We are in a fast changing of technology. The governments are just fine because they will soon adopt when necessary. Governments are supposed to be make sure everything adopted and used are beneficial to its populace. The problem sometimes is corruption and power. Financial institutions are controlling the world system and are many times affecting governments effectivity.

I don't know if that will be possible within that year. There are some part of the countries that doesn't goes well with the new technology. It will be very difficult to adjust and tell everyone about the digital currency will be used instead of usual money.
Indeed the span of time given is too short. There are alot of people who does not have an idea on what cryptocurrency is. Maybe it is possible but it will take a lot of time. Selling of accounts really need to be prohibited in the forum, there are so many users who are buying tons of them only for using them to drain all the signature campaign's funds, it is horrible to see that there are dozens of users from only one person.
