DeadTerra, I just received an email address from an entity claiming to be you. I have several reasons to think that it is an impersonation. If it was indeed you sending an email regarding information about requests for shares transferred to your PT. Please provide a signed msg from an address you own that Friedcat can verify.

One of the biggest reasons would be that the email is asking about the transfer of my shares to Bitfunder has been done for almost a week now! The email expect a verification of request from Friedcat?

If it was you indeed, Please forgive me. ASICMINER is the one of the most important investment I made in my entire life. So I have to be absolutely sure.

Thank you for understanding.
If you are unsure if it is me or not,
Please always ask me to gpg sign the message.
If I can not it is not me.
Though I did just send out a couple of emails to people who I need some info from.
But I should have gpg signed it, my bad.

I'd be interested as well.

Can you ship to UK?
Yea, I am currently looking at my shipping options.
I have currently looked up a uninsured (when it leaves my hands, I am no longer held responsible for that it reaches you) envelope that can weigh a maximum of 100 grams.
Within Sweden: 4 USD
Within EU: 5 USD
World wide: 6 USD.

If anyone want to suggest another shipping option I would happily consider it Smiley
//DeaDTerra

For folks in UK or US where it might take a while to reach, I'd suggest an insured option (with additional cost). As a buyer, who is probably paying upwards of 150-200 USD, I probably won't mind an additional 5-10 USD to ensure the coin safely reaches me :-) Your prices are already competitive to cover this up. And I believe they won't be loaded with the bitcoins. Additionally both options should have a tracking number. If the item never reaches the buyer (for any reason :-) You never know our national postal service here in the US), then both parties know about this.

Edited to add: I'd be interested in buying 5, but since this is new (for me atleast) and international), at first I'd buy 2 and order the remaining once the first shipment arrives. I am in the US.
Unfortunatly due to that I am only a reseller, these coins will be loaded when they are shipped.
Hence the value insured is a lot higher then if Casascius sent then as they will contain the Bitcoins.
Once I get the coins and I know the dimentions and weight, I will look for appropriate shipping options.

Any news on Giga?

To all verified Gigaminers:

The upgrade process to Teramining will be closed Friday morning.

To those who have already upgraded, a detailed explanation of the last few months plus the plan moving forward will be emailed to you once some lose ends are finalized.

Best,
James

See the GigaThread for moar drama, oops I mean information.   Tongue

tl;dr Giga turns into Tera only once all BFL ASICs arrive and are hashing.  Then we're locked into 9 months of dividends before being able to sell the TM shares.

I'm aware of that. What I meant: How is GBFs' Gigamining claim coming along?
I have found a place where we can get it signed.
I plan to visit it tomorrow or on Friday.
//DeaDTerra

Umm, the upgrade window closes in less than 48 hours.  You might be too late.
I have talked to James, we are fine Smiley

I am very much interested in buying 1 of your 1 BTC coins. Can you please update us when you have them? Also I would need to know the FINAL/total price for my purchase, I live in the United States.
Sure!
Once I get them I will post weight/lengths etc and people can decide how they want it shipped Smiley

Wil you plant to add 25 BTC coins? I so, I would be very interested.
Sure if Casascius decides to start selling them again.

Regarding 5 BTC coins,
At the moment I only have access to the coins that casascius puts up for auctions.
If he recognizes me as a retailer then it is possible that I could go directly to him for orders instead through auctions.
Hence I could take in a larger variety of coins Smiley

What do you mean with unsafe? Smiley

458  Economy / Goods / Re: Casascius coin reseller in Sweden and EU. on: April 22, 2013, 08:03:23 PM
Yea.
I have the price for the envelopes:
Sweden: 3 USD
EU: 5 USD
World: 6 USD
Though I need to consider shipping time, risk of theft etc when I decide on my final shipping choice.
Also I need to add the shipping to word press so it charges for it Smiley

//DeaDTerra

So we can't order from the wordpress site yet? That sucks because the other site doesn't allow me to order to Canada.

I'd like to order one of these from you.
Yes you can Smiley
But additional costs might occur if it is more expensive then I thought, I might also cancel your order in case where I can not ship to your destination.

459  Economy / Goods / Re: Casascius coin reseller in Sweden and EU. on: April 22, 2013, 07:25:14 PM
As mentioned I do not yet have the coins.
Hence I will ship at earliest late this week.
Also additional fees might come as I have yet to decide on what shipping to use.
//DeaDTerra

As I checked S-size envelope from Sweden to Poland should be like 20-30SEK.
Shipment costs should be included in your store, as managing it manually would be a pain. Just my two cents.
Yea.
