This might not be applicable everywhere but in my Country Nigeria i can attest to it. Land price is ever growing and its supply is gradually reducing(limited supply) which has helped pushed the price more,unlike some fixed assets which depreciates in value with time. Lands in the time of old was barely of any value. Something man just met and didn't know how valuable it is. In the past, couple of decades ago the prices of land were cheap due to its abundant supply in my country but now to buy a land is not something one can just wake up and do. Its very expensive especially in developed areas and even the rural areas increased the prices because demands is getting higher than supply. A land that could be bought for #5000($3.8 ) is been sold in millions of naira (>$2000). This phase of growth to me could be likened to Bitcoin, while Land is in the physical realm Bitcoin occupies the digital. During Bitcoin inception its price was zero,many didn't consider its value but as times goes on the world started seeing its importance and many smart individual are holding already. It reminds of grandparents who kept their lands for years and later sold to school their kids abroad or improve the status of their family. Now the price of land is so high that it would be difficult to get some acres by an average family but not Bitcoin. Since its divisible one can buy as little as a dollar and enjoy the privilege of fore fathers in getting their land at a relatively low cost. Land was an opportunity for the past century and still till date, Bitcoin is one of ours. We were fortunate to be around the era where it can be bought by anyone. So try to take advantage of it. Land owners who didn't enjoy their investment paved a great foundation for their children. Bitcoin supply is limited like land and would continue to grow in price as inflation continues to affect the world. In my country, especially in products gotten from lands like agricultural products, the law of gravity doesn't apply. As it rises yearly, the increase continues. Buy now and don't start waiting for huge dip before entering. Trust me you would miss out. There are people that sold their lands around 5 years ago and are regretting not keeping till date. In the case of having a land, i believe leasing is better. Its better for your regret to be not buying more than for it been not buying at all.How's the price of land in your country? Have you ever thought been in the time where land was cheap and bought alot? Are you boarding the train(cheap) of Bitcoin holders or you want to wait for private jets?  I don't know if there is any comparison between land and Bitcoin because there are a lot of differences. In an actual sense, the supply of land doesn't reduce over time as you said because even if land is sold from one person to another, the land still stays in the supply but it might just vanish from the market for a while until the new owner decides to sell it again. So the supply of land keeps fluctuating which isn't the case with Bitcoin because Bitcoin has a fixed and limited supply. Another big difference is the investment size. One doesn't have a choice to invest as low as they want when it comes to land or real estate, but even today, you have the choice to invest as low as you want in Bitcoin because the minimum you can buy is $10 in most exchanges which means that it gives you flexibility when it comes to investment size. |

I don't think those can be called experts, but more like testers or we could say gamblers because investing in any meme coin or any other coin of that nature is nothing less than a gamble in itself because you are not sure of the outcome and you are just making an investment to try your luck. Watch the market go down, buy with a portion of your capital, and keep the rest so that if the market goes down more, you can add more to your bag, and if it goes up from that point, you will at least have bought something. Those who have already bought everything they had earlier would surely just watch, but those who still have liquid assets should make good use of it. I'm not a fan of staying idle in a volatile market situation, so I do buy at short price intervals. My main target is Bitcoin scalping, but I do scalp altcoins as well. I have my stack for long-term hold and these small dips are only good for short-term scalping to get a few percentage of profit for every trade. |

1. Check the project whitepaper carefully. See if the information is clear, credible and detailed enough. Avoid unconvincing project whitepapers.
A lot of times, projects that have evil intentions often copy the content of the whitepaper of a different and similar project that they are copying, and I've seen this myself. I remember, there was a project, probably a scam, that had a lot of similarities with another project that was released or started earlier, and upon checking, I found out that a lot of the content on their website and whitepaper are simply copy-pasted from the other project, word by word. In such situations, a person who doesn't know about the other project would think it's a legit project because it has a very good whitepaper and very good content. However, if someone does a simple research using the content, they can easily find out about it. Everyone has different experiences in trading depending the technics and methods of trading they use. but generally trading every day is not bad at all. In fact, Everyday trading is the most effective way of trading and making money from trading. that's what professional traders do. they make multiple trades on daily basis. as you said you have an impatient mental, that's the reason why you lost. The Best solution for you is to just buy a token whichever you want. and place an order according to your analysis. or according to the trading signal you receive. then don't look at back. whenever that target reaches your tokens will be sold. temporary price down are normal. you don't need to panic sell because of those. That is not completely true about Binance. Binance does not necessarily block any account. unless someone break their rules. or their are some involvment of govt which forces Binance to block some accounts. I actually never heard of Binance Blocking any Account. and if you are planning to start trading then there is no point in withdrawing them to another wallet. but as everyone else said Binance is a CEX after all and CEX have their own risks. and $8000 is a big money to risk like that. if you are planning to just hold those money in form of a cryptocurrency then I suggest you go with a hardware wallet. The best hardware I can recommend is Trezor, ledger is also a good wallet but I heard a lot of bad news about them.. |

That's just as of today. Most of those are just being held up by pure greed. I'd argue at least 99% of these are just scams or at best not scams but projects that have unachievable goals. Anyone can make a coin in no time and think they can run a project. But most are just pump amd dump.toys to get those people who make them more bitcoin, eth or fiat.
You are absolutely right. 99% of those coins are either scam or just built to make money via pump and dump schemes.. if you start looking for legit projects you'll hardly find 5% of them legit with good business models. When there is too much quantity of a product, it is bound to happen that only a few would be of good quality

This "lock" does not review incoming assets, but only reviews assets when they flow out. It can be a secondary password, or a fingerprint verification. This "lock" must follow the address, not a single wallet. As you can imagine, even if the thief logs in to the wallet with the private key from another place, the "lock" existing in the address is still in effect. It may be able to steal your private key, but it cannot steal your secondary password or physical characteristics.
Is this "lock" technically difficult to implement?

But How did your KYC got leaked this time? and what was the reason of your previous NFT theft? I don't think Multisign is something regular/common crypto users can implement specially for daily and small transactions etc. Multisig is good for big projects and for people who deal with large sum of money. For us the best thing is to protect our KYC and seed phrase as much as possible. don't interect with scammy apps and never trust anyone in crypto space. |

I was never a part of any ICOs back in those days. I had heard a lot about them as many good crypto were launched through initial coin offering. Some are still preferring the ICO process but hardly get any success due to it bad reputation. Today most investors prefer IEO or IDO for early investment into a new project. The reason is that scam can be avoided and delay in listing is also avoided.
Yeah. it surprises me to see that there are still some projects that prefer to do an ICO, even knowing very that ICO era is long gone. and every ICO now will 100% fail. but these projects still do ICO and expect people to invest in their project I tell you what, these are all scam projects, they don't have any budget for their project and to run an IDO in a reputable exchanges, so they try to do ICO and expect people to fall for them. A Legit Cryptocurrency project would not do ICO at this age of Crypto. Thinking about OLD ICO era, brings a lot of good and bad memories, what a rollercoster ride that was. |

Investment in crypto is profitable or harmful. If we know the crypto market very well, it will be good for us. I also find which coins are low price and If I get a little profit, I will sell. So know crypto market and invest otherwise it will lose project for us.
I agree with you on this. profit or loss in crypto totally depends on the project/coin you invest in. if you invest in a legit and successful coin there are good chances of earning good profit but if you fall victim to a scam project then obviously you'll lose all your money. But it is not easy in the current market to find legitimate and trustworthy projects which also become successful so your investment gives you profit. I've seen several good projects with good business models, but they couldn't stand a chance in market and failed during their tokensale. some even failed after conducting a successful tokensale because they couldn't diliver the project on time as they promised. |
