Baru-baru ini saya meerima situasi yang kurang mengenakan dimana halaman rumah saya terkena baligo yang ukurannya cukup besar yang membuat pagar rumah saya rusak karena ketiban baliho yang jatuh yang membuat saya bingung minta ganti rugi kepada siapa karena tidak ada yang mau bertanggung jawab atas hal ini, setali tiga uang hal seperti ini juga sering terjadi karena kurangnya persiapan dari mereka para pengusung dalam memasang baliho atau spanduk yang ukurannya  segede gaban tanpa memperdulikan keselamatan orang lain karena melihat dari beberapa pemberitaan saat ini bahwa banyak sekali warga yang terkena dampak akibat pemasangan baliho yang memang tidak memikirkan keamanan orang lain terutama ketika di jalan raya mereka yang memasang tanpa peduli pengguna jalan dengan seenak jidat memasang tanpa prosedur.
