4343  Other / Off-topic / Re: Divorce, how can we stop it.? on: May 18, 2021, 11:49:18 PM
Look around the animal kingdom, few if any have this social construct.
Humans aren't that animals you think. Humans were created to have a soul and spirit being like God. That's what the Bible talks about at the creation of Adam - to make man in the likeness of God. I think the issue of divorce is mostly man's crave for satisfaction at every little frustration. That of the Gates takes the crown and beggars disbelief.

You may also want to check out www.forexpeacearmy.com since trading is beyond checking prices. That's where you head to when you have troubles with brokers. Most brokers are scums!

Make una put mount for this matter oh, wetin be the way forward? Make we just lock up or convert?.
In my opinion, e no bad. But I dey think say the price of bitcoin no go fall below $40000, the support for that price dey strong. But na just prediction be that, if we convert ham go USDT, e go make sense too.
Make we still watch am small. Una sabi sey na around $42,000 wey Elon bin buy Bitcoin dat time, so I nor think sey bitcoin go crash below am as rumour dey sey na Elon dey cause dis dump. But anything wey make am break dat $40,000 Support wey Charles point out here we go tether am sharp sharp. We fit tether am now only for the craze man to begin go up and na we go lose if e happen like dat.

I no sure if the two weeks deadline don reach but if donation nodey come in again make we discuss the way forward oyibo dey watch us ooooo
Deadline be like 22/23 dis month. Even if donations nor come again, we still gat to wait till deadline because e fit get some people wey dey wait for d deadline to make payment. And about the Oyibo wey you talk sey dem dey watch us, e good. So, dem too go see how we take run dis package. We nor go fall hand here.
4346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this the end of the bull market of crypto? on: May 16, 2021, 08:31:37 PM
Why all crypto are dropping these days? Will crypto pump again? Or that’s the end of the bull market of crypto ?
Honestly, it's already looking like the end of a surprising bull run for Bitcoin which began late last year. Data puts Bitcoin's dominance of the entire market space at slightly above 30%. This has strategically dwindled over the months. I recall those times BTC dominance stayed above 60% while its price remained sluggish. But today, even with 30% dominance the price isn't that bad; and that' looks scary to me that a great fall is brewing. If historical data is anything to go by on this, we should be looking at December of this year for Bitcoin to hit a fresh ATM the same way it did in 2017 before it plunges.
4347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone on Tiktok said that Bitcoin will go down zero if founder show up! on: May 16, 2021, 06:32:12 PM
I share in Dan Pena's sentiment that revealing who Satoshi is will rattle Bitcoin. However, I don't believe it will get to that point where it gets to zero. No matter what happens, I don't even see Bitcoin hitting that level. Bitcoin is the bedrock of the crypto industry. If anything drastic befalls Bitcoin the entire crypto industry will crumble. Again, come to think of it, there are several cryptos whose creators are known but they're still doing well. The creators of ETH and LTC are well known, yet their prices have remained valuable.
4348  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Connecting to multiple exchanges at once? on: May 16, 2021, 03:46:38 PM
I have seen TabTrader[1] being recommended quite a lot on multiple communities. I haven't really used it though so do your due diligence.

[1] https://tab-trader.com/
Yes, I can attestate to the Tabtrader being a great app to link a trader directly to most exchanges for trpading activities. I have used it in the recent past, connecting my account on Binance to it until when Binance decided to change its API configuration. I opted out because I was overtly careful not to leave any loose ends that might make my account vulnerable to attacks. That was my fear but I think I was simply being paranoia. So, OP should go ahead with it.
4349  Other / Meta / Re: Why are "Likes" turned off in this forum? on: May 16, 2021, 02:09:34 PM
Well, I guess it's that way because the creator(s) or managers of this forum want to make it look different from the park. It's called breaking away from the crowd mentality. In a way, it's ok but I for one will advocate for something of that nature that will enable us show appreciation to posts freely without involving merits. Sometimes, I see posts I like to merit but can't do so because I don't have merit. In a situation like that, clicking the like button should be sufficient.

Sending Merits to a post is almost the same as liking it if you have loved the content someone has written but Unlike likes, you have to earn at least 2 merits in order to have one sMerit. So this means you will have to be active and contribute positively in the forum if you are to receive any Merits.
So, in excess both aren't the same. Liking is freely given while meriting a post will cost the giver something.
4350  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much can you predict this sh*t?! Or is it pure gamble? on: May 16, 2021, 05:31:09 AM
From 50/50 (it could swing either way and you can have zero knowledge on which way it'll swing), to %1-100 being able to know before hand, how much can you know?
It's because no one truly knows where the market will head to in the next minutes that the SL (Stop Loss) is advised to be used. Trading is highly speculative in nature. Some people have even likened it to gambling (which it isn't, anyway). Perhaps may be because it also has the same risk which gambling has. But generally life itself is risk just like every other business is. On what pushes price up, I will say it's FOMO. Nothing else. The fear of missing out creates the urgent demand for a certain project and that gets more people struggling to buy in without knowing why others started buying in the first place. This scramble causes more people to buy at whatever price that's available for them and price goes up more.
4351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Elon musk launches his own coin? on: May 15, 2021, 09:34:08 PM
Well, if he floats a crypto I for one won't be buying. I'm yet to see any celebrity owned token that has succeeded. I try as much as stay away from any token promoted by a celebrity where they're made the poster boys. I learnt the hard way after my experience with the John McAfee ghost token last year. That was a few years after Centra which was heavily promoted by boxer Mayweather turned scam. I lost cash in that too. So, I will be highly skeptical to stay out if Elon has a token to his name. He's better a kingmaker than wanting to be a king himself. He should know better.

Then he pumped the price several more times and sold his coins to the hamsters.
Every hodler at some point takes profit. If Elon decides to sell, it shouldn't be seen as something bad.

4354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reactions From Musk's Bitcoin criticism on: May 15, 2021, 01:55:15 AM
Whenever I read negative stuff about Elon Musk I remember a certain John McAfee (the antivirus dude turned crypto publicist. I believe John is still behind bars). But I know Elon is more clever than John and wouldn't condescend to doing anything that will drag him through the mire and tarnish his name. For crying out loud, Elon is a man of wealth with global influence and this we shouldn't overlook. Certainly, there will be those who would be envious of all that he has achieved and would want to drag him along negative news. Come to think of it, his support for Doge and BTC can't be jettisoned. Those who criticize him must be doing so to score cheap points.
4355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg named his goat Bitcoin on: May 14, 2021, 07:06:08 PM
Why is Mark suddenly waking up now after several years of laid-backness from supporting Bitcoin. I can vividly recollect how he banned crypto links on Facebook a few years ago. If not for Jack and his Twitter, perhaps Mark's action would've retarded crypto growth. I suspect Mark means no good here. Believe me, there's something sinisterous going on with him. BTW, what happened to his much talked about token, Libra?

@Charles-Tim you talk well.
But shouldn't Bitcoin payment be an option? I understand the high fees and how it would be expensive to withdraw out for the organizer but not everyone uses USDT and those who don't use it need a way to still stay anonymous. Wetin una think?
Upgrade, na small matta be dat wan na. Just use exchange convert the Bitcoin to TRC tether as that one nor get ish like BTC with high fee. For Binance, na only $1 be withdrawal fee. Bitcoin na case now dats why all man dey avoid im leprosy.

Charles and Brainboss, I hail una. Ehen, Engineer Igeh I salute you too. Una coordination dey sweet my belle die! Our struggle is one love!
4358  Economy / Speculation / Re: What make people panic sell? on: May 14, 2021, 01:43:48 PM
But why the hell people panic sell now after it reach this high amount?
Do people really still think it goes to 0?
People panic sell because no one can foretell what the other person is thinking to ascertain their reason — whether taking profit or abandoning a project. It's difficult knowing the reason behind any sell. So, when the market moves heavily towards sell, investors speculate it could be a signal for them to sell off in a hurry and take profit. It happens too the same way when huge purchases are made and you notice more people get on buy as they would think the token is about to be scarce and more valuable. Again, asking if one thought the price could go to 0? Nah! That would be the end of this industry if Bitcoin ever dropped to that level.

There soulnd't be any sale presure given the history that we see Bitcoin only going up in value
If there isn't buying and selling, there won't be value for any token or coins. It isn't a good idea to encourage people to always hold without selling at some point.
4359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You Want Tesla To Accept Doge? on: May 14, 2021, 06:28:36 AM
The problem is beside Musk and his companies no serious corporation is taking this meme coin seriously and I doubt many will ever do it. Musk is just doing his game play as usual.
May be you will have to take out more time to research a thing or two about Dogecoin to understand that lots of gambling sites make use of it. So, it isn't just a memecoin without a purpose. Its roots are deeply tapped in the community and driven by the community. Yes, I agree that Elon's numerous tweets on it have boosted it's price but Dogecoin on its own has faster speed of confirmation and fees better than Bitcoin. If Dogecoin had as little as 21million supply like Bitcoin it would've surpassed Bitcoin value price like YFI is doing.
4360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New meme coins 😂😂😂 on: May 14, 2021, 04:14:16 AM
Be careful where you put your money meme coins are simply meme coins no more no less
Remember that a lot of people never gave Dogecoin any thought it would ever get to the level it's now. So, I also believe that some of these meme coins aren't just "no more no less" kind of stuff. They may actually be goldmine in future. Look at what Safemoon is doing at the moment. Those who bought in at 8 zeros and still hodling must be in gargantuan ROI now. Again, I believe that those investing in memecoin will be doing that knowing the risk involved, just like with any kind of investments too. Crypto is high-risk, whether you're buying Bitcoin or alts; they all have risk.
