Well, if you have $200 to invest, thats good. My suggestion then is, you should try invest in a cheaper but futuristic with potential coin. Doing such will make you buy into many coins and possibilities for the coins to do well in future.
4382  Economy / Economics / Re: Will it be profitable to purchase BTC or ETH for fiat right now on: November 30, 2017, 03:34:40 PM
If you can split your money into Ether and Bitcoins it's better. Because those two crypto currencies have a big role to play in the future. And it's definitely worth the benefits you'll receive here over time.

I even see etheruem being very strong in the future. Many icos have chosen the coin as a buying coin which most times is easier to access. Also, many investors would move into the coin because it is not highly volatile like bitcoin.

So, etheruem is a coin to watch out for.
4383  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: i lost 20% of my budget on: November 30, 2017, 12:31:50 PM
remember one thing in crypto exchange, you will never lose if you don't sell your coin.
people are only looking on how crypto asset going up, they don't really know about the volatility of crypto. when you the price drop, it's a normal. all you need to do is patient.

The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient. – Warren Buffett

Talking about , " you will never lose if you don't sell your coin". I also use to hear that but recently I think I'm thinking not to always follow that all the time because of my experience lately.

Although ,it was with an altcoin that was bullish and has gone really dip now . Still on the waiting game  Grin
4384  Economy / Economics / Re: Will it be profitable to purchase BTC or ETH for fiat right now on: November 30, 2017, 10:44:20 AM
Hello,
I have some money to invest in cryptos. Nevertheless, in last 3 month BTC did x3, ETH did x1.5. I`m not sure if it will grow anymore... What do you think?

I understand that you could know that bitcoin and cryptos are the new internet business and the more the awareness grows the more people come into it. So, whether it will grow is not really to get someone bordered because it will certainly keep increasing with time.
4385  Economy / Economics / Re: We gonna talk about that flash crash? on: November 30, 2017, 04:44:37 AM
This Coindesk article doesn't provide many clues except possible overloaded exchanges and congestion: https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-price-falls-1000-minutes-erase-24-hour-gains/

There still doesn't appear to be a downtrend yet despite this

I'm curious to see where it goes this week!

I mean the price is still skyrocketing without no breaks since a month now. This is really stunning.

The price mark for this year has been reached, yet bitcoin is crossing bounds. I do believe that next year is going to be an explosion in price because awareness is going to be higher and many more investors coming in plus new manipulations.
4386  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price due to retail investors? on: November 29, 2017, 10:09:24 PM
I quite know that the price of bitcoin is being bullish this way because factors are responsible for this growth but I can not support or say it is as a result of retail investors because there is no way to actually quantify such.

You are already in the part way. You can get some benefit here if you are dedicated , with that you can build your account and get to higher level. Then, you can be getting reasonable fractions of bitcoin and try investing both online and otherwise.
4388  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you budget your money in a day on: November 29, 2017, 07:39:04 PM
For me budgeting money in a day leads to your success in wealth. As a student I budget money in which atleast 50% of my allowance will be part of my savings. So you how do you budget your money? I wanna know your strategy.

Is not really too clear what I understand that you mean but the way I like to discuss it is that there is new investment in town and I think that is one reason that bitcoin is going bullish.

People now budget money on bitcoin to expect future growth. I also think is a nice budgeting habit and investing in altcoin is the better part of it.
4389  Economy / Economics / Re: Legalizing Bitcoin on: November 29, 2017, 06:02:41 PM
With the rate that bitcoin is going, if legalized, it means bitcoin will definitely takeover financial transactions in the world because it is decentralized. The point however is that, "first world countries "are not bugging on the issue .
4390  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN milestone 10000$. Continue to rise or not??? on: November 29, 2017, 12:22:24 PM
It is amazing how the price of bitcoin has obeyed the speculations which has come to prove that in all trade, speculations is not to be taken for granted.

Speculations again is also part of news and news itself directs technical indicators.

Obviously, bitcoin has hit the speculated price mark despite forks around it and it is still going strong. Good morning for investors  Grin
4391  Economy / Economics / Re: will next decade be the bitcoin era ?? on: November 29, 2017, 11:13:45 AM
Probably and it is working as if is going to be such by next era. The coin is really doing well and investors are really coming and adopting it.

However, the only hinge I still see is that, if governments don't fully make an obvious adopting statement on it.
4392  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I buy BTC or mine LTC? on: November 29, 2017, 06:05:54 AM
If I were you, I would just split into the two because is not always nice to put everything one has into one direction. So investing in bitcoin and mining litecoin at same time will be better, though depending on what capital you have. Good luck.
4393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Other coins with Bitcoin potential? on: November 28, 2017, 11:36:03 PM
It is going to be a hard nuts but the coins that can get close are bitcoin cash, etheruem because of its recent usage hype.

However, some new ico coins can equally go the lent bitcoin has gone if given the same opportunity bitcoin has got, ucoin is another promising coin.
4394  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin 10.000$!!!! What's Next? on: November 28, 2017, 09:46:57 PM
"What if hedge funds buy bitcoin as an investment?"
"What if investors use bitcoin as a store of value?"
"What if bitcoin is used primarily as a currency?"
Bitcoin is not yet used primarly as a currency, and not much investors use bitcoin as a store of value. But in the actual market, the exchange boost the bitcoin price to the moon with new records every day. What's next with this crypto madness?  Can we still discuss bitcoin as a Bubble?

Share your ideas about Bitcoin in the actual Market.

OP, you raised so many questions at a time, though very nice ideas but I would respond to two of them.

What next with bitcoin after hitting $10,000 is that, personally, I expect a retracement and my reason is simply instinct being that it has been on a long bullish journey .

The second response is the last part of your questions. Yes, it is still seen as a bubble by economists.
4395  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you know of any economic incentives encouraging equality? on: November 28, 2017, 05:41:49 AM
Equality has always been the vocal point of Karl Marx's theory. Trying to propose an economic situation where everyone would have equal access to amenities and things to will ensure good living.

This same equality having been raised by OP, we could observe that the society and situations of live has never provided equality even as we are witnessing in present situation with access to bitcoin. For instance, different jurisdiction especially the third world countries, don't have equal access to good technology and  better internet connection and speed. This affects them in so many ways, like not being able to buy ico coins that needs very strong IP address and internet connection, sometimes; witnessing of network issues with transfers and receiving of coins etc.

Equality has been strived for but yet to be attained.
4396  Economy / Economics / Re: impacts off cryptocurrency on: November 27, 2017, 07:58:52 PM
what are the social and economic impacts cryptocurrencies have ?
and how will this affect third world and poor countries because of their limited access to internet and modern technology?

Bitcoin has not not been a problem to third world countries rather I think the people there are ripping the b no bounties of bitcoin. The value of bitcoin is high and network accessibility would not really be a debacle. Is a new technology and they are embracing the gains I think so.
4397  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency as the Imperial End-game on: November 27, 2017, 06:52:22 PM
I think that there has been some manipulation that happened in the past, some people with huge amount of money dumping and buying i guess that is an act of manipulation. So to say, somehow bitcoin can be manipulated.

If Bitcoin could not be manipulated, I'm pretty certain it would be illegal by now.  The state-bank alliance doesn't want a money that competes with theirs.  I think the reason why Bitcoin is doing well is that it will ultimately help the Western elites, in a huge way.

Yeah, I'm really into this idea of - "If Bitcoin could not be manipulated, I'm pretty certain it would be illegal by now".

There could be an undertune of why bitcoin has not got the hammer of major world power legislation and the imminent manipulation could be the reason and looming but I think why this is taking time is because of the financial benefit and bitcoin is not the only crypto.
4398  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin almost $10000 just $200 away on: November 27, 2017, 06:44:03 AM
It is surprising to withness such a tremendous growth in the price of bitcoin this past three months, from $5,000 to hitting $10,000. The awareness is getting so high, thus bringing in new investors.

The gains from bitcoin is so high this year. Imagine buying "just "10 btc early this year when it was hovering around $800 & $1,000....mega box  Grin
4399  Economy / Economics / Re: Everything is on an uptrend on: November 26, 2017, 07:40:12 AM
It seems that all crypto currencies are now on an uptrend. Any fiat converted into crypto is booming and it seems to be a snowballing effect where more people invest and the value goes higher and higher. I believe this is because of the strong gains everyone is feeling right now and I now understand why some people think its a bubble.

But when you come to think of it, we are still early adopters right? Are there analysts who really project bitcoin or cryptocurrency value to skyrocket in the future? (aside from McAfee of course).

I'm still seeing some altcoins not doing well this season. The rise of bitcoin is killing some altcoins seriously, coins like SIC, LTG & few others are being bartered.

Well, the stronger altcoins like etheruem, litecoin are seizing the advantage. Could it be the game of survival of the fittest?  Grin
4400  Economy / Economics / Re: What is a good amount of BTC to Buy? on: November 24, 2017, 02:09:42 PM
Basically, there are no stipulated price or time that is advised to buy bitcoin but rather the buyer will be convinced to buy either by their own volition or having read the advise of people.

Meanwhile, I do advise that the right time to buy is usually when the market has withness dip for sometime because the expectation is that the market would soon go bullish.
