4341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [GP] GoldPieces - An expandable digital currency for online multiplayer gaming on: March 10, 2018, 10:51:29 PM
It would be great to see more developments coming, mainly pertaining to the wallet.

Right now GP hasn't gotten to the condition that HYPER had gotten to before it was upgraded but its right there on the brink of it. Wallet takes forever to load and sync and uses a massive amount of computer resources when it is running. Right now my GP wallet is on a computer by itself and when its running I can barely use the computer for anything else.

Hopefully something is done about that soon, current wallet isn't very business friendly anymore.

Yes I agree we need something to change with the current wallet as like you said and a few others it uses up too many resources when compared to a year ago. I can't run it 24/7 like I used to anymore and just run it a few hours a day once the staking weight has built up so it take less then an hour to earn a stake. Hopefully the dev can come up with a lighter wallet that uses less ram as that seems to be the main resource that has skyrocketed in the past year.
4342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Denarius [DNR] - NEW "Tribus" PoW PoW/PoS Hybrid Atomic Swaps Masternodes on: March 10, 2018, 10:47:47 PM
The folks and developers at the Komodo Platform team have been fantastic so far!

We have full Denarius (DNR) integration with the BarterDEX now (Eventually will be rebranded, check out Komodo's roadmap)

We also have Denarius (DNR) integration now with their Agama desktop wallet (Our Pull Requests were merged in today, so expect to see an official release soon)
https://github.com/SuperNETorg/Agama (Currently in v0.25 branch)

We also have pushed up a PR for their Agama Mobile wallet for DNR support, still awaiting review/testing: https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/agama-mobile/pull/12

Awesome!

This is great news for both KMD and DNR. I really like the sound of the Agama mobile wallet and once its complete I'll be helping to spread the news on Twitter. DNR has been getting a lot of attention lately on Twitter which is good to see, slowly DNR is making its way up the rankings and I think its only a matter of time before we see DNR in the top 200 and then the top 100 cryptocurrencies.

maybe dev leave the project guys?

No one knows whats going on here or with the devs other project RAIN. There have been no updates in here from the dev in months now and even when he did come in here, there wasn't much of an update anyway. Boat has so much potential to be a top coin but we need a dev who is active and willing to make this great. I'm not sure if we have that here? I hope I'm wrong though as I would like to see Boat succeed.
4344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: March 10, 2018, 10:38:32 PM
South Africa took their time on day 2 and now have a 20 run lead which is handy as this pitch will be difficult to bat on as the test match goes one. If they can get a 100 run lead it will make it hard for Australia. Just like the Australian innings most batsman got starts but couldn't go on to make a century, AB de Villiers has a good chance at 74 not out to make a century and will be a huge benefit for South Africa if he can as that would take a decent lead in the match.

I've thought about that, but the thing is, I was getting those stakes when the network weight was over 1 mil... Since this repeated crashes and sideways movements of the market, the weight is way under 1 mil...currently at 705129  Undecided... I kinda like that Jookly keeps us posted, as well as the PoS aspect of the coin, the privacy, if they also can build a platform for it, this coin is a GEM. I am just trying to figure out if it's a development problem (so it can be fixed as soon as possible before the code gets too complex) or it's just some network problem.

Yes I understand that but I don't believe its a development problem as the wallet is working perfectly. If you don't mind me asking how many MOIN are you staking? are you staking 24/7? These play a huge role when it comes to staking. What is the estimate time its saying you will earn a stake? Maybe then we can understand more of what is going on with you staking.
4346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] <808> BlockChain Hi Rate Proof of Stake, Earn 17%+ after every 8.08+ days on: March 10, 2018, 10:26:59 PM
There really does seem to be issues with connections with 808 recently as even my wallet has been dropping active connections on a regular basis when before I always had at least 8 connections all the time. I currently just have 2 active connections even after add fresh nodes each day so there must be an issue somewhere as many people are having these problems.
4347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IC] ⚡ Ignition Coin ⚡ - 5M Over 50 Years, PoW/PoS/MN - Fair Distribution on: March 10, 2018, 10:21:27 PM
more than 24 coins in the wallet for couple of weeks and no stake rewards, and before i was holding esco and 2 rewards for 2 days.

It all depends mate as the network weight is up and down so when it is high it is a lot harder to earn a stake and with a small amount it will take a long time to stake. The previous person must of been very lucky to earn those stakes along with my 2 stakes in the one day the other day as now I haven't staked in over 24 hours and the estimate time now for me is 2 days. So it can change a lot and we just need to get lucky sometimes, if you want to stake more often then you'll need to build on your stack as 24 isn't much at the moment.
4348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 💦[RAIN]💦X11💦ONLY DL FROM GITHUB!💦20,000,000 COINS BURNED!💦condensate.co💦 on: March 10, 2018, 10:17:42 PM
I just want to add onto my point about splitting blocks up into smaller blocks to earn more stakes. Yesterday I staked 3 times within 5 hours of each other, so my point is if I had all these 3 blocks into 1 large block I wouldn't of earned as much as I did with these 3 blocks. I got 545 coins, 645 and 775 staking rewards. That was from 10k blocks, they are different amounts due to the fact Rain is random rewards so again if I had one large block of 30k I might not of got what I did with 3x 10k blocks.

How do you split the RAIN coins? There is no tool in the wallet, like it is for Hyperstake is it?
So i have to send it to myself in the block size I would like achieve?
For sure at best after I received a fresh reward and the actual staking was not for nothing.

Hi,

You need to activate coin control, click on the settings tab in your wallet and then options, a box will pop up with some options now click on Display. You will see 2 options and the box you want to check is "Display coin control features (experts only)" once done click apply then okay. Now once you have done that and closed the pop up window click on "Send coins" tab in your wallet and you should see the Coin control features Click the "Inputs" tab and a window will pop up then you will see Tree mode and List mode. Select list mode and there you will have all your coins showing, from here you can make them into any amounts you like. Good luck and I hope this helps answer your question.

Perfect!
Thanks al lot!
If I had some merit, I would have send you some...
This answered my question 100%. I think I will combine my coins after the next reward. I assume, that staking starts from the beginning, when I combine them, right?

You're welcome my friend! That's okay as I know merit is hard to come by on here lol but thanks for thinking of me. Yes once you combine your coins they will need to mature again and build their confirmations and staking weight so it could take a day or so before they have built up enough staking weight to stake again. Eventually you will start to stake once the weight has built up. Good luck!
4349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [HONEY] Honey 2.0 - Featuring PoS 3.0 - Sweet! on: March 10, 2018, 10:14:06 PM
Let us mine together!

HONEY added to OxoPool (http://www.oxo.rs)

Fee : 0.4%

Example for Claymore 11 dual :

-dcoin blake2s -dpool stratum+tcp://mining.oxo.rs:4444 -dwal HONEY_WALLET_ADDRESS -dpsw c=HONEY

I think difficulty was constantly increasing in anticipation of the upcoming progress since the last major update was given.

Yes I think that was one of the main drives to the difficulty going up. Not only with the PoW side of it but also with the PoS side as for a while there the network weight was well over 200k compared to it being around 120k which it is now back to which was the average. I wonder if work has been started on the new website as I believe this is one of the most important things we need and gives us something to promote when promoting Honey.
4350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ¤ DMD Diamond 3.0 | Scarce ¤ Valuable ¤ Secure | PoS 3.0 | Masternodes 65% on: March 10, 2018, 10:06:54 PM
I think Diamond has held up well in the last 2 months with the current bear market we are experiencing. DMD has come down in price but not as much as most other cryptocurrencies out there and also it was good to see masternodes increase which tells us that there is support for the coin even though the market is bearish at the moment. Good signs going forward!
4351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Las Vegas coin (VGS) *LIMXDEV COIN* ONLY 330,000 coins. 1000 coins for MN on: March 10, 2018, 10:04:05 PM
yes strange , we need make bounty or advertise to create more attention by now we under cover. All other coins mentioned by youtubers but somehow we
behind ,Devs should take some action

I have been doing my bit by promoting VGS to the world on Twitter but there seems to be no interest even though I believe this is one project that has huge potential and could be one of the top coins. VGS has so much going for it right now but lacks interest and exposure, I think this would change once CMC do list VGS.

Your promoting doesn't go unnoticed Vella. You're the reason I just downloaded the wallet and am about to purchase my first few coins. I would love to get a MN of this since it's fairly cheap to acquire but it seems like it will take a while to do so. Thanks for the info on this!

Thank you my friend!

Yeah when it comes to VGS, I thought that my tweets were not getting noticed as I never get any response from my followers, well I get some likes and re-tweets but never a comment but you were the first so thank you. Yes a VGS masternode is cheap right now as not many even know about this coin or even know that they have masternodes, however if you can't get a masternode, staking is very good as the reward is set at 0.5 VGS per stake. You will need at least 200+ VGS to stake as this is a good amount to stake at the moment and get you a few stakes each week. If you happen to buy more then split them into blocks of 250 VGS and you should stake more often. Good luck my friend and once again thanks!
4352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 10, 2018, 09:56:29 PM
The Man Utd game to some might of been boring to watch but as some have said they went out there with a game plan and it paid off. Man Utd have now won four of their eight games played against 6 of the top teams in the EPL this season where as last season they only managed to win just 2 games. So they have improved a lot this season and maybe next season they will really challenge for the title.

Hey MrEggman

Is there any word on getting 421 listed on other exchanges? I don't mind the exchange we currently have but not a lot of people even know about this exchange. Also 421 needs more exposure and another exchange can help with this, maybe TradeSatoshi could be a good one to get 421 listed on?
4354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IC] ⚡ Ignition Coin ⚡ - 5M Over 50 Years, PoW/PoS/MN - Fair Distribution on: March 09, 2018, 11:47:49 PM
I have only been in Ignition Coin for a couple of weeks, and I have 22 coins I mined with my Antminer Ł3+, but I have also gotten 2 different stake rewards of 1.7 IC.

That almost seems to be too high. According to the wallet I am 8 days away from my next stake reward. If that happens I will jump in an get a couple hundred IC and then hodl through this bear market.

Most of the scrypt coins I mine are immediately sold for BTC or ŁiteCoin, but with such a high stake reward I think I will keep these Ignition Coins.

I have also received a few stakes recently when I was getting 1 or 2 stakes a week. I think it is due to the network weight going down which I noticed yesterday as I got 2 stakes in the one day which was a surprise as this hasn't happened to me since I got into Ignition. Then I checked the network weight and noticed that it is well down from a week or so ago where the average was over 200k and now its around 120k so it makes it easier staking with smaller amounts. Yes I think keeping and staking your IC is a good move as the rewards are very good compared to other PoS/staking coins.

I have now been a supporter of GP for over 1 year now and I'm just wondering how everything is going with the project developments? Maybe the dev could release a 2018 roadmap so we know what might be coming this year. I knew when I got into GP that it was a long term project but I would like to see some updates even now and then on where the project is currently at.

@everyone Quick update on @EliteTipbot (Twitter Tipbot). It seems like Twitter has blocked write functions on our tipbot account due to which its unable to send reply tweets. I have contacted Twitter regarding the issue. Will keep you all posted. Thank you.

Thanks for the update on this issue my friend as I thought something was wrong yesterday when I sent a tip to someone and I got no notification about the tip being sent. So I wasn't sure if that person received the tip or not but I think it went through, just no notification that it was sent. I hope its not too long before you get a reply from Twitter mate, in the meantime I'll just hold off sending tips until this is fixed.

Hi Vella, np and yes your tip went through, you just didnt receive the notification due to Twitter blocking the write function. I will keep you guys posted on this. Keep up the good work.

Hello xenonflux,

Thank you for letting me know that the tip I sent went through just fine. Thanks, and once I get the update from you saying everything is back to normal with the Twitter tipbot, I'll go back to rewarding/tipping the people who make tweets and support the Elite coin community.

This sunday will be a very good day for the footy cash project. This is a big step to bring this coin into a other sphere. The devs are doing a good job and i hope everything is going well.

Yes! I'm looking forward to it. FootyCash I believe is the number #1 crypto fantasy coin as I speak and has the potential to crack into the mainstream fantasy sports market sometime this year. I know it will take a lot of work for this to happen but I think we have the right dev team to make this a reality in the near future.

EIGHTH PASSIVE COIN BUY-BACK HAPPENED!
Another cheap sell order of 512 $PAS was waiting on Passive market this morning, and was bought by me.
We take Passive 512.50 coins out of circulation
https://stocks.exchange/trade/PAS/BTC

Soon buy-back page ready:
http://www.passivecoin.org/passive-coin-buy-backs.html

I really hope this this buy back strategy works in the long term. It could be time to get some marketing happening for Passivecoin and get the word out there so people know about this project. Right now I don't think many people even know about PAS, maybe then we would see a lot more volume on the exchange which brings me to my next point and that is another exchange. I think PAS needs another exchange as people don't really like Stocksexchange and they have been caught doing some things when it comes to PoS coins so many people will stop using them which has happened already. I know this is a long term project however we need another exchange and really need PAS to be listed on CMC.

Did something happened with staking? I used to get like 1.5 stakes every 2 days...now it's been 5 days and nothing happened.

This can happen sometimes as the network weight can increase as time goes on. I'm sure you will eventually stake soon however if you want to earn stakes often you may need to add more MOIN to build up your own staking weight so then you can compete with the growing network weight as more people join the community and start staking.
