441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be prepared on: December 25, 2018, 10:09:01 PM
Prepare for both sides ,for better or for worse ,I've seem friends jumping up already as if 2019 would bring amazing smiles to everyone's face ,I'm not saying it may not but be prepared even if bakkt ,ETH 2.0 and ETF happens doesn't really mean we will moon ,just be prepared for both, either it goes right or wrong.
I like your kind of thinking... yes whatever goes up will always come down.. when it comes to crypto one has to be prepared for anything.. like today.. no one saw the market will plummet further after a brief rise
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best investment strategies ? on: December 25, 2018, 10:07:13 PM
Invest in a crypto market situation accordingly. There should be a framework for him to invest in which time to invest. And at what time to sell.
I think you'll find your best crypto strategies from multiple failure.. every successful crypto trader has had to learn it the hard way
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reducing scam on: December 24, 2018, 09:03:37 AM
Kind time of the day, with every day in ICO we meet more and more fraud. It is clear that no one forces us to invest in these projects. But the idea of a cryptocurrency does not imply any regulatory department. What do you think that could help in solving this problem? I just see only that the advisors were responsible, or they took a pledge from the projects they are entering.
Sadly 90% of ico's today are merely a idea... nothing to implement.. and there's no guarantee theyĺl be successful after sale... they're just hoping investors will buy their shitcoin offering so they can run away with our money... I had my way.. I'll say don't invest in ico's
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is making some noise in the crypto market on: December 24, 2018, 08:57:58 AM
I guess ETH is back to its pavilion now, nearly it has pumped upto $50 from last week and slowly rocking, Yes it was really struggling this entire last quarter due to continuous price fluctuations. I hope it will regain its position as king of Alts.
It seems alt top 100 coins on coinmarketcap is starting to recover... but this time instead of bitcoin ethereum is leading the pump.. 15 billion dollar was put into the market last nite
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth holding XRP and BTC, or selling my XRP for more BTC? on: December 20, 2018, 03:08:29 PM
I currently have holdings of ETH, XRP, AND BTC. However I believe we may not see prices this cheap for bitcoin in the near future, espeically with institution funds rolling in. Should I sell my XRP for more bitcoin???
BTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTC

I think if you have enough funds to buy over a btc then buy bitcoin.. but if its not up too 1btc... Then it's best you buy ripple instead.. ripple is a good coin with a promising future
446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2019 is it the new beginning will come to crypto currencies? on: December 20, 2018, 03:00:28 PM
2019 seems to be a new hope for crypto, because some developments will probably occur that year, for example Ethereum will soon fork as a refinement and as a means to increase prices, do you all believe 2019 will be better for crypto currency?
Yes 2019 will be a good year for crypto.. and we're already seeing the slight movement of the price of btc.. that is a good sign for next year
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull is here on: December 20, 2018, 10:01:36 AM
Today bitcoin, ethereum, ripple, eos, has gone up over by 12% gain on coinmarketcap over 9billion dollar has been trown into the market in less than 6hours.. is this the pump?? Are we looking at a bull run??

It's not safe to be sure that it's a start of another bull-market. Some traders think that it's a dead-cat bounce, the prices will drop after a while. That's why it's difficult to position your self. It's best to look at the market if you are trading.
They are joking with us, they are calling that as a dead cat bounce to prevent these people to buy crypto before it goes to the moon again. Bitcoin has already surpassed $4k rate easily and then it could be more. Just waiting for another interestint thing to see that,
I'm glad I'm not the only one with a positive mindset about the market.... it's never too late to buy btc now... bitcoin will hit 5k by next week Tuesday.... if the market continues like this
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull is here on: December 20, 2018, 09:44:41 AM
I am increasingly convinced that this is the beginning of a recovery in the market because this trend has survived in a few days and even though the increase has begun to occur but I hope that people do not sell their coins now, because in my opinion it can hinder the rising market
Keep hopes high and hold your bitcoin.. let's chase the bear away.. the bull is here.. no matter what.. I'm convinced .... this is the start of the pump.. it may not be like that of  dec 2017... but this is the pump
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull is here on: December 20, 2018, 09:39:37 AM
Obviously, $6 billion still does not bring a bull market, but I think this is still very good for the market, because the green market allows investors and traders to see hope.
The market has recovered over 24billion dollars in less than 72 hours ... I'm sure this is the bull run.... this is no ordinary correction

I predicted the bull run is here a few days ago.. alot of users in the crypto space disagreed with me .. now bitcoin is at 4000usd do you still think this is just a mere correction
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Adoption first or Bull run first?? on: December 18, 2018, 11:57:44 AM
Guys, one thing i have realized is that we won't have any adoption until a bull run has started again and people are seeing the money making qualities once more. The old generation mostly thrive on taking long term investments but this current generation like things that bring quick money.

Imagine, current generation don't take jobs that pay small amounts even though the person may not have a job already... everyone is waiting for an opportunity to make huge amount in a little period of time. (i stand to be corrected:))

This brings the issue to the cryptosphere. I think we won't have any mass crypto adoption until another moneymaking market comes again. Honestly, I've tried talking to many people about crypto but they all think they were to come and make money out of it, but since it isn't so they left.

So in my opinion, i think we need a good market for adoption rather than adoption for a good market. (this is my personal opinion tho)

so do you also think same or you think there's another way around this?

I'm in support of this opinion of yours... most people are comfortable with how they make their transactions now.. and are also comfortable with whatever they call money.. this is the reason most icos with a working product are still way undervalued.. thats because there is no point in trying to follow up their invention if it won't give quick cash... and if its not liquidated enough
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What If Nothing Change In 2019? on: December 18, 2018, 11:53:02 AM
2018 is not a profitable year for almost all Crypto enthusiasts. Though there's an increase in adoption of blockchain technology but almost all crypto assets have lost close to 90% of their all time high and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. In some weeks now, we will say goodbye to 2018 and the hope of market recovery will now cling to 2019. Though am not trying to be pessimistic but what if nothing change in 2019, what if the bear market continues unabated, will it be the end or sign of the end for Cryptocurrency because I don't think many will still continue to retain their hope if nothing positive happens at least for the first quarter of 2019.
As for me if nothing changes in 2019 I will keep on holding till I see a difference in the market movement.. the market will go up no matter what.. this is normal In crypto

454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Bitcoin cash is going to zero out?? on: December 17, 2018, 07:39:52 PM
It is to my greatest surprise that the price of bitcoin cash has fallen below ethereum and has gone down to 7th position in cmc chart list
Will it zero out??
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT TO DO ABOUT 2019? on: December 13, 2018, 03:41:32 PM
2019 is not far from now and i think we might have seen the worse in 2018 because 2018 bear market came more like a surprise to all cryptocurrency enthusiasts and before we could realize the whole thing the market could not recover which have forced most of us to become holders of some altcoins and different ICO's token that ain't worth holding and now we are almost there in 2019. During the bull run a lot of analytics predicted that Bitcoin could reached $50K and above and now the reserve is the case throughout the year 2018. This year have taught a lot of us different lessons on how to cope during the bear market. May i know your own opinion on how you were able to scale through and survive during this unexpected 2018 bear market...

Thanks Guys
I am used to the market going down.. this isn't news to me anymore.. when it drops.. I'll just try not to look at cmc... and wait for whenever it recovers
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC as a Scam on: December 13, 2018, 03:38:06 PM
There are a lot of projects that need an KYC of course it is a good idea also to protect their project so that they will know who's dealing with them. But there are some projects that starting from beginning they don't have an KYC required but when it come to the time that they need to distribute the stakes of bounty hunters they are asking for KYC,if the bounty hunter can not comply this where is their stake goes?if the project require an KYC they must announce it from the beginning not in distribution time.
Yes.. this is a tactic used by project developers to reduce the amount of tokens to be distributed... my experience in crypto has taught me to never trust developers of ico's
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The cheapest Altcoin. on: December 13, 2018, 03:32:43 PM
Based on the prices on the cryptocurrency market, what coins are your choice to invest in?

Is buying the cheapest coins, can it be the right choice for now? Please share your opinions and suggestions.

Thank you very much.
buying good and popular alternatives like ripple, stellar, cardona, tron is a smart move... they are already 100 9f times below their actual price.. so what's there to loose?
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should We Diversify Our Investments? on: December 13, 2018, 03:30:22 PM
Common wisdom for new investors is always of the 'don't put all your eggs in one basket' type. Don't invest all your investment capital in one company. Diversify so that at least if  one investment fails, the other will carry you through. Is there a similar type of advice for crypto currency investors? Is it better to concentrate on investment in just one crypto currency? Or should we diversify? I would love to know what others have to say about this.
This is actually the safest way to invest in crypto ..  diversify your funds do not invest in just one project no matter how legit it may seems.. when one goes down the other may go up ×20
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto fell into wrong hands in December 2017 on: December 13, 2018, 03:24:14 PM
Most of the people who joined the crypto community at the later part of 2017, especially December were not any real crypto investors. They just heard about the booming prices and decided to join and also make profit. They don't know the potentials of the blockchain technology and the future it holds and that is why now that prices are down, they have all left the market and its left the real crypto enthusiasts. They are those who are seriously doing panic selling over the markets
Well I think you're absolutely right on this one... so many people came in the market when bitcoin hit 10k usd.. they all wanted quick change
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: to many poor people? on: December 13, 2018, 03:20:04 PM
Hello,

I recently returned to the world of crypto and noticed something wrong right away, I couldn't put my finger on it until now.

Poor people are ruining crypto. so many people just in the game to get rich and buy lambos, posting broken english or poorly translated post like " what coin x1000 this week, I need ferrari countach"

the forum is filled with these people trying to make pennies spamming shitcoins and scam ICO's

these people dont mine or invest in things they believe in but whatever they think will make them rich. Its like giving homeless people GPU's and telling them they print money.

I think this last correction was needed and many more to kill off a lot of shit coins and lame projects as well as get rid of these poor people in the game just trying to get rich.

"my 1070 only makes $2 a day now!" oh you poor baby! try mining years ago when 5$ a month was huge but didn't matter cause you believed in the project.

/rantover lol

Bro  I don't see how not being able to speak English makes you poor.. your comment is like that of those WS in the US... and I hope this thread gets deleted
