441  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think bitcoin ever be safe for any investment ? on: November 15, 2017, 06:14:09 AM
In my opinion, butcoin is nearly perfect when it comes to the idea of safe investments. Although there are current issues being encountered such as tricks, banning and frauds. Two factors that i consider to have an effect in safety. Bitcoin core and the user themselves. Still we users are the one making decisions.
If bitcoin is to be asked, then it is safe.
When it comes to us, safety is questionable.
Hopefully bitcoin is used wisely.
442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nearly a third of people think bitcoin will collapse in the next six months on: November 15, 2017, 05:16:57 AM
The research is just based on a specific country which will make false conclusion because bitcoin is used worldwide. In general, it may have different results or maybe opposite.
Because in my opinion, many do trust bitcoin.
Frauds are causing new adaptors and not the old users.
But the point that trust is a big issue on the subject because more or less new investors and adaptors are important in the industry. New supporters will definitely have an effect in bitcoins price. If new adaptors see that bitcoin is not worth to invest then like what happened before other alts will attract them which may be not safe.
443  Economy / Economics / Re: Massive bitcoin manipulation possible? on: November 14, 2017, 08:08:32 AM
Would it be possible for a group of extremely rich billionaires & other powerful individuals to manipulate the bitcoin market? e.g. Pump and dump, exposure to news networks, lobbying for favourable bitcoin regulation, etc Huh

You really dont have to ask now. It already happened. Well answering your question, yes it can. And in my opinion, it doesn't have to be a rich people.
Even if a small group of people can manipulate the price by unity.
Greed can definitely make someone so selfish that they can do such thing to trick others and earn through others hard work.
I think this is one of the most terrible thing that could happen over time.
The only advise I can say is that people should know how to react to such events.  Wise decisions are needed to lessen or avoid losing investments.
444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to get involved into Bitcoin? on: November 14, 2017, 12:35:23 AM
The newbies perception about bitcoin is relevant. The argument about "is it still worth it" or not will probably play in their minds with anxiety or fear of losing an investing knowing that today's price costs a lot.
In my opinion, there are complications and conflicts within the whole concept. But the reality embrasses bitcoin as we can see. Unfortunately, fees are high and taxes are to be withdrawn but it is a way to be implemented in the society. If you would invest now, chances are you can still profit while there are no taxes yet.
You can wait for a rise or simply work for it now.
Success will be up to the users. With wise decisions, no one is late.
445  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin slides by over $1,000 in less than 48 hours on: November 13, 2017, 09:26:21 PM
It has recovered from that pump, i still remember when it dropped from $7k to $6k in just a few hours, and then it touched less than $5,5 thousand dollars, but now it is recovering and it has touched $6,7k today, so we are still close to last week's ath, there is no need to worry about it, because you all know that bitcoin will always recover, no matter what, that is why i am not worrying about this.
Anyway, we should be careful about bitcoin cash, it is a huge enemy from bitcoin, and they want to turn all of us against bitcoin, and i almost did it, but i am sure that bitcoin is the only bitcoin, and this will be the same foverer.

Certainly, also, I don't think that forks and other creations of alts are going to be helpful in crypto. As we have experienced, some people uses it for greed. We can't say who will be next manipulating the price just by buying alts that are very cheap and trick other users to shift again.
I really can't blame users that don't have a strong faith in bitcoin because most of us depends on its income provided. They are pretty scared of losing everything.
But since events like this happen. What should we do?
446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Big Showdown - BTC vs BCH on: November 13, 2017, 12:08:01 PM
It is really shameful to see such people in the crypto world too who try to manipulate the coins by their influence just to grab others' hard earned money. Bitcoin is such a fantastic currency and it has the ability to multi-sector problems but instead of using it or enhancing it's ability people want to own it, manipulate it and play with it with their politics. It is really shameful for us as there will be more people now in the list who will be against its abilities and will be criticizing it for its faults. If this stops now then there are good chances for BTC to flourish but if it keeps going on like this then I must say the future of BTC is in trouble.

Mostly, I agree.
We can not predict the future of bitcoins because of what just happened. We all experienced one terrible thing of manipulation of bitcoin price.
But in contrast, at the end of the day, users are also to blame. They were greedy enough to leave bitcoin behind. I don't know if they knew they were the one helping a scammer or a bad person to bury themselves alive.
They shift without basis. Frankly they don't deserve bitcoins.
But since all is clear. Let's just be careful next time. Don't trust a false statement.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BCH- Bitcoin Cash moment on: November 13, 2017, 11:16:50 AM

It's not really a battle for me. Bitcoin did not even got close to BTC. It was just a trick for a profit. People should avoid panicking. Such FUD is also like scamming others earning free coins and then boom, they leave. The greed of people crypto users are definitely measured by this event.
I hope everyone learned a valuable lesson. Have a basis and proofs before jumping to conclusions. Or you will lose everything
448  Economy / Services / Re: [SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN] TRUCKCOIN [CFNP] on: November 12, 2017, 08:05:38 PM
I see the transaction on the blockchain now. Waiting for 1 confirmation. Thank you.

I've added fee on my electrum wallet , hope it can get confirm faster

Payment has been made for who qualified

*Damn the fee is getting expensive !

Sorry to hear that Sir. Maybe you and the Truckcoin team could discuss that matter. Given that there must be funds for expensive transaction fees.
But I have to say, you are one organized manager. Great work. I have received payment. Thank you very much.
449  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will crash ? on: November 12, 2017, 02:20:59 PM
Hi guys, as you all know that hard fork date is coming near which will divide the Bitcoin in 2 parts Bitcoin and Bitcoin gold , what you think it will crash the btc and it will go to how much price
Well, that's indeed expected. In fact, despite of the high rate of increase on its value reccently, it is now tied up with its value and it maybe caused by the incoming segwit2x as it is getting closer. But I think it won't fall that much.Since it has a market value of 7400$ at this moment, maybe it will only fall down to 7000$ and will eventually increase.
I do not support this optimistic forecast. I think that the price will fall below. Probably we will see $ 6000. Could be even lower. This can continue for a long time. At the end of the year is always a decrease of activity and I think that this year will be no exception. The fork constant can scare away potential investors in bitcoin and this can significantly affect the price.

You have really good track on this. I did not really see this coming.
Unfortunately, it did fall below 6k and quite moody.
Not only the investors are scared but also bitcoin users. Not all but many are selling ang shifting. It clearly reflects in the price.
I will hold too. I'm not worrying a bit about this. Hopefully many still are packing I guess.
450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC will do a major cumback! on: November 12, 2017, 12:14:01 PM
I can already feel the comeback of bitcoin. Last price I have checked it dropped from $7.3 to $5.6k . that was the lowest I have observed today. Then it's currently about $6.3.
I knew that bCash is nothing compared to btcoin.
Bitcoin is not actually finding fights between coins you know. But other coins asks for it.
Why can't they just complement each other..like ETH and BTC..
It works perfectly. BCash can't handle what Bitcoin can do.
This kind of events really proves who can stick to one mighty coin.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I trade my BTC for BCH? on: November 12, 2017, 07:00:46 AM
I've bee given info that this is another huge shift, and in the short term BCH is a good idea.

I don't think this is a good idea. This is just BCH propaganda, and if people just keep selling bitcoin for bcash, they they will win this one, and we don't really want that. Mining bcash is not profitable, most of the times, miners do it and lose money, even with the adjusted difficulty. So eventually Roger Ver will run out of bitcoins to swap, and wont be able to do any more harm to bitcoin. Don't forget that futures trading will be possible at the end of the year, and a lot of money will come into bitcoin, not bcash.

If you really want to sell bitcoin, because it's price will probably drop a little more, don't swap it to bcash, otherwise you might help this "attack".

Yeah. That is what I am telling the whole they. The whole panicking thing only helps the increase in Bcash. Yet they do not know if it will even benefit them at the end of the big rise. It will just cost them to swap. Maybe the first one who invested, they were the one who really benefited from the big spike. They can even sell BCash now and buy BTC because of their huge profits.
452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Under Attack Stay Strong on: November 12, 2017, 06:02:37 AM
Yeah.. Too many coward bitcoin users. I really think they don't deserve bitcoin. I am also one of the hodlers. And I AMS sure that once that they stopped panicking prices will be settled again.
Pretty much Bcash will exist but I am sure that once Bcash slowed it's price hike some will regret shifting to it, not all bitcoin users will probably go shift.
Those who first invested were the only ones who will benefit from Bcash.
I'll wait for the comeback of BTC.
You will all see.
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is bitcoin forever. on: November 12, 2017, 02:49:18 AM
Now this becomes a debate. We should not set this as an argument. Let the coins function in a harmonious way. It's not healthy for the crypto world when coins fight for their lives.
Why can't it be just like another coin, let them grow if it will grow. There are much to come for digital currencies. adapt but never abandon. It will always worth something.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash fork and its effects on Bitcoin on: November 12, 2017, 12:04:16 AM
So, 13th of November is the Bitcoin Cash fork date. Are we getting a new coin or is it like the ETH fork where you get nothing?
I believe it will keep increasing or will stay high until that date, and then it may drop letting bitcoin to increase back its ATH levels.
I don't care about the free coin or anything, I mostly care about the bitcoin core. The increase of bitcoin cash is just temporal as we only need to have one coin that should be supported by the community. If there hard forks will never stop, the crypto market will be divided with different alt coins. What I'm sure of this is that everything will be back to normal and bitcoin will be back again at the peak.

I agree with you Sir. People panicking all over and worrying affects the bitcoin core. They should be supporting it more and more trying to shift to bcash.
I agree to your point that there should only be one coin. They are just alts. It will not last long. They are just like ETH. Bitcoin is still superior.
455  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price continues dip on: November 11, 2017, 10:50:41 PM
The rise of bitcoin cash really affects the users faith in bitcoin. I am really disappointed. Well, it's still their choice though.
But in my opinion. People should not abandon bitcoin. The high price is not a reason to ignore.
Maybe some investors just wanted to invest at the cheapest that is why they have chosen bCash.
I still think that bitcoin is stronger. So people should stop panicking.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we transfer to Bitcoin Cash now? on: November 11, 2017, 04:18:54 PM
You people should relax. The more you think tha t bitcoin will be disregarded, the more panic selling you will do. And the more Bitcoin wil decrease.  You are the one contributing in the decreasing of prices. I say calm down and buy. It's cheaper now.
If you want to invest in cash then go.but never leave bitcoin.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am i too late on: November 11, 2017, 08:00:32 AM
Not late at all. At present, prices sunked a bit. I think it's the right time to invest. But I suggest lower price before investing. Bitcoins may fall at times but it will probably bounce back to recover and higher.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to give blockchain technology a virus? on: November 10, 2017, 11:42:10 AM
I think it's possible. I am not a computer genius but the point that bitcoin is within the internet use, it may be done.
But like we have learned from bitcoin. It's not easy, like developing the crypto coins, they can't actually change bitcoin itself for development. Instead, they create other coins copied from bitcoins. So I think that it's hard to just break in bitcoin. With almost ten years and nothing like this happened before, I think that bitcoin is not vulnerable nor invulnerable.  But more on safe I guess.
459  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why did the price of bitcoin rise so much in 2017? on: November 10, 2017, 09:12:33 AM
I think it was a productive year for bitcoin.
ICOs made it possible for projects. Encouraging more investors and users. And I think that made the demand very high this year. More or less even the forks contributed to the hike.
I think that this year was the best year of crypto world.
460  Economy / Economics / Re: Long term argument for bitcoin on: November 10, 2017, 12:54:21 AM
In layman's terms, bitcoin is the original digital currency. Where in it is having the main functions of crypto currency
Altcoins in the other hand are copies and are added with features that bitcoin lacks.
Well most people including myself, thinks that it's a good thing for the are trying to develop its flaws for other possibility purposes but it was set in our minds that the original's foundation remains the strongest.
It's like people buys original brands than imitations.
Imitations gives you cheaper and short time benefits. But with the original branded things, it's for a long term keeps.
This is based on my opinion though.
