P25,000 kada buwan na cash in.
4342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing for a real Assets on: September 12, 2022, 11:40:37 PM
Real asset is something that has enough value of money in the real world like real estate, gold, and even Bitcoin. Just look at the price of Bitcoin and compare it to the other things that has value then you can tell that it's an asset but at the same time it could be used as a currency. A currency that has a real value of fiat and of course, it all goes down to the demand and supply that's why things have values rising over the years.
Supply and demand play the most important role in an asset. If there's no demand then there will be useless supplies and you're just holding nothing out of it.
Just like in bitcoin, there's a demand and the supply is limited and that makes a perfect combination for this asset that we've been holding. While others aren't rushing, we're already in the rush to accumulate as many as we can before we can accumulate little with the expensive price that it has got. The world is having that change in the perspective of assets and it's not just all about tangible assets anymore.
4343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 12, 2022, 11:09:17 PM
Conclusion, their roster should be well-balanced and composed of veterans and young players.
I agree and not just for the Lakers but also for the other teams. Some teams got 1 superstar and then no helper inside the court and all reliant to it.
In the end, that superstar looks like he's hardly playing with his teammates because there's no balance in the team. I like the idea of well being balanced and composed with young players, superstars, and veterans. It is a good team composed of energetic, athleticism, experience and wisdom in all aspects, ball handling, shooting, under the ring and crucial times.
4344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best wallet for altcoins ? on: September 12, 2022, 10:11:46 PM
I've used Exodus and it's actually a good one but if your altcoin to be picked isn't there, that makes sense that you want to have another wallet where it's supported.

I had 100,000 Doge coin in cryptopia exchange but lost all asset after the exchange was hacked. One advantage of storing Altcoin in exchange is that if the project do a swap, it can automatically swap you token. I have not really tried any other wallet except exodus.
That's the disadvantage of keeping your coins in the exchanges. You may potentially lose all of them if there's a hacking incident which is not new to most of us.
4345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you think blockchain gaming technology will have evolved by 2030? on: September 12, 2022, 09:24:37 PM
do you believe that blockchain gaming will gain more traction?
Yes.
We're already seeing it but it's just like labeling the game as it's a "blockchain-based" game. But in reality, these games are just like the same and the new trend might just be that it's changed because there's a sort of reward such as real money which we've seen in NFT games.
Also, virtual reality or the Metaverse is likely what is this blockchain gaming all about. Certain changes could be there but in the next years, we might see another type of trend for these games again.
4346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 12, 2022, 08:18:58 PM
I just wish him all the best with his career back to ROS and I guess he's got more control there than what he has left with NLEX.

Since Rain Or Shine has no sister teams, there should be no supposed hindrance on their future trades. I miss the strong ROS where in All-Filipino, they can compete competitively. It's good to see that Coach Yeng is again working in a team that has no sister teams. He is capable of extracting the very best of a certain player and can turned that into a good role player.

Although I think he is changed now and not that strict in practice. His bad mouthing for any errors that his players committed during the game is more of giving a determination rather than discouragement.
Coach Yeng is a veteran coach and just look how the ROS way back years ago when he is the coach at that time. ROS is going in the playoffs, and they are one of the strongest independent teams at that time. When he left, that's when the ROS crumble.

Looking at the roster of ROS right now, they don't have an all-star that can carry the team, but I believe like you do that he is capable in extracting the talents of these players. Players like Nambatac, Santillan and even Shaun Ildefonso. I believe that he can help these players unleash their full potential. I just hope that MVP or SMC will not milk ROS and will make unequal trades "again".

We've known Coach Yeng as a fierce coach. He is yelling at his players and spitting bad words to them in the court but outside, there are many players saying that he is the complete opposite.
When he was with ROS in the past, it was like the best days of it, and now that he's back. That's what he's going to do with ROS again. Yeng can maximize the players that he's got with ROS and if there are possible trades that will benefit his team, he'll do it for sure.
Those words that he spits out to his players are also like giving that sense of urgency to his players that they should do better than what they're showing to him.
4347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to spot a x100, x1000 or x10000 coin ? Isn’t this the million $ question ? on: September 12, 2022, 11:11:51 AM
I don't think anyone can be sure 100% if any project could go x100, x1000 or x10000
There is no one that can be sure of the perfect gains of x100 and more.

even if you think the project's team is all famous and professional, the whitepaper is flawless and the idea is revolutionaries, there is always a possibility something bad happened to a project. I never aim to find some x1000 project, I prefer to make small amount but consistent profit over the years. But I think the easiest way to find a x100, x1000 or x10000 is just to put some small penny to every potential project what has $1 market price.
If the team is like that, there's more chance of it being dumped too quickly rather than being stable because that's how the investors get in. If there's someone popular or famous and is part of the team, they're buying the rumors and selling the news.
4348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is web3 scam? on: September 11, 2022, 09:41:50 PM
The scam is the ones that exploit and uses web3 for their scams like the typical projects that we see in the market. The ICO craze, NFT hype, Metaverse, and now, the web3 hype is about to be there so, scammers will turn their attention to it.
It's still in development and many people can't keep up with it, so those that are aware of it, sees a lot of opportunities from it, the legitimate ones and the bad opportunities about it that fools people around.

Well, he's famous for bad-mouthing his players but that's him and his part of the way of approach to his players. Basically, if a player sees it that he's been bad mouth, it's up to him whether he'll take that personally, as a way of encouragement and do better so no bad mouthing every official game or every practice game.

IIRC, he has mentioned that he's got really no power for those trades. And it's like a little expose' through his words but not that vulgar, sort of giving a hint with the trade that happens.
I just wish him all the best with his career back to ROS and I guess he's got more control there than what he has left with NLEX.

It is not really an expose if everybody knows that some teams are farm teams of bigger teams. But I think it is the first time that I heard a coach speak it out loud. And it is sad that PBA is tolerating one-sided trades. I guess because only a few teams can attract large crowds in their games like Ginebra, San Miguel, and the like. PBA let them do this because they know that their tickets will sell out if these teams play in the playoffs and especially in the finals. But it is also detrimental to the competitiveness of the league because, at some point, you already know which teams will make it to the finals, and which have the highest percentage of winning.
He's just well spoken and there's no hindrance that he had told it vulgar to everybody and that's why he's one of the best coach out there.
4350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 11, 2022, 03:12:30 PM
I'll just share what I've seen in a post from a basketball page that the coach that will replace Yeng for NLEX is going to be none other than Chot's son, Josh.
Well, the management isn't naming him yet due to the fact that he's still in the hot issue that the father and son have taken it. If this is going to be true, then everyone is already going to smell the connection between the two teams. So, we're going to have that sister team again and likely that these two would be open for trades and, might be just exclusive to them.

Regardless of who's the coach, NLEX will always be a farm team for TNT. They are sister teams alongside Meralco under the MVP group of companies.

There is already a series of exchanges happened between NLEX and TNT that involves a big fish.

The most notables are:

- Paul Erram from NLEX to TNT
- Mikey Williams (which Coach Yeng got surprised as he believes that this guy will play for NLEX)

In other words, even with how influential and reputable Coach Yeng is, he doesn't have the power to influence the trade for the sake of improving the NLEX roster according to his own will. It's better to leave NLEX out if he wants to continue his coaching career.
IIRC, he has mentioned that he's got really no power for those trades. And it's like a little expose' through his words but not that vulgar, sort of giving a hint with the trade that happens.
I just wish him all the best with his career back to ROS and I guess he's got more control there than what he has left with NLEX.
4351  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't ever quit your job to trade crypto. on: September 11, 2022, 02:09:57 PM
Trading is just a secondary source of income.
It can be an actual job for those professionals who have been living with the market.

Your job should be still the primary source of income because trading is too risky. You don't know if you can gain profit because of market volatility and also if the coins you choose to trade is good and can give you luck to earn profit.
This should be the norm, for those that are doing part-time trading. There's no need for them to quit their jobs because they can do two things at the same time. They can treat trading as a side hustle while keeping going with their main jobs. Having two or more sources of income nowadays is the wisest thing to do and can help to defeat inflation and keep up with the increase in the price of goods.
4352  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin will always remain the best choice on: September 10, 2022, 11:46:49 PM
There will be different reasons with different users. For me it is the one that got into the market and served as the base for the rest of the altcoins available for usage. Maybe more advancement have taken place with other altcoins, but to stay strong against all other cryptocurrencies and the fiat system is not a simple thing. For this reason my choice falls with bitcoin as the best of all time.
It is the firstborn of cryptocurrencies and that's why it does makes sense that it's got the supreme. Although for some facts, there will be those people that might say that it's the not first one because there's the ecash by David Chaum. Well, enough with that but sure it's the base now for the entire market and that's what makes it the best choice. While many of these altcoins will be gone for sure within the next years, bitcoin sure is here to stay no matter what trend will come out.

Another rumor though, I thought the assistant coach of NLEX already get the signal to coach the team for at least a year. Well, another Reyes in the league most probably it can create that speculation and that connection as a sister team. Most probably the Josh is trying to make his own name in PBA since his dad is quiet old now and can now have his retirement.
Yes, it's another rumor that I've just read. And whatever Josh will do, I don't think that he'll ever make a name for himself. There will always be a connection from his father up to both of their careers and to the issues that they're part of.

Let’s see if NLEX will settle for that and wait for their final announce with regards to this.
We'll have to wait if that's for real or not.

I believe Adonis Tierra is named interim head coach until a new head coach is found. Meaning he can still be replaced as head coach. The rumor that Josh Reyes as the head coach of NLEX can still be true. We know how close they are to MVP.  And if this is true, it may be a way to groom him as the new coach of Gilas too. I am just speculating here but it is not very far from the truth given how favored they are with MVP.
Connections after connections even if there's a lack of experience, still, having that closeness to the management will hit him the work as the new coach. Still, we'll wait for the official one.
4354  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Crypto Jobs 2020 on: September 10, 2022, 10:25:17 PM
I thought crypto opportunities will only be helpful and available during the pandemic. It honestly helps many of us survive the pandemic crisis but to my surprise, it has been continuously opening more opportunities for everyone until now. We only have to be knowledgable for us to be able to grab all the opportunities that crypto could offer.
It had become a career for many and that's why people don't look down on the crypto market anymore. They can make fun of it but the opportunities that it has given to many were a great thing for them to realize that this is a real market, a real place for opportunities not just for investments and assets but also for jobs that can help any person pursuing a career on it as a living.
In this case, actually seeing the jokes, especially when the decline occurs, is just a joke because so as not to panic too much about it. I always use this joke with some of my friends especially when the bitcoin price hit $17k a while ago but it's not meant to make Crypto look bad but just to relax the mind so it doesn't focus too much on panic because when something like that happens it's really stressful overshadowing myself Grin So jokes like that are sometimes necessary.
It's really stressful upon seeing the decline but if there's a way for you to remove that stress through joking with your friends, that's okay. It's a way to ease the feeling while we see the dump.

Now Crypto is in a trend which is quite good because a lot of people know about Crypto compared to before even though the current price is still not recovering.
It's still in a trend and will continue to have it because people are now more interested to learn about it and the opportunities that it has got that they've never seen before.

4356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Solana a good investment in this 2022? on: September 10, 2022, 08:34:17 PM
Some analysts predict solana will soar in 2022, will it actually happen? considering the crypto inflation.
Anyone even not analysts, I've seen say that it will go up for this year and nobody knows if that will happen until we see the end of this year. If you think about inflation, most likely in cryptocurrencies, it is deflation if it has a limited supply. As for SOL, it has a limited supply but it's still a lot although it's on the top because of the NFT craze that we've seen for the past year and SOL has made a huge part on that thing.
4357  Economy / Economics / Re: Working hours | How many are too many? on: September 10, 2022, 11:10:22 AM
Formally I work in the office about 8 hours a week, but the trip can reach around 3 hours so that almost 12 hours time is used for the road and work,
8 hours a week in the office? I guess that's a good setup with the number of hours you're going to the office or is it that you mistyped it and that's really 8 hours a day?

when it is off then I garden from morning to evening or more than 10 hours, this is because more and more needs that must be fulfilled.
I don't have a background in gardening but seriously, you're taking that much time for doing the whole thing? How huge is your backyard or it seems that you're gardening with a truly huge field?

4359  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: September 10, 2022, 08:53:39 AM
Ang nag top 1 last season ay see Theeban o si 1437 if kilala nyo.

At kapag new season, may mga mane-nerf nanaman.
4360  Economy / Economics / Re: What define your success, "money, fame or achievement"? on: September 09, 2022, 11:34:45 PM
I would say I was successful when I was able to reach my goal depending of what really it is.
Money - that can be when you are financially stable but if we talk about fame, that is unless if you really need it. But for me, I don't need fame or being popular with the public, as long I was able to provide for the needs of my family and own a business, I was certainly happy with that. That can be called a little achievement that most people don't have.
Me too, I don't need fame or to be recognized. I just want a simple living where I can define being success in my own terms. Like having my own peace, stable income and career, good health and long life, that's it.
Very plain and simple and that's what I'm thriving to achieve because that's what I understand about life. If I'll be lucky to make a huge profit out of holding bitcoin then that's a bonus!
