4361  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: May 25, 2019, 06:44:21 AM
Daily more people are getting rich through bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It can be through trading, gambling, mining or various other services and in specific holding. Users who invested at least $10000 - $15000 by January month of ongoing year probably could have turned rich if he's in a third world country.
Your title says one thing and your main post says some other thing. You are only thinking about the people who are getting rich through bitcoin and other crypto currencies, but what about the people who are losing shit tons of money while investing on crypto currencies? And gambling is just a way of getting rich by carrying a huge risk over your shoulder. The price of bitcoin was just around $4,000 USD in January this month. They just doubled their investment, doesn't mean they became rich overnight.
4362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is needed for a gambler to the success? on: May 24, 2019, 07:30:47 PM
Everyone know gambling is filled with success and loss but what is the most important for being successful in gambling
Luck or experience?
Depends on what kind of gambling game it is. If it is a game like Dice, roulette, plinko and slots, then it is all about luck. Those are games of chances and no strategy or experience can change your luck. Again, if it some card games like poker, then yeah, experience and skill does matter in this case. Being able to manage your funds also depends on experience, so i would say successful gambling depends on both luck and experience.
4363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos with instant deposits on: May 24, 2019, 07:27:43 PM
What important is if you deposit crypto to a casino even if its not completely confirmed you can already play the game they offer. I experienced that in many casino which is good you dont need to wait anymore. Especially if you lose all your bankroll and need to win back deposit instantly will be vert useful.
Exactly such casinos would get so many users on their site.  In fact I will be the first one getting register. There might be some casinos out there which would not provide this instant service to the users on the site for their own malign gains and such casinos are normally avoided. The basic purpose of a casino is to make money and the more friendly it is towards its users, the more money it makes.
You mean once they deposit, they will get to play instantly without any confirmation required? Well, that is not going to happen. People will abuse that feature. People will deposit with no fee at all, play the game, lose and then double spend their transaction. I know it's not that easy to do so, but there are people out there that won't hesitate to take such steps for their own advantage.
4364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now?? Or I'm too late?? on: May 24, 2019, 07:23:43 PM
Crypto market in general is heading to 200 billion USD I think we're getting very close to what we all call a bull run
It is never too late to buy crypto currencies, especially bitcoin. Look, bitcoin is still in its infant stage. There are lot to develop and as bitcoin and other crypto currencies develop, the price also goes up along with this development. Again, if you are buying and willing to hold it for a long term, then just do it since in the long the run, the price of bitcoin will always tend to go up.
4365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you prefer? Sportsbet or casino on: May 24, 2019, 06:39:30 PM
Casino and sports betting are two different thing. The Casino games like dice, roulette, blackjack etc completely depends on your luck. These are games of chances. The outcomes or the results are never defined. More over, casino has a house edge. So in the long run the house will always win. Again, sports betting depends less on luck and more on "understanding the team". You can always predict who is going to win based on the teams past information and skills.
4366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How big is the role of the government in the development of Bitcoin? on: May 24, 2019, 06:30:55 PM
The Government does play a big role in the development of Bitcoin. Unfortunately, most of the government in the world aren't crypto friendly enough. There are people out there that trusts the government with their full heart. Now if the government accepts crypto currencies in their country, people of that country will get a better understanding and more freedom in using crypto currencies. This in turn will increase the adaption of crypto currencies which will help in future development.
4367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: HOW I BECAME A GAMBLER on: May 24, 2019, 06:06:27 AM
2017 was a very tough year for me. All efforts that i ever made to make money proofed abortive, then my friend told me about gambling and how he has been making money from it. I didn't buy into this idea because i have had a very bad impression about this game even though i never tried. Am sure you all know that gambling has a bad reputation lol Grin Grin. At a point i had no  other choice than to give it a trial on a sport betting site. That day i made double of my money and i promised myself never to stop gambling Grin That was how my journey on gambling started. Can you share your story briefly and clearly  Roll Eyes LETS GO GUYS
First of all, I never heard that gambling has a bad reputation. Secondly, you are making a mistake. Your friend told you that you can make money from gambling but he never told you that you can lose everything from gambling? It's a game of chance, not a way of earning money. You are probably getting extremely lucky till now, for which you promised yourself to never stop gambling. Wait till you lose everything..
4368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty may be an income medium for unemployed youth. on: May 23, 2019, 10:13:27 PM
We really don't want that. If more "unemployed" youth joins bounty program for covering up their cost of living, the bounty rewards will have to spread out more among the users. This means that now, each user will be getting less than before. Eventually, a time might come that they are just being paid dust amount for working at the bounty program.
I would suggest people to get some real job instead completing these bounty programs. Most of them end up being a scam or just not worth your time.
4369  Economy / Economics / Re: The Continuous Printing of Money on: May 23, 2019, 10:10:15 PM
-snip-
We all know that eventually, printing of more money can result into disaster in the long-run. This is not like a chili pepper hot sauce that can immediately be felt but definitely this is like pawning the very future of the people.
Yeah, it will bring a disaster in the long run if everything is made in an unplanned way. If you keep on printing money, the total money that will circulate in the economy will increase. This means more purchasing power for the people. But, in this case, the purchasing power has increased, but the production is still the same. Thus, the seller will be bound to increase the price of the goods to keep up with the demand. This in turn causes inflation in the country. Again, it also (most of the time) weakens the currency value.
4370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP rises quickly! on: May 23, 2019, 10:03:04 PM
It's happening because the price of bitcoin is also rising. During the initial stage when the price of bitcoin starts to sky rocket, we see all the altcoins starts to bleed. This is because people start to dump their altcoin and jump into the bitcoin market as early as possible to make some nice profit. As the price of altcoin starts to bleed, other users take the opportunity of investing on those cheap altcoins and thus, once again the price of altcoins also starts to rise. That's the case of XRP or it's just being manipulated maybe (more than half of the total coins are owned by Ripple lab)?
4371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cryto Mining recover in the future? on: May 23, 2019, 09:22:57 PM
It is still profitable for some people. If it wasn't why would they mine? You will just have to choose your location carefully. You will need to buy efficient equipment for mining. The electricity cost is a huge factor over here. If you live in a place where electricity is super cheap, you will be making some good profit. Oh, and as the value of the coin rises, so will your profit from mining.
4372  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading on: May 23, 2019, 08:04:14 PM
You probably got lucky when trading or you are really good at it. There will be times when you will be suffering some mega loss. What are you going to do then? To be honest, I think having a a full time job is best instead of completely depending on crypto trading. The full time job guarantees you a constant financial supply, where while trading there is a chance where you won't make anything and will suffer financially. Make crypto trading like a pass time thingy.
4373  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another Bitter Critic: "Bitcoin Will be Zero" on: May 22, 2019, 09:40:27 PM
There is no way the price of bitcoin will go to zero. As long as there is someone who is mining the coins and if there is someone who is using it, then there will still be a value for the coin. Until something very messed up happens with the coin or a huge problem is found which has no solution, the price of bitcoin will never reach zero. It might become valueless (or of less value) if something better has been invented. Though this will also take time since people won't instantly get used to the new system.
4374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People who gamble are degenerates, change my mind. on: May 22, 2019, 08:57:58 PM
Gambling is also a good way to make people entertained and have fun especially when they feel boredom. But this should be played with self limits because if not, surely gamblers will end up being addicted on it. And with addiction comes a lot of destructions in life that will cause much troubles to gamblers once this will not be avoided in the first place.
Nope. Gambling is never a good way to keep people entertained. Well, if you are gambling just small amounts that won't cause any problem in your life, then yeah, you can enjoy gambling. But, if you  take gambling very seriously, then trust me you will no longer be enjoying it since you will be always on certain pressure and stress. Any form of activity that gives you high level stress can never be called a form of entertainment. Yeah, you will enjoy when you win, but if you start losing, that's a whole different story.
4375  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is Climbing Up. on: May 22, 2019, 08:54:31 PM
These rise and fall of the price has become such a common phenomena that people no longer starts to jump in excitement when they see a sudden rise in the price. Probably they will after we reach a new all time high.
All these price jumps always ends up with a correction, but the price tends to be always higher than previous correction. I guess we might see the same thing that as happened in 2017. The price might jump above $20k USD and then correct back to 8k USD or something (just some random assumption) and then keep on repeating.
4376  Economy / Speculation / Re: what will happen if BTC hit 1.000.000$ on: May 22, 2019, 08:47:50 PM
If bitcoin hits $1,000,000 then there is a possibility of  two things that might have happened which has triggered the price to reach this position. First, the market might have been extremely manipulated to reach this position (very highly unlikely and even if it does happen the price will end up crashing very badly). Or, we have officially announced bitcoin as the global currency and everyone is using it.
To be honest, nothing will happen. People will lead their life as usual and instead of using just the fiat currency, they will be using crypto currencies.
4377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If there is a store like Amazon or ebay that accepts only BTC would you use it? on: May 22, 2019, 06:24:01 PM
What I'm trying to ask is would you use that type of store with your crpyto (maybe that store accepts more crypto not only BTC) or you see crypto only as an asset that will provide you more fiat money in the future?
Right now, none of them (amazon and ebay) accepts bitcoin as a payment. I have been hearing that Amazon might be accepting crypto currencies soon through the Lightning Network. Lets just wait and see.
I would use stores that accept crypto currencies. I do buy amazon gift cards with crypto currencies, so I am actually indirectly using crypto on stores like amazon  Wink.
4378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your unfashionable Bitcoin opinions? on: May 22, 2019, 11:43:09 AM
Everyone has a few. What are yours?
My main ones are - unit bias has held back BTC's progress in the mind of the public.
Bitcoin will never see widespread use as a currency.
95-99.5% of the world does not want to be their own bank. And a decent proportion who do want to be, should not be.

My unfashionable opinions about bitcoins are:
1. It can not be used as a replacement of regular fiat currency due to high fee and network load. There are other crypto currency that can do this job better.
2. Better to use it as a store of value than a regular currency
3. No matter how much we deny, it actually helps criminal to stay under the radar.
4379  Economy / Economics / Re: Forms of converting cryptocurrencies into cash on: May 22, 2019, 11:38:35 AM
There are actually a lot of ways to convert your crypto currencies to fiat currency that is paper cash. But, the best way would be making a peer to peer that is face to face deal with some one from your area. You will be saving a lot from transaction fee and other nuisance.
Or if you are from the US, you can use coinbase. That's the easiest way for me Smiley.
4380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - A Game of Luck or Strategy on: May 21, 2019, 09:17:32 PM
If its a game like Dice it is totally a game of luck. Those so called strategies are just gambler fallacy. Your out come depends on your luck. No strategy can change the long run out come. Though strategies might help you manage your balance better but don't be completely dependent on strategies.
The case is different for other games like poker. Here skills and strategies does matter a lot.
