441  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Would you do KYC for a bounty hunt? on: June 21, 2018, 10:03:30 AM
I don't mind actually.

After all, Google already tracks our identities, locations and preferences.

There's no way to be totally safe from prying eyes while being on the Internet.

Your taking it out of the thread statement,  OP  is asking if KYC  is good to be trusted within a project.

Youre wrong about Google,  actually they can not trace all.  And you can be safe in the internet if you know how to use private connection,  IP  address, leaving works in incognito, heard about anonymous group?  Even NASA can't trace them and FBI have nothing to do with those smart people.

Now do you know what is kyc and where it is correlated?
442  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Would you accept and Artificial Intelligence as a member of the forum? on: June 21, 2018, 07:10:33 AM
Imagine an scenario in which AI advances to the point that can become a member of the forum, do bounty hunt and earn its own crypto. Could we accept it? What rights would this entity have in our society and in the forum?

The instant one AI becomes a member of this forum, an infinite number will follow.  If their intelligence determines this forum is a good place to register, they all will.

Humanity will become irrelevant once a true AI comes into being...

Especially if they realize that AI itself believe that they are better than human.
443  Other / Meta / Re: There must be an accredited Bounty Manager in Bitcointalk.org on: June 21, 2018, 06:17:48 AM
No it's not a fair way to just accredit a bounty manager , there are also manager who got red trust from their co manager.

how about those who wants to be a manager and have taken the first step to run a campaign sig/bounty.

The important to a participant to know is the manager trusted? or :  the fund must be hold by a trusted escrow,  investors should be able to know the project deeply before investing into a project.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: June 19, 2018, 10:35:25 PM
If somebody had the experienced to distinguish, read and understand then one will be able to say that a project is a crap.  That is why i decided to just buy an altcoin when it is already listed but of course get to know it first before rushing in. Money don't come and go. Money is earn(ed) and will be wasted, wise decision is a must.
445  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Does modern civilization is currently progressing or declining? on: June 19, 2018, 06:24:09 PM
Do you believe that in ancient times (like a thousand years ago) people had a better living, or were wiser, braver, or had any special knowledge?  Suffered less or more? Had better social order?  I am looking forward to hearing your opinion and arguments and strongly appreciate links to relevant academic articles and books you can advise.

Science says the earth is around billion years.
The bible says when calculated it was almost let's say three thousand years ago.

In my own opinion, people from past thousand years doesn't have that good living it is only who had power and authority, the earth is composed of types of people.

Above average - sitting pretty.
Average - free from slavery
Middle average - near to slave
Poor - slave

The reality is just live your life or else die.
You have skill then use it.  But if trees run out then it's the end. Cruelty causes poverty.  Intelligence causes pride.

Ancient times proves that everything is unexplainable, we just have to go with the ride that stops when we run out of oxygen.

The answer is a universe of "why's" and "How's" .

Articles are worth reading somebody's opinion and point of view, What about your's?
446  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Looking for community manager for an exchange on: June 19, 2018, 05:58:52 PM
I see you posted a duplicate thread to bitcoin discussion which doesn't suit for this type of opportunity. Try posting it on Services.
Also post it on the local board of Chinese since you are looking for someone who can speak Chinese language fluently.

And also in the project development section. Only a suggestion but not an option.

452  Other / Serious discussion / Re: The most memorable threads in Bitcointalk history on: June 19, 2018, 06:58:02 AM
It would be interesting if you post the thread that satoshi nakamoto made, it will be a lot of sense and worth reading. Vitalik buterin is known as the person next to satoshi nakamoto.

455  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Any knowledgable thoughts on how to create a healthy environment for ICOs? on: June 17, 2018, 01:05:05 PM
Throughout my experience, i came across a lot of ICO scams. Wouldn't it be great if we can find a way to fix this? Apart from doing due diligence & research on your own, is there any other way to invent some kind of safety features for the ICO dilemma? Let's share our thoughts & idea here...something that's realistic perhaps?

One initiative I am very happy with is the "Inverted KYC". IcoBench asks members of the ICOs teamīs to prove identity and possibly a bit of the background and makes an special mention of those who pass this requisite.

I really like this idea, but instead of just knowing information to only one party why not both?

I have idea to suggest.
Don't make fun of this.
It is better to have a request from fbi so that a developer can run a project in  legitimate way and can also help investors be secured. If developers are scam then fbi can trace them easily.

Is it exaggerated?
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best country to set up ICO or Crypto on: June 17, 2018, 05:37:48 AM
Does anybody wants to agree with me that russia would be one of the best country to run ICO's ?
457  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stuck at member rank on: June 17, 2018, 05:23:46 AM
Atleast you have come up with a member rank!  Haven't you realized that there are jr. Members like me who needs merit too.

You are a member rank without knowing what was happening in the forum?  Huh
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] ARBITAO: The New Way of Arbitrage Trading on: June 16, 2018, 11:21:03 AM
Do you have a video that could explain the platform of the project? Can you post the link?
459  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Coins.ph (Bitcoin and Ethereum Wallet) on: June 16, 2018, 10:59:21 AM
I have checked coins. ph and it  is similar to
remitano.ph. i just don't know what would be the difference of these two,  i only know that coins. ph and remitano.ph is an exchange site so coins.ph is not a wallet, a wallet provides private key that you own, in coins. ph you have private key but it can not be imported to other wallet which means that it is an exchange wallet.
However, they are secure because they require 2fa authentication code.
460  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Best android wallets on: June 16, 2018, 08:22:51 AM
I was able to use electrum app wallet which i downloaded from playstore,  i can say that you can choose among types of address such as segwit, standard,  multi. The problem was the private keys,  make sure that what kind of wallet you use, be sure that all the information that can help you to access your wallet is keep safe.
