Since you asked for better options, I suggest hardware wallets are pretty solid in terms of security. Web based wallets are prone to phishing attacks unlike the hardware counterparts. Do you guys have any plans to create a software wallet, maybe mobile versions of the wallet? All Bitcoin wallets require users to ensure their private keys and seed phrases are safe. When we compare the impact of the two wallets, hardware wallets look more useful since they have all the benefits of software or web wallets but without the extra risk. However, as stated by bitampcom, online (hot) wallets are often used to store smaller amounts. And, prevent account hacking or illegal funds transfers, you should be aware of the various ways where you can protect yourself from online threats. Given their cost, I don't see the point in buying a hardware wallet to store less than a few hundred dollars worth of crypto. However, that is merely my opinion, and I understand if someone disagrees. |

I wonder how it is possible to think that money management is a strategic factor in gambling. Knowing how to manage money can be a way to lose it more slowly! Bolje je prvo pitati pa malo zakasniti nego uletiti 'grlom u jagode' u nešto što ne razumiješ. Što se tiče novčanika, ja također ne preporučujem kupnju hardverskog novčanika za pohranu coina do nekoliko stotina eura u iznosu. Ako želiš naučiti trgovati, novac ti je potreban na mjenjačnici. A ako želiš imati potpunu kontrolu nad svojom imovinom, softverski novčanik će biti dovoljno za početak. |

The first and most obvious guideline is that you should never store large sums in a wallet that does not provide you with your private keys or a seed phrase. Bitamp is a non-custodial open source wallet, so it's an obvious pick. It offers traditional functionality with easy accessibility by any browser. If the player just played by a faucet and won, I don't think it's a faucet abuse. The Paradice should really explain better what kind of abuse it was exactly. I checked their Terms of Use and FAQ, there is no mention anywhere that faucet winnings cannot be withdrawn. Moreover, they have already stated that they allow smaller amounts won from the faucet to be withdrawn, so this is clearly a mistake on their part. I can't help but wonder what would happen if someone deposited a small amount and got incredibly lucky to win such a substantial amount? Would they still deny the withdrawal? There is always the possibility of encountering a scammer, just as there is with any other P2P platform. In fact, a lot of users are that don't want to spend time reading reviews. Chances of finding a good trade partner is higher if you look at the past 30 day average volume and some transaction information.
It's good to point out scams like this, but I agree, the greedy ones will always fall for it first.

It is about convenience for users. I agree with you that it is not a big deal but the current Contact support hyperlink will cause a pop up window that will ask me which browser to use it. It is a little inconvenience but yes not a big deal.
It's just a 'mailto' link that allow users to send an email to info@jacksclub.io address directly from the website, without having to copy it and entering it into an email client. It asks you which browser to use because you don't have the default email client set on your system. For most other users, clicking on this link will open an email client with a compose new message in the pop up window. In the future, a special small widget for Contact us will be awesome.
The contact form on the website may be more convenient, but I don't see a problem with this, and many websites behave in this fashion. |

It is just we are really that anticipating or hoping that much for us to win even more or making a hit but we cant deny that there are really
some frustration when you dont see your name on the winners list.
