don't you mean "48 hours after he noticed"?

Or I got something wrong here. How long did it take to solve his issue, anyway?

4346  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: March 24, 2021, 11:17:38 AM

Reverse image search reveals some more interesting details. The photo of Lambodefi founder, Alex Bowman, appears to be identical to the photo in photographer Chris Gillett's portfolio, which can be found at https://headshotcrew.com/gillett

Although it is possible that it is the same person, I seriously doubt that someone from Manchester, England (as per his LinkedIn profile) would travel nearly 5,000 miles to take his headshot photo.  Grin

Blenderwallet kampanja je ponovno otvorena na tjedan dana. Prima Sr. Member i Hero/Legendary članove. 55$/65$ za 20 postova tjedno. Postovi u Local sekcijama se broje.

There was a misunderstanding with the payment of the last round which has now been cleared up. I've also asked blender to send over the budget before we start any week moving forward so to avoid any delays in the future.

As such I have been sent the budget for another week which means we are open! Starting the 25th (Thursday) and running for one week ahead, you can apply now!

@big_daddy, evo ti jedna za početak.  Wink

So, I would like to hear from the team how exactly that happened, marketing strategy from another project ending up in their whitepaper?

Oh, for the love of God. They copied a marketing strategy from a dead project? What an irony!
I'm hoping they don't have any lofty goals for their project. Grin

pretty sure these guys are insolvent, They don't have the funds to cover withdraws, so making excuses.

If this is the case, and they were actually selling the client's Doge coins, then this is cause for serious concern. Has anyone tried to track money on the blockchain? If the coins aren't in cold storage and instead the trail lead to an exchange, that might show up on the blockchain.
4351  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Unnamed.exchange - do we have another exit scam? on: March 23, 2021, 11:28:28 AM
Not really, if it looks like that, you just don't know enough details Smiley

I believe it would be beneficial to everyone if some of those details were shared with the community. Don't you agree?

I live in that bubble where its possible to earn money without fucking people over.

If you take a step outside of your bubble, you'll notice that, in the real world, people get scammed all the time. Don't pretend to be shocked by the community's reaction when something like this happens.

Customer satisfaction should be the primary goal of any service. To paraphrase a well-known old saying, "Don't treat your clients like mushrooms. Keep them in the dark and feed them crap."

I support the flag for now. If the situation is resolved, I'll gladly reconsider my stance.
4352  Economy / Reputation / Re: My Trust Story on: March 23, 2021, 09:33:37 AM
A sad story but what hurt you more, the fact you lost somebody you thought of as a friend or the financial hit of losing your crypto?

I didn't lose my life savings, so losing a friend hurt more for sure.

You may not see it that way right now, but I would say you're hurt by a little bit of both. True, it may not be a significant sum of money or your life savings, but what hurts the most, in my experience, is the loss of trust we have placed in someone. Humans are, for the most part, emotional beings. As a result, it hurts us when someone betrays our trust, no matter how much money is involved.

We find it more difficult to trust others as we grow older and more experienced. That is why it is more difficult for people in their later years to fall in love. All of this is influenced by our past experiences and all of the subtle traumas we've experienced while interacting with one another.

I recall a time when my kid asked about why I had given up faith in people. This shocked me because I've never thought of myself as being overly suspicious of others. However, all of our doubts and questioning about other people's words and actions appeared to a child as if we don't trust anyone. Of course, this isn't the case. We're just being vigilant because we don't want to be hurt (again).

4355  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitamp Bitcoin Web Wallet - Send & Receive Bitcoin Instantly! on: March 22, 2021, 12:10:20 AM
Hot wallets, used often and for probably small amounts. I’d recommend Bitamp. Web based so really easy to use instantly and on any device. But you should try out other apps as well — just be wary of dust inputs that can inflate your fees.

You guys know any better options?
Since you asked for better options, I suggest hardware wallets are pretty solid in terms of security. Web based wallets are prone to phishing attacks unlike the hardware counterparts.
Do you guys have any plans to create a software wallet, maybe mobile versions of the wallet?

All Bitcoin wallets require users to ensure their private keys and seed phrases are safe. When we compare the impact of the two wallets, hardware wallets look more useful since they have all the benefits of software or web wallets but without the extra risk. However, as stated by bitampcom, online (hot) wallets are often used to store smaller amounts. And, prevent account hacking or illegal funds transfers, you should be aware of the various ways where you can protect yourself from online threats.
Given their cost, I don't see the point in buying a hardware wallet to store less than a few hundred dollars worth of crypto. However, that is merely my opinion, and I understand if someone disagrees.
4356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy on: March 21, 2021, 10:58:04 PM
I wonder how it is possible to think that money management is a strategic factor in gambling. Knowing how to manage money can be a way to lose it more slowly!  Grin In the end, there is no money management and no strategy that stand still because only luck turn our bets into winning or losing ones.

Nevertheless, money management isn't just about money. It's about managing our time, energy, emotions and relationships with others. People don't see that the reason why we gamble is because we are our own worst enemies. We trade our time, energy and money for pleasure and distraction; a quick win on the roulette wheel. Why would anyone want to do that? It's foolish.

When you understand the role that money plays in your life, and when you develop the right mindset around money, you will not be a reckless gambler. You will make smart financial decisions based on your real needs, wants and dreams. You'll feel confident and empowered about your decisions, because you can afford to.
4357  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: When I first heard of bitcoin on: March 21, 2021, 10:14:34 PM
Then I decided to give it a trial. Its better to start late than never

People start buying bitcoin as much as they can to get the most bang for their buck. People want to buy it and hold it for the long-term. This and the entry of institutional investors is exactly why bitcoin's valuation is higher than ever before.
Don't ever think you're too late. Many of us joined later than we would have liked but that doesn't mean we should ignore the idea altogether. You are still young, and you can make up for all to enjoy your early retirement.  Cheesy

4358  Local / Altcoins (Hrvatski) / Re: Koji novčanik on: March 21, 2021, 09:54:49 PM

I don't know what to think of this project, but the name and the concept you've chosen is simply disgusting.

So you're saying this isn't a joke coin? OK, fine. But then, what did you want to achieve by choosing such a name?
I'm not sure where you got the idea that 'paying with pubes' is a universal concept, but it's simply not true.
