What if the team wants to sell the massive amounts of LAT to the exchanges?
It would be just stupid.  Moreover, i think that all LAT team is interested in strong LAT, and becouse that they will work very carefull with big company pool. What reason do you have to think so? They won't get much from that because price will drop sharply, and the LAToken platform itself will get problems because of low price. Besides this, they directly interested in high price of LAT, because 0.01% comission at the LAToken Marketplace are their, and they will sell frozen tokens after 5 years. |

In round 2 unsold tokens was added to company pool. I think in the third round will be the same. This tokens must be locked in some sort of escrow.. Serious qustion. What does it mean for the functionality of the project? I'm sure that the functionality will not suffer. Also i believe that their budget was initially calculated with such a deficit. |

Why does the amount of LAT in circulation increase from 2019 to 2022? The token sale will be finished this year, from where does these 220M tokens come from?
They say they have the company pool, I believe it has been discussed here already. I look in infographics on the first page once more. Supply of tokens for first 5 years 400K LAT. 50% for sale, 20% company tokens, 10% team pool and 20% network growth. I am not sure that i understand it right. Network growth for extra sale in near 5 years, team pool is reward for LAToken company employees, company tokens some kind of controlling stake? What parts of this will be used "in case of due neccessity"? I think that only "network growth" are reserved in case of "due neccessity". For me it indicates that the LAToken is confident in the stability of its enterprise even in the environment of a crazy cryptomarket. All parts of unfrozen tokens can be used in case of unforeseen circumstances. |

What are you talking about, man? And what if there will be nuclear war just in an hour, isn't it possible? And what if you're just dreaming now, maybe there's no need to eat and breathe? Easy there. That is the question. Should I really wait such a long term knowing that the global situation may change rapidly? Speaking detached, any changes in global situation has "useful signal" and "noise" constituents. "Signal" for world stably positive. All the changes slow, but gradually improve our world ultimately. Negotiations can end in nothing. As in the case with many others ICO. LABT - i don't know Liquid asset-backed tokens (LABT) are the tokens issued at the LAT platform to allow fractional ownership of assets sold at the LAT platform. LABT are issued on the Ethereum platform by means of the ERC20 smart contract. A third-party Trustee will hold the actual asset and retain the seller’s option to buy back the asset from the LABT holders at market price on the settlement date. If the seller refuses to exercise the option, the asset will be sold at fiat auction by the trustee and LABT holders are entitled to receive their corresponding share of the proceeds. Can you explain it more simply? The property is assessed in LABT, then investors purchase LABT with their LAT. On the settlement date, the tokenizer buys LABT back at the market price.  |

There are also special LABT tokens, there are issued for every specific iten tokenized on the platform. For example an hotel in NY would have it's tokens by the name - LABTHOTELNY1 and a resort in Brussels would have it's tokens named - LABTRESORTBRUS1.
