no we can not, because sincerely if the paid went forward and at most gave away bounty to people with 3 similar or same IP address, then he is a fair dev, otherwise he would have denied every body with a similar IP address for manipulating the system at first i thought it was peter then i realized this account has three activity,

well i agree when some says that orders look like real scam on coins markets, that could be because not many people would trust their high valued coin on the new exchange, what bmxt needs is a good exchange, then people will sell and buy relatively big volumes,
