have you seen that's thread before playing at there, someone who claim earn 200 btc for me it's looking weird like promotion by their staff. i hope you get your money and your problem clear.

Now they have added to the T&C that maximum withdraw with no deposit bonus is 0.12BTC (Last Edit: April, 140, 2016)
I checked their T&C on April 16th (forgot to archive page) and I am sure that part was not there otherwise I will deny the bonus.

I did not. I requested withdraw again and it was discarded pretty fast and support do not answer

Did you by any chance registered more than  once and claimed the bonus?  This is the only valid case from the casino's point of view to cancel your payment.
