Maybe one should buy some Ethereum and hold it for long so that it will make up at least 10% of the portfolio. This is good old coin that will be pumped high for sure. Barely ether will die tomorrow.

I would suggest selling those altcoins that are being pumped, cause in this way you will get something valuable at least. It would be very sad if you sell something and this coin will be pumped in a month or two. But the reversal situation also may happen, heh

Bitcoin is like gold in crypto sphere. It won't be like dollar, and that's quite obvious. There are already some stable coins which play this role - Tether USD for example.

This discussion of a hypothetical situation is futile You are not discussing which lotto ticket you should have bought after the end of the round, don't you?

The more famous exchange we are talking about the more fees you should pay. Binance fees are astronomical I think If we are talking about IEOs I think there is a BTC fee and a % from the collected funds.

I just want to know, about market issues. 1. Reasons that make you survive or still believe in this market? 2. Is this what is called a market cycle, I mean back to the time before bitcoin reached the highest price in 2017? or maybe like 2014, 2015 or 2016? because I'm not there yet. 3. Why has the recent rise in bitcoin prices not affected the market situation for the better or had an impact on the rise in altcoin prices? 4. In your opinion how to overcome the market situation so that it can be stable again?
1) I have no choice 2) Manipulations with crypto are done in some cyclic way, yes. It like pump - the market is breathing. 3) Altcoins will begin to grow only after a huge bitcoin growth and only when it stays calm fro a while. 4) Wait, just wait

You are right, from one hand, but from the other one - the more people are sure in the project and take part in its bounty - the less you get as bounty hunter So, sometimes taking risk and taking part in unpopular bounties may lead you to huge winnings

People who invested in altcoins in 2018 and haven't sold anything yet, became holders with steel nerves, hehe Most of them will hold as long as this should take us to see the long waited bull run. No sense in quiting the market before.
Well, what ways do you want to find if you exclude all these good variants, lol? Try freelancing and accepting crypto for your job - that's very simple way to earn some coins. Of course you should be pro in something to convince people to pay you
I think now it's the best time to enter Litecoin, just look at the graph and watch this periodical pumps. LTC is one of the favourite coins for some whales, that's quite obvious. Buy low, sell high, right?
I would suppose, that the bull run will affect bitcoin first, then some strong altcoins will join after BTC slows its movement. And after that, lowcap alts may join this rally, if it's not too short of course

Real estate is just the basic option which every guy like you is thinking about when talking about serious investing. It's very popular among masses and people like it because it's "physical" enough, you can see and touch your investments. But that's not the best option as for me.
I think it will will be very difficult for Ethereum to get high now, when there are too many other good projects presented at the market. Watch Minter for example. As for me it has much more chances to make x10 from the current price.

The hardest thing here is avoiding those kind of thoughts like "hm, there too many people who think that everything is gonna be cool, they invest, they can't be wrong, there are too many of them..." Dude, most of the people are making mistakes much more often than you think. Constantly.

I see three basic ways how to earn money here, in crypto: bounty hunting and airdrops, different kind of POS-like mining and staking, trading (if you are skillful enough, lol )

Well, here are some exchanges I prefer and use from time to time: Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex, Kucoin, IDEX, ForkDelta, Latoken, Exmo, Livecoin, Kraken, Mercatox, Bancor.

Holding to the end is just as silly as crazy daytrading strategy The more extreme and foolish earning style is using margin trading with 1x10 leverage, lol Holding should be smart, without felling in love with any coin. Buy, hold, sell. No mercy

I would suggest looking for those coins that are strong enough and are oversold at the present moment. Also the good factor is if the coin is pumped periodically, like LTC or DOGE.

I think 2020 will be a very interesting year in many spheres. Crypto is one of them, hope we will see some interesting moves here, and hopefully not only on Bitcoin graphs

I would advice all the newbies to learn how to use cold wallets - at least to find out how this works. And also suggest using MyEtherWallet and Metamask if we talk about ethereum and ERC20 tokens.
