441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Spectrecoin[XSPEC] TOR+OBFS4, Ring Sig, Stealth! on: November 14, 2017, 01:17:59 AM
When an airdrop or signature campaign promoted by devs?

This coin needs publicity, less than 1500 holders and top 5 richlist have a lot of coins accumulated.

With this pattern of distribution investors get scared and go away.

Devs should make a campaign and distribute xspec for a few thousands holders more. Facebook campaign. Twitter campaign. Signature campaign. Etc.

You need to understand that stealth addresses are well on the way to becoming default addresses making the richlist obsolete and staking untraceable, therefore claiming narrow distribution will be only a myth of the past. The point of investing is to get in prior to such unique technology being released. This narrow distribution argument has come from many people who do not understand what the project goal is, and hence many bag holders from the start, who have had ample opportunity to dump in exchanges I’ve seen well over 30btc in buy support for.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: staking coins on: November 11, 2017, 10:36:47 PM
I only stake Spectrecoin. Spectrecoin has 5% annual inflation. Spectrecoin is the first cryptocurrency to introduce untraceable staking. We will not be able to track where the supply is coming from, just the amount in circulation. Low power android mobile staking is set to be released by the end of 2017, and with these updates soon to come, holding a stake now may be very rewarding in the future. Only 20,000,000 coins were distributed, so 1,000,000 will be staked each year.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XSPEC vs XMR vs ZEC vs XZC on: November 11, 2017, 01:11:04 AM
What can you do? Xspec is a low volume coin and most probably a pump and dump. You should know that among the cryptocoins you mentioned, only Monero has the developers who have proven themselves as one of the best in the cryptospace.

Theymos has made a thread about different altcoins and their ratings basing them on his experience, and he was rated Monero very highly.

Spectrecoin uses a wallet which is fully integrated with the Tor+OBFS4 layer for network privacy which means that XSPEC can be transacted anonymously within TOR blocked countries such as Iran and China. Additionally, it also has an encrypted P2P messaging feature which enable it to act as a private payment network.

Furthermore, XSPEC is the best performing ICO of 2016 and so has already proven that it is not merely a pump and dump but will be a serious competitor to Monero in 2018.

Sorry but I shall reiterate that only the Monero development team has the knowledge and the experience to create an anonymous and private cryptocoin that really works. Most the the rest have security vulnerabilities and are traceable.

But Xspec has a good chance to outperform Monero because it is easier to manipulate.

‘Easier to manipulate’ , sure it will be once the richlist is obsolete and stealth addresses for staking become default addresses. Many people will find that very appealing considering supply production will be untraceable.

Why are you so certain? Have you spoken directly with the Spectrecoin developers, and can you actually prove that with more then just unbacked claims and a female picture?
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best privacy coin? on: November 11, 2017, 12:10:59 AM
I love all these "It is going to be the best" Bullshit! Touting pie in the sky crap when something better already exists, this forum never ceases to amaze.

BTW you forgot ShadowCrapCash. Lol

ALSO for all of you that don't know, Tor is not the way to go and any project going that route is doing it WRONG.

I2P ( https://geti2p.net/ ) is the way to go as Monero is doing. Man these fools are starting projects without even knowing what protocols they should be using on the base layer. That alone shows what poor and amateur projects they are.

Anyone can patch on a tor connection. Monero has had the tutorial for it for years.

No anonymous coin seeks to create untraceable staking other then Xspec, furthermore the OBFS4 integrated layer of security and low power mobile staking. This coin works in China, Iran and Saudi Arabia. It’s important to regard more then just your western world when criticizing highly international projects which seek to solve global monetary freedom. Had you have any respect for this community you’d research beyond your ignorance to understand the shawdowcash Code has been completely cleaned up. Believing in Kovri is what you are relying on here, and if you know fluffypony well enough you should trust that guy as far as you can throw him. A Truly deflationary POW currency like Monero needs to back a POS currency like Spectrecoin the way deflationary tangible assets back our fiat system, try to see beyond the normie chart of comparison and your ego.

Referring to a community member as the one who started the project clearly shows you have not done your research. Come to our slack channel and flex your tech knowledge with the developers and not on this forum with someone from a TOR blocked region trying to promote this project out of good will for an extremely underfunded project.

Unbacked claims saying ‘Tor is not the way to go’ and generalizations won’t fly around here.

I’m glad to see this matter in discussion. I believe this is slowing down the process of humanity by inflating Bitcointalk with useless content. It’s worse than ads in mainstream media.

It shows how little credibility Bitcointalk has these days when a hero member comes to this conclusion. Out of respect for a small and enthusiastic community, do your research. No other privacy coin seeks to offer untraceable Mobile staking, furthermore already has a TOR OBFS4 integrated security layer.  This works in China, Iran and Saudi Arabia.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spectrecoin (XSPEC) on: November 10, 2017, 01:04:15 AM
How is it to mine this currency using GPU?

Spectrecoin is Proof of Stake, (POS) with 5% annual inflation. Low power mobile staking is coming soon.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spectrecoin (XSPEC) on: November 09, 2017, 12:21:11 AM
one of the best coins I've ever seen

does everything that XMR does, and more, like staking

only 21 million in circulation, same as bitcoin...and priced at 0,40$

this coin is only cheap because with 1000 cryptos, it is really hard to tell what is what  Roll Eyes

It’s good to see a Bitcointalk account created in 2013 acknowledging this. Time will tell.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best anonymous coin to buy for long term? on: November 07, 2017, 08:41:50 AM
Read about spectrecoin as well a while ago, think there were a few airdrops but it takes a few milliseconds for all seats to be filled which also says something. I think deeponion is very strong in its established base and community, while Monero is more established in terms of market cap. All are interesting, but for deeponion is waiting on the true killer features that will make it stand out from this crowd.

You’re hanging out with the wrong crowd then, and there certainly was never any airdrops for Spectrecoin. Spectrecoin releases untraceable staking, and in mobile form. Spectrecoin works in tor blocked regions and has every feature DeepOnion has, plus more, literally. Your developer still owns the majority of the supply, and always will. Spectrecoin is superior to DeepOnion. This thread was created so you guys could continue to inflate Bitcointalk with useless content to get more free onions. You DeepOnion fanboys are slowing down the process of humanity.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best anonymous coin to buy for long term? on: November 07, 2017, 08:30:40 AM
I have a better question for this thread, which currency creates the most useless Bitcointalk accounts and therefore has the most votes?
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEEP ONION SCAM!!!! on: November 06, 2017, 08:29:08 AM
I've just signed up at the official website of the onion, very much like the onion design, and now it's so anonymous, I think the onion will have a good future.

Perfect example relevant to my comment above. 3 posts, all garbage.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Palm Beach Confidential For November on: November 06, 2017, 06:32:34 AM
They like privacy coins so I'm guessing they will pick XSPEC which has more privacy features than any other coin. Currently has limited marketing and a low price, same as their other PBC picks.

Really? That would certainly make a very small and growing community happy.

What is important to understand about XSPEC is that Stealth Addresses are well in the process to becoming default addresses instead of having public addresses for staking. This means staking is untraceable relevant to where the supply is coming. Try to think of this like physical cash. We know how much cash exists in the world, yet have no way of tracking where the cash is. Those staking from Stealth Addresses will be producing Spectre Tokens. These tokens cannot be traced to an address, yet we will know the amount that exist in circulation. 1 million Spectre tokens (5% Static inflation) will be produced each year. Therefore, the current blockchain explorer will not be of any significance. This has yet to be done with cryptocurrency.

Aside from this, XSPEC intends to release low power mobile staking by the end of 2017 and a localbitcoins like remittance app in the pipeline. This project fly's very much under the radar and ranks among top 5 ICO's for ROI. With such a tiny market cap there is so much growth potential to be #1. ICO price was only 86 satts given little investment and was absolutely flooded by scam accusations by Shadowcash supporters. Shadowcash is now dead and the coding has been cleaned up significantly. With 1.4 to be released any day now and a highly anticipated 2.0 around the corner, this project deserves a mention. Developers are brilliant and transparent. One of which mentioned that this is the most undervalued ICO in history, I wholeheartedly agree. The community has continued to fund development and market this project. This is why I wear the signature.

Edit: I agree with what those say about palm bay confidential, they buy prior and release the news to their subscribers to eat their sell orders. While this is likely to be the case, I think by this point the Spectrecoin community wishes to get any publicity they can.

456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long Term Investors Doomed on: November 02, 2017, 10:32:37 AM
It would be nice to see more fiat to altcoin exchanges, furthermore not to refer to every other cryptocurrency aside from Bitcoin as an ‘altcoin.’ Though this is ‘Bitcointalk’ after all. I think we can agree many cryptocurrencies have far superior technology to Bitcoin, Bitcoin just seems to be the universal cryptocurrency due to its birth as the first. It would be narrow minded to believe that will never change. I hope many cryptocurrencies become universally adapted for a means of exchange for goods and services, especially where the economy has failed due to poor governance. Take Venezuela for example.

Good to see a Mandarin speaker here. Have you tried using Spectrecoin in China?
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is best PoS coin to invest into right now? on: October 31, 2017, 12:41:45 AM
Spectrecoin

Stealth addresses are well in the process of becoming default default addresses. That means an untraceable POSv3 cryptocurrency. We will literally not know where the supply is coming from, just the amount in circulation. No other cryptocurrency has done this. The blockchain explorer will be obsolete. Not to mention with the last Tor+OBFS4 update, Spectrecoin can be used anywhere in the world.

I am shocked at its curent value, as is the development team.

Of course, this coin is in serious need of marketing. Right now Spectrecoin is like the movie ‘fight club.’ No one talks about holding Spectrecoin or chooses to endorse it in anyway.

What a bunch of jokers, no idea how to manage a project. Blew a one year lead and now just saying not our fault. One look at their website shows how serious the devs are and how much time they put into the project.

Go crawl back into your hole with your 10 other members and write beautiful code which no one will ever use, while the rest of the world moves forward.

Hoping to see someone also take Xspec and Spectrecoin and then you will put another notice and go back to your hole.

Did not notice this is a moderated thread, go ahead delete this comment and silence it like others who raise any issue. Also suggested new name: Molecoin

Welcome to Bitcointalk, glad our 10 member presence was so significant that you dedicated your first post and account creation to us. I’m flattered, thank you.
