OP is such a an idiot.

The exchanges are closing off trading to stop a possible hacking/exploit. That's not centralization, that's called, "Exchanges preventing a possible exploit/hack in which They would lose a lot of money/go bankrupt if it happened"

Couldn't agree more with you.

You guys need to be aware that time warp attacks are not instantly detecable, they are a slow build which is the mistake that Auroracoin made in assuming everything was fine, till it wasn't. I am sure Monero will be same.

just FYI@everyone:

Bitcoinexpress is also coinhumper (he verified this on IRC when he came by one day), he also uses labwiz, dan, unclerico, lanie grace (his ex wife) to name some alt-identities. The woman he claims to be at the moment is supposedly an ex employee of his, kyley wu, but the reality is I think this is a made up person also.
CoinHumper, one of BCX's alts, has been posting here these days as a BCX fan, see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=42771;sa=showPosts

This is just one tiny bit of all the details.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitcoinEXpress -> Monero Attack -> DOX on: September 23, 2014, 10:22:50 PM
How much do you want to keep it quite?

~BCX~

Not interested

I have some deep frozen Geistgeld, Fairbrix, some GIL and even some Solidcoins fo payment ROFL

~BCX~

I repeat my PM:

At this point I don't care whatever you have left to say

You will have to face what you provoked. You went too far trying to attack Monero. That was one drop too much.

All of you monero shills and supporters should be seriously concerned that a few people have the ability to deny you access to your funds due to a threat.

They didn't even have the foresight to give more than a few minutes notice.

They're taking rational measures to stop people from possibly losing money. That's a good thing.
446  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: September 23, 2014, 10:13:22 PM
BCX why not attack moneroman88 instead of XMR? No I'm serious. Couldn't you make his head explode or something if you inject enough hash-power?
I'm confident we can easily figure out how to brute-force his head. There must be so many flaws there it shouldn't be too hard finding a plug and then...unleash the flow... making his brain crash, rollbacked to infancy, forked to complete memory-loop, or even maybe steal his soul with a spirit-killer algorithm.

That would be something. There, for real, you would be a hero. XMR is not a proper prize.

I would 51% his brain but it is a null block chain!

~BCX~

You must be pretty obsessed and pathetic if you really want to *51% my brain*, honey.
447  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: September 23, 2014, 10:07:33 PM

This is awesome, thanks for posting Skinnkavaj. As we can see the network is doing just great.
448  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: September 23, 2014, 10:05:32 PM
You come here and have a terrible attitude towards xmr, I don't understand. xmr is still only 3x the price it ever was so it's no really like you missed a huge train or anything...

so why do you spend so much time on here fudding it? What it really your problem? I just want to understand

*Bob*? He's just a guy that enjoys to feel others suffer. That's it.
He's wrong here though, cause he's going to see Monero thrive more than ever.
449  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: September 23, 2014, 10:03:50 PM
LOL @ all the guys who think Monero is dead. You'll be amazed how high the price will go

FUD time is over, time to move on
450  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: September 23, 2014, 09:56:22 PM
Meanwhile... Price +16.24 %

Nice *death of Monero* LOL
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitcoinEXpress -> Monero Attack -> DOX on: September 23, 2014, 09:46:25 PM

Can we also get iGotSpots to weigh in who also 100% doxxed me to Los Angeles?

~BCX~

Brother, I don't care about iGotSpots

Attacking Monero is a drop too much in the bucket, you're going to have to pay for that, sorry. I'm sure you understand.

The old fake "danny maddox" dox that has been reiterated countless times in your favor will be vanished when I post the real dox.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitcoinEXpress -> Monero Attack -> DOX on: September 23, 2014, 09:39:09 PM
Heres Moneromann88

~BCX~

Nope, that's not me, my *sweet lady*. I'm not from the US/Hawaii. We both know a smoothie is.

That's not very nice of you to post, and not perfectly legal either. BUT then again you're a little parasite.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BitcoinEXpress (BCX) -> Monero Attack -> DOX on: September 23, 2014, 09:30:26 PM
Here's interesting details about BitcoinEXpress - the MF who threatened to exploit Monero but failed big time (his sole weapon is air out of his mouth, that's all there is to it *facepalm*)

first off a few old school assessments

1st of all, this is what coblee (Litecoin Founder) has to say about BCX,  LOL:
Her name is Kaley Wu. If you want, go dox her. I'm not an expert at doxxing people.
coblee, FTFY: His name is not Kaley. That was wrong

so remember BitcoinEXpress == CoinHumper too

More and more details about the liar being published right now:

BCX confirmed a FUDDER and LIAR in 2012 by Litecoin Founder Coblee

455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero Beeched Whale Watching! ***PARTY THREAD*** on: September 23, 2014, 09:13:04 PM
SELL UR XMR!!!!! Kiss

Nobody in their right minds would sell XMR just because one single guy is spreading his hot air bluff.

That would be totally dumb.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BCX confirmed a FUDDER and LIAR in 2012 by Litecoin Founder Coblee on: September 23, 2014, 09:09:18 PM
Thanks to Monero developer smoothie for pointing this out. A good find, hats off!

So after I came out and told BCX that I've lost all respect for her(?) if she attacks Litecoin, I got this PM:

Quote
At this point in time (Thursday), I've decided that BCX's threat was indeed a bluff. Maybe she was just trying to help Litecoin in a weird twisted way.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=96186.msg1060442#msg1060442

What wonders me most, is BCX a she? Huh  Either way (s)he's definitely a master of hot air.

-> Monero attack bluff failed just the same, are you facepalming yet? I've been facepalming all day long.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCX, Coblee, Smoothie on: September 23, 2014, 09:06:59 PM
crosspost:

"it's over" ?

Did anything happen that is now done with?

yes bud

BitcoinEXpress claimed an attack that would *kill monero within 72 hours*.

72 hours are over, attack is over, and nothing happened BUT the price is rising. In other words: Utter Fail

Hey retard,

I said start in 72 hours, which is still ~5 hours away.

~BCX~

@BCX Not so good with clocks, are we.  Fine, take another five hours to figure out a way to save face.  You're irrelevant.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smoothie Confirms BCX Monero Attack FAIL on: September 23, 2014, 07:32:08 PM
I have very strong feeling, that couple of months from now, we will simply laugh about current situation. Another opportunity to make this (still fresh) currency more robust.

I am not selling under 0.01 XMR/BTC.

My prediction is very much the same.

We still laugh at how BCX claimed to be attacking Litecoin in 2012 then to fail miserably and create childish drama via another thread on this forum is something I still have not forgotten about.

If he performs a XMR attack....i suspect it wont be long before it is forgotten and the price rebounds and people go about their usual day.

459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Smoothie Confirms BCX Monero Attack FAIL on: September 23, 2014, 07:30:36 PM
smoothie is one of the most reputable users of all Bitcointalk.

He confirms: BCX attack failed and BCX is just a drama queen at best:

It seems that Monero will not be able to fix the vulnerability in time.

I noticed today they added checkpoints in preparation for the attack: https://github.com/monero-project/bitmonero

So.. what does this mean? Will the checkpoints sufficiently defend against the attack?

It worked for Litecoin in 2012 when BCX claimed to be "attacking" Litecoin then failed and ended up creating drama via another means on these forums. Those back then who were around know what I am talking about.

460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCX Monero Attack _Failed_: XMR price climbing on: September 23, 2014, 07:13:26 PM
no bcx has 2 more hours - http://itsalmo.st/#timetokillxmr

This is utter bullshit, the 72 hours are already long over (+2h), the attack was a fail

Some shills will now find try to find all kinds of ridiculous excuses... LOL, try harder please
