441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Has Done me More Good than Harm?what about You? on: May 24, 2019, 12:41:31 PM
Ever since I got to know about blockchain and cryptocurrency,  there has not been a day I ever forgot to go online and read about something new.
Cryptocurrency has completely shaped my way of perceiving issues and dealing with them.
I can now draw reviews from projects analyze a projects Whitepaper etc
In doing all these my knowledge base have increased.
Last but not the least it has introduced me to extra social media channels like reddit,  put extra income on my table by allowing me to make adequate use of my social media channels.
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency has done me more good than harm

Cryptocurrency is a tool. It all depends on us how we use it. Everything can have good and bad consequences, the important matter is ethics of individual.
Cryptocurrency is a major development of the 21st century which is going to change the way we live in the latter half of 21st century.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB quickly rose to $32.60 and rose more than 3% in 2 hours on: May 24, 2019, 12:12:48 PM
If after 5 years, TNB shrinks, the total amount is only 3 billion, and the MiaoA platform is getting more and more issuers. The TNB is becoming more and more deflated, the price can be imagined, and it is worth investing in the long-term.
I'm not surprised about BNB cause it has full support from the company, regarding TNB I'm not sure and better long term investing in DOGE than TNB the value is now right around 38 sats and doge can up 120 sats I know like that. Wink

Exactly. OP talking about investing in gold and in the same post talking about investing in bitumen. BNB has high utility and hence higher potential, TNB is just a hype.
The cryptocurrency trend are changing and new generation coins would replace old coins. Bitcoin too would not be here forever but it would be one of the precious antique token as it's also the pioneer of the technology.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Telecom giant AT&T to accept bitcoin for payment on: May 24, 2019, 01:47:50 AM
It's good for a traditional US tech company accepting modern form of payment. It would certainly give a good message to both crypto community and large companies as it would boost the use of cryptocurrency and make them useful in daily life while would increase revenues for the large companies as people would be more willing to pay on their terms.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Binance Coin a good choice to HOLD? on: May 24, 2019, 01:11:03 AM
BNB is by far the best coin that I have saw this past few years, binance coins rapid growth and huge price rise shock most of us but its predictable that this will happend because look at who is managing BNB,the team managing BNB has the most volume of all exchanges their must be pretty good
That's why many BNB are traded or detained. Maybe it is true that the growth of BNB is now very extraordinary. With some of the previous developments and also the binance launchpad it is very influential why many people hold back.

The thing we should not forget is BNB was issued after the exchange was already a success. So, the team first created a successful platform and created a token to be used in it. This way they made BNB a sure success while increasing the capital of the exchange which led to further profit.
So when buying a token we should be aware about the projects past and the teams experience rather than looking at the future dreams on a pdf.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Tron? on: May 23, 2019, 04:21:42 PM
I've read new article on BlockChain24.co about TRON's chances to get to the top 10 on the CoinMarketCap. As for me, they aren't high. I'm afraid that Tron will probably drop even more. What do you think?

Tron's project has slowed down. They have missed some good voluteers and developers as some experienced people have left tron to start their new venture. It has failed to attract new developers and retain it's supporters.
446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Authorities Shut Down First Bitcoin Transaction Mixer on: May 23, 2019, 04:18:13 PM
Apparently this is the first time law enforcement has taken an action against crypto mixers.
It's funny because I am familiar with Bestmixer was just looking at it last week actually lol

https://www.coindesk.com/eu-authorities-crack-down-on-bitcoin-transaction-mixer

Mixers were always the grey area in the crypto discussion. Their prime intention being hiding where the money came from.
There would be no other use of hiding your source if it's not black money. Mixers are used as a tool for money laundering and are a headache for law enforcement agencies. We would be seeing more crackdowns in the future.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India on Bitcoin: Will the Newly Elected Indian Government Pass Crypto-Friendly on: May 23, 2019, 03:26:03 PM
What I know is this is the same government that was for the last 5 years.
But I hope they'll be more ears to new startups and tech enterprise and lead themselves into a crypto friendly environment.
India of course is a country with high potential and the current leadership though somewhat lost, has a potential to make India one of the superpowers.
For that they need to reduce political lies and propaganda, corruption and build an open and competitive society.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving: Hype to Speculate? on: May 23, 2019, 02:28:53 PM
We've seen a 3 months boost in price on every halving of bitcoin and it would be similar this time. But the boost would be much smaller as larger number of people would speculate the same. As price are just supply and demand, we could see much more turbulent price of bitcoin before and after the halving. This would also decrease the income from mining which if not compensated by high price would be made by miners going out of business.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who is the real one? on: May 23, 2019, 02:23:45 PM
Is Satoshi Nakamoto  and CSW the same person?
who is the real one?
Always confused,Always mysterious!!!

Satoshi Nakamoto was the creator of bitcoin and he choose to remain anonymous. We don't know his fate. Whether he's alive or not.
But if he wants to reveal himself, it would be an easier task. The impostors are trying hard to prove something they are not.
So let's not bother about such stupid claims. When time comes, satoshi would reveal himself or let the time consume this mystery.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Technical Analysis 101: How to Identify Market Patterns on: May 22, 2019, 02:58:25 PM
Hello crypto communty.

I have written this article on what basic shapes you will see in regards to Technical analysis. I am looking for feedback on the article, also is there any particular topic you would like me to write about? The article is below, thanks for the feedback.

https://www.publish0x.com/crypto-101/technical-analysis-101-how-to-identify-market-patterns-xjjpgz?a=GELe3POa69

Also I would check out the platform that the article is written on. It's a new blogging platform where you get crypto for creating articles / upvoting articles. I have been using it for a month and I've already earned more than I had on Steemit.

A well explained article but still there are a lot of other major and minor things to look for when predicting the market trend.
There is no sure shot way of predicting the market future but a good analysis would surely increase the probability of not failing.
There now are many resources that would do the analysis part for you. You just need to keep calm and diversify your investment.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs. BNB on: May 22, 2019, 02:13:03 PM
Supply of BNB is a bit more than ETH at current moment but the price difference is huge.
BNB is decreasing in quantity while ETH is increasing. This would make BNB a rarely token with every burn increasing its importance and price.
The demand of ETH has largely decreased with the failure of ICO model and the ever increasing  supply would not be sustained by the market at current price.
452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Israeli court rules Bitcoin an assets and taxable on: May 22, 2019, 02:07:16 PM
In a tax settlement case raised by the tax authority of Israel against Noam Copel, founder of blockchain startup DAV, the court ruled bitcoin and cryptocurrency to be considered as an assets and taxable with capital gains tax.

Would you consider it a good more or a bad one for the future of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies?
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Would Really Buy Facebook Coin? on: May 22, 2019, 04:36:49 AM
Honestly, who would buy this? Serious question! I've been reading about it and I don't see how Facebook can create a coin that upholds the values crypto portrays (censorship free currency).

https://tipestry.com/topics/5ce41169570b6c1f0750a040/facebook-to-release-its-own-cryptocurrency-on-whatsapp-%E2%80%93-libracoin-%E2%80%93-with-its-base-in-switzerland-and-first-launch-in-india

Advertiser would require facebook coin to advertise on facebook and content creators and users would earn facebook coin from using facebook platform. It's more like what brave browser imagined the internet to be. And facebook would just act as a medium and take the commission in between. Facebook is already a successful media even when it's greedy and keeping all of its profit to itself. Imagine how successful it would be when it pays its users for their dedication. A youtube and steemit all at once.
454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game of Thrones - Who will rule? Odds and betting discussion [Odds updated!] on: May 21, 2019, 04:21:57 PM
The ending was Okay. But they rushed it too fast. They could have stretched it one more season but they ended this season with fewer episodes.
They missed many important details and their was poor editing. A coffee cup and a water bottle, soldier asking to open fire? Seems like they hired a cheap crew to get the work done.

Maybe not the full season. But I agree, it is too fast. Maybe 10 series would be better describing changes in characters. And yes, putting modern  things into picture means they were too lazy to look for details.
I believe this is why they are doing the spin off shows to extend it over other storylines.
Naomi Watts was speculated to play one of the red queens of the lord of light.
But I completely agree with tsaroz it did seemed to be rushed to close it out in just 6 episodes for the final season.
I doubt it was due to budget constraints. Embarrassed

GOT is the one of the most successful series in the history, surely budget was not an issue.
The story is good but the negligence are unforgivable. There's a meme circulating where the unsullied commander reaches top faster than the moving John Snow character. And how on the earth would the 6 kingdoms let a cripple rule them from voting and let his sister had an independent nation? They would have asked for independence too.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with bitcoin SV? on: May 21, 2019, 04:14:49 PM
They are one of the lowest total circulating high priced coin. It had an unexpected price moves in the past and the latest effort seems to be another whale movement to make people fall for the bull trap.
Bitcoin SV is the Bitcoincash fork from Craig Wright. As there are news of Craig being proved as satoshis, people are moving in to buy it.
456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright recognised by US Govt as Satoshi, author of white paper on: May 21, 2019, 04:09:46 PM
if US Govt recognised Virus Wright as Satoshi, author of white paper is because clearly/obviously he is not the real one, the question that we must ask to ourselft is, why the govt do this, maybe because they know the real identity of Mr. SN and they know that never will come out or something like that?

Seems like they haven't recognized him as yet. Everyone can claim something to be their own and unless some others claim the same, it would be called his/her. But if some other wants to claim the same, they need to file a lawsuit against the initial claimer.
Even though US gave him a patent or whatever, no one is going to fall for his lies at all.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What's up with bitcoin SV? on: May 21, 2019, 01:55:06 PM
Bitcoincash had a better rally than bitcoin or ethereum or any other coins in top 10.
But Bitcoin SV showed an unbelievable price hike with over 75% rise in just one hour making it the 12 the currency by marketcap.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-sv/

Does anyone knows what caused this upsurge?
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO or STO or SAFT? What's the safest bet? on: May 21, 2019, 01:13:43 AM
It really depends on the project and team rather the how they are collecting the money and what they are offering.
Of course a regulated project would be much safer than anonymous ones. If a project is licensed and legitimate, there's no problem for the team to come in person and interact with the investors and share their experience and what they are willing to achieve with the raised funds.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of projects are good investments? on: May 20, 2019, 04:42:42 PM
Bitcoin was born in 2019, and it's been a decade now,Through ups and downs,From the beginning to the people who have been holding may not be too much,The value has increased by tens of thousands of times,So missed a lot!The TNB project I found last time,Be prepared to hold 10 at all times Roll Eyes

The cryptocurrency market is not as unpredictable as it were a few years ago.
We now have a group of people experienced with the technology and the finance involved.
We can just look for information about people involved in an individual project, look at their prior experience in the field and verify their capabilities.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we in a silent bull run?? on: May 20, 2019, 12:56:16 PM
I ve seen many threads asking whether we are entering into a bull run or market will crash again. To me, the bull run is already here but it takes only experience to identify it. One key characteristic of the bull run is that, every drop is an opportunity to buy. During this period, the probability of earning profit from your investment (whenever there is a drop) is far higher than the probability to lose. Don't sit down and wait till Bitcoin hits 20k again before you realize we are in the bull run. Try and make enough profits now that the market is booming before its too late.

Whatever you may call it, Bitcoin and altcoins are in a move towards higher price. Bitcoin remained about a year in the 5-7K segment which was the base/lowest price for it and it has actually grown to the base price of 7-7.5K. Even after 2 brief rise and fall, Bitcoin hasn't went below 7K.
