Die Beratung und das Erstellen der Steuererklärung inkl mehrseitigem Anschreiben zur Nacherklärung hat mich etwas über 1000€ gekostet. Das ist jetzt nicht gerade wenig, aber aufgrund der Aussagen, dass eine Steuerstraftat vorliegen könnte, habe ich mich nicht selbst rangetraut.
Es gibt die StBVV, die Vergütungsverordnung für Steuerberater. Dort ist ja fest definiert, wieviel er maximal nehmen darf. Bei dir hat er wahrscheinlich die volle Gebühr veranschlagt. Musstest du 6% p.a. Zinsen auf die Steuernachzahlung bezahlen? Wenn ja, dann kannst du sie dir wiederholen, da sie verfassungswidrig sind. Magst du uns noch erzählen, um welchen Steuerberater es sich handelt? 2-stellig bei ADA ist schon noch ein ganzes Stück weg denke ich. Der Kurs müsste sich (in Dollar) aktuell knapp verfünffachen, was eine Marktkapitalisierung in der Höhe von etwa Ethereum bedeuten würde - nicht ganz. Kommt halt stark auf den Gesamtmarkt an. Zieht der BTC jetzt tatsächlich Richtung 100k, dann kann das natürlich gut möglich sein, dass dann auch die Alts wieder folgen.
Und wenn ADA die aktuelle Marktkapitalisierung von Ethereum erreicht hat, dann wird Ethereum auch eine höhere Marktkapitalisierung haben und wir werden uns dann wieder fragen, ob ADA jemals die Marktkapitalisierung von Ethereum erreichen wird.  Ich denke, wir werden uns noch alles ordentlich freuen in der Zukunft. |

I agree with you somewhat. However, it will be too early to predict which teams will get promotions in the first division. Pauli, Regensburg and Paderborn are playing quite well now. Looking at the gameplay so far, it seems that they are a worthy team to go to the first division. But Schalke 04 is a good enough team. They will do their best to make it to the first division again. @laurenB7742 you’re absolutely correct it’s too early because player’s form changes post the holiday season, and injuries also can play it’s role so unless the teams take a huge lead it’s yet open in my opinion. Furthermore Schalke 04 are blowing hot and cold in their performances, and if they wish to secure promotion then they’ll have to vastly improve on their performances. Of course, injuries can have many effects and the winter break can also have an impact. What just struck me is that I meant in my post that Pauli, Regensburg and Paderborn will probably be one of the teams that will play in the Relagation. Someone can read that differently in the post. Therefore here for clarification. |

What if Schalke could be promoted to the 1st division again, and become champion this season, Schalke still have a chance to advance if they can maintain the pace, and Simon Terodde was a recent member of Hamburg SV last 2020 But have agreed to be relegated into Schalke on May 02, 2021, and this 11th goal of this season have marked him a record scorer of the 2nd Bundesliga with 153 goals together with Dieter Schatzschneider, He surely needs to keep up the pace in getting those goals and Schalke's next match will be against Hannover 96 on Oct. 16, it can be an easy target for Schalke's 6th win and I know there are a lot of Schalke fans out there who are wants Schalke back again in the 1st Division. Yes, if Schalke get promoted, they will surely take SImon Terodde along or he will find another club. Entweder Kampf um die 50k für mehrere Tage oder Hochschießen. Über die dritte Möglichkeit brauch ich hier gar nicht zu schreiben, weil daran glaubt doch sowieso niemand hier. Also ich bin für ein paar Tage Kampf, dann über 53k hoch schießen, halten und dann langsam hoch Richtung 70k. Dort ein kurzer Rücksetzer und dann endlich mal die 100k erleben. |

Was ich davon halte? Also ich wäre bestimmt nicht böse, wenn es so kommen würde... Ehrlich gesagt, weiß ich es nicht. Im Kryptouniversum ist doch alles möglich und wenn es irgendwann mal richtige real-life Anwendungen von Ethereum gibt, dann kann ich mir solche Kurse und auch mehr vorstellen. 13.000 US-Dollar klingt dann doch etwas zuviel, da müsste der BTC auch zumindest ein x2 hinlegen, da wir ja sonst mit der Marktkapitalisierung kurz vor der Ablösung von BTC wären und das ist für mich eher das unvorstellbare. Klar, wenn man ausschließlich auf die Marktkapitalisierung im Verhältnis zu BTC schaut, ist es wenig vorstellbar. Aber Bitcoin wird meistens vorangehen und auch sicherlich weiterhin Platz 1 belegen. An ein FLipppening glaube ich die nächsten 2 Jahre nicht. Aber wenn Smart Contracts richtig gut funktioneren und auditiert sind, kann ich mir einige Anwendungen in real life vorstellen. Schauen wir mal. |

Also insgesamt wenn man es global betrachtet ist mehr Bewegung in der Kryptosache als in den letzten Jahren insgesamt... egal wo man hinguckt ist das Thema präsent. Passend zum Uptober wird uns dieser Umstand mMn. noch sehr viel Freude bereiten  Das ist irgendwie auch alles sehr beruhigend und zeigt, dass wir schon vor Jahren richtig lagen. Ich bin niemand, der sagt, das habe ich ja schon lange gewußt. Aber ich freue mich schon auf die Zukunft, wenn überall darüber gesprochen wird und ich nur daneben stehe und mir meine Gedanken dazu mache. |

It is already a surprise that Bayern Munich lost. But Frankfurt was also very lucky that they didn't get several goals early on. They played very well together in the second half and won in the end. The fans are happy about games like that.

Nee da hast du mich falsch verstanden, ich hätte eher geglaubt, dass die Leute sich von einem Teil ihres Bestandes trennen und Gewinne mitnehmen (über den Airdrop hinaus) aber scheinbar passiert eben das nicht.
Das habe ich ja auch gehofft, damit ich noch etwas nachkaufen kann. Aber entweder wollen die Leute nicht oder dieser Airdrop war ihnen von der Menge her zu wenig. Also lassen wir uns mal überraschen, wohin uns die Reise führt. Seit einigen Tagen pendelt der Kurs ja nur so um die 10 Cent. |

Pretty much a dead first half and then suddenly in the second half 3 fast goals by Werder Bremen plus once cancelled out for Heidenheim due to VAR and a small offside. Was expecting a lot more goals on Hamburger as well at least 3-4 goals not just 2 goals Hamburg is always up and down in regards to their number of goals. Sometimes they have two games where they score 3 - 4 goals, and then they are also good for a 0 - 0 the next two games. They are way too inconsistent if they seriously intend to make it back to the first Bundesliga. When they got relegated a few years ago i was thinking they would be back next season in the first bundesliga but they are still stuck in the bundesliga two. They just cant get on a winning streak and this season probobly the most hardest bundesliga two in history and it will be really hard for them. That is how every team thinks at the beginning. We will only spend one year here and then we will be back on top. And that is what most fans think, too. But unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Hamburg can spend many more years in the second league. They have to be careful. |

Der Preis ist ja nicht von den Herstellkosten abhängig, sondern von Angebot und Nachfrage.
Darüber wurde doch im letzten Kryptowinter gesprochen und es gab auch einge Grafiken und Tabellen dazu, wie hoch (oder niedrig) die Miningkosten der einzelnen Länger sind und dass diese Preise somit der niedrigste Preis für einen Bitcoin sein sollten. Na ja, war alles eher eine Schätzung und viele konnten nie wieder nachkaufen... |
