I think creating an account isn't a problem. Almost everywhere you need to create an account to use their services. Also, we are promoting our forum, check the ANN thread:

I saw lots of group like this, start with free to join and start to share target to buy/sell. With few wining signal, they keep remind user, posting to celebrate and trying to ignore lose signal. Then when people start trust these group, they ask user for signal fee....
We will never ask for fee, it's completely free and will remain free forever.
