SIMFEROPOL, March 27./ITAR-TASS/. Crimean authorities have published a list of 321 Ukrainian officials whose presence is unwelcome on the peninsula, the republic's State Council reported on its website on Thursday.
Among them are the parliament-appointed acting President Oleksandr Turchynov, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov, National Security and Defense Council chief Andriy Parubiy and Security Service head Valentyn Nalyvaichenko. The leaders of the Udar and Svoboda Parties, Vitali Klitschko and Oleh Tyahnibok, are also on the list. Party of Regions leader Serhiy Tigipko is not welcome in Crimea. Access to Crimea is barred for lawmakers Oleh Lyashko and Ihor Miroshnichenko who repeatedly made radical statements against Russia and Russian-speaking population.

KIEV, April 08, /ITAR-TASS/. A rally in the city of Lvov, in western Ukraine, that demanded the resignation of the Kiev-appointed prosecutor has ended in a storm of the building of the local prosecutor’s office, local media reported on Tuesday.
“Several dozen activists broke into the building, law enforcers were unable to stop them,” the media reported. Activists tried to get an appointment at the office of the new prosecutor, Vladimir Gural, who was not in.
This is not the first protest action against the new prosecutor. Thus, civic activists foiled the ceremony of the presentation of the new prosecutor by the Kiev authorities. Activists accused the man of bribe-taking and office abuse.

MOSCOW, April 08, /ITAR-TASS/. The suspension of the broadacting of Russia’s RTR-Planeta television channel in Lithuania is another action of political censorship, Konstantin Dolgov, the Russia’s foreign ministry’s envoy for human rights, democracy and the supremacy of law, said on Tuesday.
“The Lithuanian authorities have suspended from April 8 broadcasting of the Russian television channel RTR-Planeta for alleged ‘instigation of interethnic hatred,’” Dolgov wrote in his Twitter blog. “We consider this as another action of political censorship in Lithuania.”
“It is a consequence of the lack of an appropriate reaction from the international community, for instance, from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE),” he noted.

KIEV, April 8 (RIA Novosti) – A senior official in the Ukrainian presidential administration said Tuesday that neither radical militants from the Right Sector movement nor US special forces participated in an operation earlier in the day against protestors in the eastern city of Kharkiv.
“I officially declare that no militants of Right Sector, not to mention US Special Forces, are currently active in Kharkiv, Donetsk or Lugansk,” said Sergei Pashinskiy, the acting head of Ukraine’s Presidential Executive Office.
The Russian Foreign Ministry earlier voiced concerns about the deployment of military resources in the country’s east, including US mercenaries and militants of the illegally armed far-right group Right Sector.
According to the ministry, their task is to suppress protests in the country’s southeastern regions, which have been organized by residents against Kiev’s current policies. A source close to Ukrainian law enforcement reported earlier that three combat units were transferred to the regions, including US special forces and Right Sector militants.
Protesters have been rallying for federalization across Ukraine’s eastern and southeastern regions of Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Lugansk, calling for Crimea-style referendums on the status of their regions within Ukraine.
Beginning last month, protests in eastern cities have been held each Sunday, with citizens refusing to accept their newly-appointed governors as legitimate, as they were installed by the organizers of a coup in the capital.
On Monday, protestors in the Donetsk region established a “people’s council,” which declared the formation of an independent Donetsk Republic and announced plans to hold a referendum by mid-May on joining Russia. The protestors also called on Moscow to send in a peacekeeping force.
In Kharkiv, activists seized the Regional Administration building and proclaimed the formation of a Kharkiv Republic.
Russia has repeatedly said that Ukrainian nationalists and their aggressive rhetoric bear full responsibility for the crisis in the country, which resulted in the reunification of Crimea with Russia last month.
Moscow said that a federal form of government is the only way out of the protracted political crisis in Ukraine, currently a unitary state which is de-facto split into a Ukrainian-speaking west and a Russian-speaking east and south.

MOSCOW, April 8 (RIA Novosti) – Ukrainian border guards blocked RIA Novosti correspondent Andrei Malyshkin from entering the country on Tuesday, the journalist reported.
Malyshkin was heading to Lugansk, an eastern Ukrainian city rocked by large-scale protests over the weekend in support of greater regional autonomy.
The journalist was denied entry after border guards discovered his press card and other documents while inspecting his luggage.
An official document issued by law enforcement, states that the correspondent was denied entry because he was “unable to substantiate the purpose of his visit to Ukraine.”
Earlier in the day, RIA Novosti correspondents were prevented from joining other media representatives on a press tour of the premises of the Kharkiv city administration, which had earlier been seized by protesters.
The guard who let journalists through police cordons explained the denial was due to the fact the journalists worked for a Russian media outlet.
In late January, RIA Novosti correspondents were prevented from attending a news conference by Europe’s top diplomat Catherine Ashton in Kiev. David Stulik, press and information officer of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, said the briefing was by invitation only.
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has repeatedly criticized Ukraine’s refusal to allow Russian journalists onto its territory and other widespread infringements on press freedom by the country’s new authorities.
The organization said such incidents run counter to obligations that Ukraine had undertook as a member of the organization, including under the Helsinki Final Act.
Konstantin Dolgov, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s point man for human rights, said last week that refusal to allow Russian journalists into Ukraine is a sign of Kiev being afraid its brainwashing campaign will come to an end.
