OP, perhaps you are a bit late if you are thinking of buying BNB now But if you are thinking of buying and holding it for the long term then no problem you can still buy it. On the other hand, there maybe a chance of price drop during or before halving event it may give you a chance again if you would be interested in buying at that time. well For the long term no matter as we buy and hold it until we fetch near to our goal points.

It is very hard to time the market 100% correctly market trends are predicted based on TA and FA which can be wrong sometimes.

On the other hand, Those altcoins that use the Bitcoin network show you the same trends. in case of Bitcoin go up altcoin will also go up and if Bitcoin bounces back down altcoin will also bounce back. if you are only keeping an eye on those altcoins that use Bitcoin network you need to find them and invest in them. Altcoins work on pumping and dumping schemes but those altcoins that have strong use case is more beneficial.

Well Dear in the case of altcoins, we have to be very picky due to the high risk we should only invest in good projects that have strong use case like their team is working on the project and they are collaborating with another project to make the project successful. And in my honest opinion, we should invest in multi-altcoins to manage our risk over our investment. in case is one is not performing well another will perfome well and will give a good profit.

Blackrock the big institution is accumulating Bitcoin at its current price so I think we should too. On the other hand, if you ask me I would say you can divide your total portfolio into two parts. Invest 90% of your portfolio into Bitcoin and the remaining 10% you should invest in Altcoins keeping in mind while investing in altcoins as they have high risks and bitcoin have less risk. Indeed, you are right about it. Many of them are giving bad statements about Bitcoin some say it is being used for money laundering which is an illegal activity and many have much other rubbish statements to make it unsuccessful which is going to be their failed statements. Indeed, your first point is very true. Investing in BTC should be our first priority like if we have a good amount in our portfolio for investment in cryptocurrency we should invest 90% of our portfolio in Bitcoin and the remaining amount we should invest in Altcoins. The key of investing in altcoins is that we should diversify of remaining 10% portfolio into different altcoins so that we can overcome our risk.

Dear, i read your post and In my honest opinion if you have not much money to trade so do not put your funds in risk as trading is the risky part and you may lose your funds in trading. If you asking me Start from holding rather than trading at the beginning and hopd only Good projects in Altcoins like Arb, etc etc....

Holding Bitcoin should be your first priority. On the other hand, if you have good trading skill and you know how to trade well to generate good profits, your portfolio also matters here like bigger amount you have bigger you can generate profit. Avoide trading on leverage as it also have higher risk in liquidating your funds. This is my advice other than that you should DYOR Because having financial device from others and taking action with any research can lead you to the risk.
