4381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 18, 2016, 04:48:17 PM
My picks for the upcoming Monday Premier League game: Spurs could have a chance to make a lot of pressure on Leicester if they win.

Stoke City-Tottenham over 2,5 goals
1-2
4382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spanish League Prediction Thread (La Liga) on: April 18, 2016, 04:44:06 PM
No idea what's happened to Barcelona. Out of the CL & now looking like about to choke in La Liga. What the bel is wrong with them? Earlier in the season they were unstoppable.

It can be the end of their cycle: you know you can't always be on top! This is what is happening, after years, almost a decade, of total domination now the time is changing. An this is more than normal!
4383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling is Exploding on: April 18, 2016, 04:41:53 PM
will never stop here, gambling site grow up in ths year, its why many people ask about gambling script or ask how to build gambling site, its proffed that gambling site in bitcoin will always growth.
I totally did not get what you wrote. Maybe you are trying to say that gambling will always be profitable.
But please, check what you write: you are getting paid for that.
4384  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: April 18, 2016, 04:36:34 PM
I'm not judging anyone's opinion here I'm simply impressed by the fact so many of you would buy a house with BTC. I would prefer to rent it if that makes sense. I would buy some land for sure not a house.

Well, buying a land also good. So you don't need to worry about a house like earthquake or something. And land is no need to worry about land.

It kind of depends of where you buy it because, for instance, if you buy it where there are floods or other things like that then you need to worry a bit about it. Don't you think?
It is nice to buy a house with some Bitcoins, a house is the best investment that you can ever make because the value will not reduce later in the future and that is nice for you.
So you can sell it with some nice profit also and that is the advantage if you are buy a house.

Go tell your friends in Michigan that a house is always the best investment!!! When the financial crisis hit the Michigan district most of the houses values went to zero.
Do some research

I'm planting my seeds to create the opportunity to live almost fully on BTC in the years to come and I really hope this could be a reality soon so that I could become the employer of myself...  Grin

That's need good investment with a big budget to start with, however it could be successful just if you choose carefully where and how to invest your coins .

Just wanting to invest is different than seriously investing. Just before you invest on anything, do the things that needs to be done, like studying the company firsts. Doing research if it is really profitable. You don't want to plant seeds on unfertile soil. Instead of getting profit, you'll get regrets if you don't do it wisely and diligently.

"Planting the seeds" was a metaphor not to be taken literally  Grin

I wanted to say that I'm creating the opportunities to try at least to live fully on btc one day.

If that makes sense.
4386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else think we hitting $10,000 this year? on: April 18, 2016, 04:30:17 PM
I really hope that one day we will all look back at this thread and smile to the fact that bitcoin transformed our lives. In fact some people here can say that already.  Cool
4387  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 18, 2016, 04:22:40 PM
Good morning Bitcoinland.

Here we go again. Stuck at $430.

Isn't it just about time for the next leg up?

To me it seems it's only a matter of time before we get there, where we should actually be. I expect everything if we get to 450 which would be a very good base to start rising again
4388  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Simple Bitcoin Wallet for Android (found on F-Droid market) on: April 17, 2016, 02:19:03 PM
As you guys both noticed I think this is a pretty simple, straightforward and awesome easy to use wallet.
I know there's plenty of choice out there but we're an open source ecosystem: more choice leads to better choices.

I wonder if the dev is active around here  Cool

I noticed this on FDroid and appreciate your work.
Will give it a go and dtich Mycellium for a bit.  Smiley

Just to claritfy my friend that I am NOT this simple bitcoin developer: I only started this thread to let everybody aware of this alternative. If you have any questions realated please do refer to the aforementioned website!

By the way, glad you like it! It's a really good one

It's quite funny to realize how much can do not having the old thread in terms of price support. It seems like if Silk totally disappeared: I wonder wwhat will happen when (and if) this project will have a working website and all the rest of it
 Cool
4390  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: April 17, 2016, 02:14:08 PM
I actually have no plan, or maybe, the plan is still just one which will be to have the more BTC I can get. It's a kind of insurance for a good future, yes let's call it this way
4391  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 17, 2016, 02:12:30 PM
Good morning, stouthearted Sirs!
Tyrannical chains of gravity remain unbroken, I see?
Chin up!
If Mr. Keynes (Glory be His!) meant for you to explore our universe's outer reaches, He would have given you brains, not Bitcoins.

I kindly greet you and your Mr. John Maynard and I tell you the following:
I have one brain, thank God and many more BTC

They say it and I still believe it, even though I think their assessment is undervalued as well

We should be well past 850$ today.

4394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 17, 2016, 02:01:19 PM
Last two games for Serie A happening today and these are my picks.

Lazio-Empoli over 2,5 goals
Sampdoria-Milan both teams to score

I'm really curious about what Brocchi, Milan's new head coach, could do for Milan' last games. We'll see

Francesco Totti is still on the run! He scored his 301 Serie A goal today: I have so much admiration for this player who is probably one of the oldest best player actually playing in the World.
Chapeau!
4397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spanish League Prediction Thread (La Liga) on: April 17, 2016, 01:50:51 PM
Getafe-Real Madrid RM
Celta Vigo-Betis Celta
Las Palmas-Sporting both teams to score
Eibar-Sociedad over 1,5 goals

I got no luck: Celta did not win and I did not profit out of this parlay. I should have bet on both teams to score as many here suggested. My bad

You guys are right: there are businesses which don't backup their sensitive data and they still don't have a centralized AV console on their servers. It's simply unbelievable they are so ignorant about cyber security.
4399  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-04-16]Cisco Researchers Discover Millions of Servers Which Can Spread Rans on: April 16, 2016, 11:17:21 AM
I listen to these stories on a daily basis now: lots of companies are bleeding because of this. Most of the people don't realize how these threats could be dangerous. I have a client who lost 10 years of data. Crazy really

Good article
4400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 16, 2016, 11:12:50 AM
Bayern Monaco-Schalke 04 Bayern + over 2,5 goals
Leverkusen-Frankfurt Frankfurt
Hoffenheim-Hertha BSC Both teams to score
Darmstadt-Ingolstadt Draw

Very good odds for these games. Mix these games with something from Liga, Serie A or Premier League to make it more appealing!
