441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you dreaming to launch your own coin? on: March 14, 2019, 06:44:57 PM
Are you dreaming to launch your own coin and ICO?

How would your project look like? Which problems would be solved?
How would you call it and which abbrevation? (like Bitcoin (BTC))

Would you do a big Bounty and Airdrop to make your project famous?

I'm curious about your plans of creating a new ICO project and your own coin.  Smiley Smiley
I'm not going to run my ICO at all and create a coin, but i can include fantasy. If I created a project, it would naturally use blockchain technology.Since freelancing is really becoming a trend, the platform would be associated with this activity. The name of the coin does not matter.Bounty program I would run 100%.

If you invested your goods and services into a debt instrument (dollar), that has maximum maturity of 30 yeras (long-term loans), then your current dollars have absolutely nothing to do with dollars (loans)  that were issued 120 years ago. You are comparing apples and oranges.

$50 bill from 2009 is now worth $40. Where are my $10 worth goods from every $50 bill i earned and didnt spend in 2009? Its been only 10 years since than. That is also comparing apples to oranges? Just stop talking that bitcoin is scam because fiat is bigger scam. Thats why bitcoin was created. We don't want to take part of this anymore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8LyEKxDYbM

Bitcoin is money created by comunity for comunity with limited supply that noone can change. Its transparent and safe. Its utility creates its value and with value it has power to transfer goods.

Your $10 worth of goods are in the hands of borrowers. That is the risk of holding dollars (money in the form of debt instrument) long term. Your bitcoin on the other hand is no money, but database(DB) entry. It has no value since value cannot be created by adding numeric entry into a DB. Calling a DB entry a money is language manipulation.
Well, let's say that Bitcoin is a database. But why is the price of this database so high? Why do millionaires invest their money in Bitcoin? Why owners of a large number of bitcoins do not touch their assets?(Judging by Your post bitcoin should be manipulated).

So, your question is essentially why do people behave irrationally with money? Well, it's either greed or ignorance.
Why don't you look a little wider at this question.Perhaps a certain proportion of people are driven by greed and ignorance. But there are also people for whom greed and ignorance are alien.Let's Say Elon Musk.Listen to his podcast where he really admires bitcoin and sees it as the future.https://ark-invest.com/research/podcast/elon-musk-podcast.

People Can Now Buy Movie Tickets Using Bitcoin In Brazil
Buying movie tickets in Brazil just got a whole lot easier through Bitcoin payment systems established by Cine Multi.

Brazil initially showed signs of interest in Bitcoin and the blockchain technology last in 2017 when Brazilian Hotel Chain Vert Hotéis started accepting Bitcoins as payment for their services. This was then followed by Brazil's usage of the Ethereum blockchain to keep track and monitor the political expression of Brazilian citizens.

Cinemas are oldschool and I think they will become an obsolete business model after a few years, just like the "rent-a-CD" shops. It would be great if Netflix and Hulu accept bitcoin. This would be a real breaktrough for bitcoin.
Very well you have noticed. But regardless of what is aging or out of trend,it is very good that at least somewhere accepted bitcoins.Everything is relative. If in some countries bitcoin is an absolute ban, the payment of bitcoin in the cinema is like a breath of fresh air.
444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jack Dorsey is a very active Bitcoin supporter! on: March 13, 2019, 06:46:26 AM
2. Bill Gates
Sadly, Bill Gates has been changing his thoughts or it's just about for his personal interest like the big bankers do. Like the typical investors mindset, they are giving bad reputation to bitcoin for telling things that we bitcoiners don't want to hear.

He said that buying bitcoin is crazy.

Everybody in the forum like Jack Dorsey, despite of having his own interest for advertising and introducing his apps and company. In return of that, he's also endorsing bitcoin.

almost everyone that you ever see talk about bitcoin positively is doing it for their own benefits otherwise why would they waste their time this much to advocate bitcoin? it is not just positive talks either those speaking negatively have other kinds of interest that they are seeking out.
the good news is no matter what they do, they are still spreading the word about bitcoin Smiley
In addition to your own benefits, you also indirectly receive benefits. Because you also have Bitcoins in your wallet and you are interested in their price growth. The more positive reviews about bitcoin the faster it will get worldwide recognition.

447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung confirms the rumor! on: March 02, 2019, 07:50:58 PM
It is starting. They are making a smart move by going to be the first big company to adopt cryptocurrency on their phone. That would really help Bitcoin get well known to the world. By being the first, they are readying themselves for the upcoming years where cryptocurrency will grow even further. Certainly good news.
Of course I would like to have to hold in your hand this smartphone.Samsung seems to soon bypass the capitalization of all competing companies.Using cryptocurrencies, the company will create incentives for the use of their products.I am very pleased with this news.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who would actually believe celebs promoting crypto? on: February 28, 2019, 07:38:51 PM
For a long time products and services has employed celebrities to promote there brand and this strategy has been paying off.
Cryptocurrency being promoted by the right celebrity with the right idea can improve the popularity of cryptocurrency
Yes, this is a good advertisement, but only if it is an advertisement of a highly liquid and promising cryptocurrency and not a Scam token. In this case, the interest in cryptocurrencies will be less and not more.
449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal fears Bitcoin :) PayPal CEO Dan Schulman Disses BTC & Praises Blockchain on: February 28, 2019, 11:43:43 AM
He is not afraid of anything and just tells it like it is.At the moment, no serious business really wants to use Bitcoin as a payment due to its volatility.I would not be surprised if in time the Paypal payment system itself starts using cryptocurrency as an additional service. Time will tell.
450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & Electricity: Threat or Blessings on: February 27, 2019, 11:40:53 AM
Guys, alternative sources of energy are exactly the direction in which cryptocurrencies will move. This is inevitable.I like all the projects related to green energy and I watch them closely.Yes, the transition from fossil fuels to alternative fuel will be a very expensive pleasure, but in general, with the help of such projects, the Earth will be cleaner.Such projects are really worth the investment.
451  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the Market Stabilizing? on: February 26, 2019, 08:33:41 PM
let's see a small rise in BTC today, we expect stability above 4000usd, we expect a better market for 2019/2020!
Yes, now bitcoin would be nice to step over the mark of$4000.The market will never be stable. For some, the price of bitcoin in $ 4 000 is very steep and for someone it's just a loss. All who want to get the maximum profit from bitcoin should wait for the bull market to come. And be prepared to wait maybe not 1 or 2 years.
452  Economy / Economics / Re: California Governor Believes Blockchain Is The Key To Securing Data on: February 25, 2019, 06:57:40 PM
Is the Governor questioning the current security of the data? This is not surprising news because as of late I have been observing a similar situation in many countries. Blockchains and IT specialists are all needed.Perhaps it is the blockchain that will become the technology that is actually not enough for a full-fledged democracy.
453  Economy / Economics / Re: One small step for Bitcoin one giant leap for Crypto on: February 25, 2019, 06:16:55 PM
Hold your horses, it is not simple as that. Whatever the reason is a big good news for us who bought at ATH. I think saw an article about Samsung's new smartphone being able to hold crypto currency private keys. Well it shows that the bigger companies are the ones we need in order to push the price back again to where it belongs when it was 2017 DEC.

The Samsung phone that can safely store cryptos it is good news in my opinion, because when big companies that have great visibility as Samsung do something inherent cryptocurrencies, they help to give greater visibility about bitcoin and other alts to the general public.
Undoubtedly this is very good news for the entire crypto industry.Bitcoin will still take many steps, as well as jumps and falls, but will eventually become a very liquid asset. For a huge jump of all crypto-currencies, there is undoubtedly not enough mass character.Bitcoin will have a future, only when it's a big question.
454  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: February 24, 2019, 08:36:11 AM
After a year, a lot of lessons that we did learn. There are 2 precious things that I think I should remember:

+ Fear
+ Greed

I learned that from my teacher, he said when you buy Bitcoin at 10k, it's then $12k your greed rises inside you and you don't want to take profit and expect more. Then, the downtrend is coming, BTC goes down to $8k, you'll be scared to cut loss, and what'll happen, you lose more while BTC drops to $4k.

So, we need to set up your expected profit point as well as the stoploss point.

How about you, what is your lesson?
I'm not naturally greedy or cowardly,so this lesson is not for me.The lesson I learned is to be in the right place at the right time. And the most important thing is to have a concept of why you bought cryptocurrency and what you want to get from it in return. If we are talking about bitcoin then with this asset you need to play long games for maximum profit.
455  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do in 2030? on: February 24, 2019, 08:28:15 AM
By the time I'm proper old I'll be amazed if there's a state pension of any sort. It's a ponzi and one that's running out of steam.
Brazil is the one to watch regarding this. Their pension system is staggeringly generous and I've no idea how they'll keep that going for ten more years, let alone beyond - https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/25/world/americas/brazil-pension-michel-temer.html
This is actually the case.By 2030, pensions will simply disappear. So you need to prepare for a comfortable old age now.Although I love cryptocurrencies, but I would not invest all my savings in him.Yes, some part really needs to be left in bitcoin, but I am a more practical person and would like to otrkyt some rare kind of business by 2030, which will be relevant.

South Korea Slash Tax For Blockchain Startups by Over 30%. Blockchain companies operating in South Korea had some good news to cheer on in the past week as the country took a bold step to encourage the growth of the industry.

https://www.addisonchurchill.io/south-korea-slash-tax-for-blockchain-startups-by-over-30/
I read all the news and only at the end was struck by this news:https://www.addisonchurchill.io/thai-citizens-to-cast-votes-from-mobile-devices-courtesy-of-blockchain-technology/.Thailand is thus becoming an island of real democracy!!!! Guys this is just cool!!! We are witnessing a new round in the evolution of mankind.

I'll tell you what-it all depends on the income of the one who buys bitcoin.Judging by the logic of Your post for you 10 000 is a very large amount. And most likely at the price of $ 12 000 you will instantly sell it.Fear and greed are acquired instincts and not innate. You have to fight them and get rid of them.
458  Economy / Economics / Re: the future of crypto is good or bad on: February 23, 2019, 05:28:01 PM
I want to invest my savings into cryptocurrency. So I think about the future of cryptocurrency. what do you think? Do you think the future or cryptocurrency is good? Or do you think the future or cryptocurrency is bad?
Please help me, because I will invest all my savings. So if I make a bad decision, my family and I will be on the road to improve my economy.
I can't understand why you're lying. So you're saying that if you have a family, you're willing to spend all your savings on cryptocurrency?Ask your wife first Grin.If she does not mind then buy cryptocurrency.Preferably Ethereum or Bitcoin.
459  Economy / Speculation / Re: John McAfee Predicts The Exact Date Of Bitcoin Reaching $1,000,000 on: February 22, 2019, 03:12:25 PM
Along with 2019 moving ahead, Bitcoin prices are as well reaching to greater heights. This, in turn, is creating a lot of buzzes, as the crypto leaders predictions are reaching a target of a million dollars. This is all after JPMorgan’s fair value of $2,400.

John McAfee was the first person to make a bold prediction that the Bitcoin price will reach $1,000,000. He not only made a price prediction but also declared date of Dec 31, 2020.

Read complete news here: McAfee bitcoin price prediction
Of course, I would like to, but this idea can only be voiced in science fiction. In fact, this can not be.Perhaps in the next century it will be so.But now, even when the price of bitcoin reaches$ 10,000, everyone will start selling it.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH fork new coin. How does ETH price change? Rise or down? on: February 21, 2019, 06:12:49 PM
Even if you think logically, then before upgrading or fork (there is not much difference) there will naturally be a rush around the coin. Who wants to earn some money, he simply must now buy the maximum of these coins.
