It is giving the strength inside and bravery to keep on going and take risks as much as they can. It sucks when someone does that because that's where probably that person is getting his strength.

Better not to do it because you're just not ruining your life but also finding the quickest way to lose your money. If you don't love yourself and you don't give importance to your money.

That's what you'll do and don't be surprised when you get to the point that you've almost left with nothing.
And this is where self realization or learning would really be kicking in on which on the time that they have nothing in the end. As long they arent still wrecking up themselves on gambling then they would really be continuing on what they are doing until they have nothing left. The more problem on here is that you arent really that just dealing with gambling problem but also dealing up with with drug addiction on which this is something that
shouldnt be letting by someone would really be going into their body because resolving substance addiction isnt something that you could really be able to get rid of it in a short period of time.
This is why it would really be causing too much problem into your life on which it will really be coming into a point that you might really be thinking up some suicide for you to be able to solve out that problem.
Two addictions at the same time and that's even harder to control.

We see those drug addicts that can't control themselves and so as the gambling addicts. How much more can you contain these two when you can't even control one of them, right?

If a gambler loves himself and sees the future with a good plan. Stop and avoid this at all cost because you're wrecking your life and you're not giving the best life for yourself.

It's okay to gamble and set some limits but adding it with drugs? That's crazy and it really ruin lives.
442  Economy / Gambling / Re: BK8 - Biggest and Most Trusted Brand. Asia's #1 Crypto online casino BTC & USDT on: February 22, 2024, 09:33:35 PM
Why am I seeing ads (Manny Pacquiao promoting BK8) of this platform all over facebook features including reels, ad stream ads and banners, The one running the account they are not from the official Facebook page of BK8. It seems like throwaway Facebook account.

Is it possible that the ads I'm seeing are from third-party advertisers or affiliates promoting the platform or are they just scams?
Here are some examples I've seen on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/share/v/Yks9zGJcztTrbKLX/?mibextid=oFDknk
Not a scam. Probably an affiliate.

Actually, it is official that Manny Pacquiao has partnered and became an endorser of BK8.

https://www.reddit.com/r/BK8_Forum/comments/18sbqqa/bk8_x_manny_pacquiao_202324/?rdt=54417

BK8 X Manny Pacquiao 2023/24

So those reels or videos probably have been grabbed by the content creators and they want to advertise their affiliate links of their accounts from BK8.

444  Economy / Economics / Re: The influence of cryptocurrencies in economy on: February 22, 2024, 12:16:00 PM
Say about the entire crypto market is what the government of each country is looking at. We've seen people that are jobless that have made their own dedication and allotted time into full time airdropping and bounty hunting.

Some may be successful in it and those that earns real money from it contributes to a country's economy. They have to see that part where someone who doesn't have a source of income but because of the crypto market itself and the opportunities that are in it, gives someone an opportunity to earn although they're temporal.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where did u put your Money ? on: February 22, 2024, 10:01:58 AM
I have about 80% in Bitcoin. 15% or so is in ETH, there rest in ADA, and a few small altcoins. I'm not really a risky person.
This is an ideal setup of portfolio. You don't have to risk that much with your money if you think that you're in a safe haven.

Having 80% in Bitcoin is a good choice that you have to keep until the bull run comes and when you're ready to sell.

And with the rest of altcoins that you're holding. You're free to add anything that you want to based on your opinion if they're going to make that much. But if not, it's just best to stay with what you currently have.
446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos team identity on: February 21, 2024, 11:11:34 PM
I have never thought of that. What is important to me is on how they help their customers when there are concerns and how they're giving us the help that we need and deserve.

So, I don't have to know who's behind that chat support or zendesk as long as the approach to me is that they're friendly and helpful, that's already a thumbs up and that's the kind of customer service and experience that I am wanting.

And that's one big factor that many of us considers from using a casino.
Seamless users experience is the most important thing i should say on which gamblers wont really be thinking about those teams identity or informations.
What matters is;

1. Games offered
2. Instant withdrawal
3. Good site design and animation
4. Good and active support
5. NO KYC

If all of these things are met, then knowing teams identity would really be that least concern.
If you are really that mindful or does really want to know then you could always ask them out, but i highly doubt that they would really be telling you completely about those
details on which these arent things that commonly exposed.
And that's why I don't mind knowing who are behind those casinos or with the support group. Because typically, the owner is known from these matters as they need to verify that they own it when there are media that are asking them for certain issues.

I do agree about those matters and factors that you've mentioned. They're part of the important things that a gambler should know but if it's very important to a gambler to know behind those team support or even the owner, you spend your time knowing them.
447  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: February 21, 2024, 07:54:37 PM
Two more days until the return of NBA basketball. I think I’m going through withdrawals. There haven’t been many moves as far as signing players either. Hopefully the players return refreshed and healthy to make a run into the postseason.
This weekend was a break to all of them and Anthony Edwards did told that and they've just enjoyed it.

Nobody takes the all star game seriously anymore. I don’t blame the players for not giving it a good effort either. Nobody wants to get hurt during the game. It’s like playing basketball on vacation for them. I think they should focus more on 1v1 or skills challenges with winners of events getting a million dollars. That would have them competing and would limit injuries.
That's the reality for this past all star. An all star that has no defense, it's lovely to see how high the scores are but that's not what the fans like to see.

We're more into action with the set of balance of defense and offense. While these all stars are made for the players but they're forgetting that it's not all about the likes of these players but how they're giving back to their fans.

Anyway, I wouldn't be surprise if soon there will be lesser audience when the all star comes because of how many were disappointed from this one.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Someone have my wallet phrase on: February 21, 2024, 05:53:13 PM
What worse case scenario given then fact I have only 14$ on this wallet and of course not intend to deposit anymore funds to that wallet
Just forget that wallet and how did you ever gave that seed phrase of yours to that person? Don't do the same mistake in the nearest future as we're about to get into the bull run.

This is the hard part when the market is like this, the scammers are also aggressive and taking advantage of someone's greediness.

Don't be greedy, maybe telling us the whole story on how you ended up giving it to that guy. I'm guessing that this is related to airdrop or recovery or anything that you have encountered with a problem.

It's not about greed.
I made a mistake and bought Retik Tokens in presell which result that I probably won't see nothing from it, on the other hand I know someone who can do something and get my eth back(eth which I bought these tokens with),for that matter he need the control (with my wallet secret phrase).

I know it sound extrmely scammy but ,worse case is he will get the crappy retik tokens(currently hadn't been claimed yet...and plus 14$)...

On the other hand , if it not a scam like I can get my eth back...he asked me to move all my assets from my wallet before getting control of it. He was honest on that thing
Okay.

If that's an honest deal that you've got having to talk with that guy. As long as you move your assets first out of that wallet and it has nothing left there.

Then, you won't have anything to get hacked and scammed for. But I'm not confident with that process because I am not so familiar with it, if anyone has got experience with that, much better to explain more about it.

as there are no players in the NBA now whose dunking skills are even close to what players like Vince Carter or Gerald Green had.
You bet so.

Those were the glory days when the dunk competitions are always much awaited for. I remember Gerald Green when he's got that cake dunk but then still lose to Howard. I haven't followed a lot of these competitions but some really are remarkable during those times.

It just doesn't have that feel of all star games of old.
I hope that the NBA management have felt what the fans felt so they'll improve it next time.

452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in Bitcoin, for long time Holding on: February 20, 2024, 01:43:02 PM
We've been reminding a lot of people that every time we're approaching the halving, they should buy. And even there's no halving, as long as the market is on the dip, we also tell them to buy.

Honestly, we've been telling them to buy at any season that they can buy. Because no matter what happens, all we have to do is to wait and patiently buy.

The reward and profit is there at the end of the long wait but whoever loses his patience won't get the most from holding Bitcoin.
453  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie traders, work on yourself. on: February 19, 2024, 11:34:03 PM
first if trading must use cold money not hot money what else use debt funds. because trading can not be relied on consistently profit what else for newbie. must first learn about tekhnical indicator or news. and must be tried first to demo account mode first if the trading system is steady and profit in demo trading then enter real trading. so can be independent in trading.
For newbies, it's hard to get on it when you are going to think of as you'll get a consistent profit, no you won't.

The best and professional traders are even going on with the same hardship of being inconsistent with their profits and that's why you have to make sure that you have studied well.

Otherwise, learn to get more experience and treat the losses as your gained experience so it won't hurt you a lot.
454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you won a bet with your last cash? on: February 19, 2024, 08:48:16 PM
You shouldn't gamble with your last money if it's your budget for transporting back. What if you lose? So the what ifs are going to be there and you'd start to think positive about what if you won.

Luckily on your end, you've won with that money and that's what happens if you take risk but I wouldn't do that. I'll take my losses, go home and take the rest and call it a day.

I don't want to go into that point of my life that I have to spend the money that's already budget just to gamble or do one last bet.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good or bad idea saving every penny on crypto stable coins on: February 19, 2024, 07:35:21 PM
Will I end up losing my funds one day if I do so?
No.

If it's on a stable coin then that remains the value of it. But choose only the popular ones with high liquidity because if you don't, then that's the worry that you'll have and might happen. Because it did happened to some uncommon stable coins that has decreased their own value and became volatile.

To me I feel it's good way to save.
If it makes you feel good then do it. Because what works for you might be the best option that you have to do instead of relying on others strategy on what makes them feel nice.
456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Wins: Your Money Was Returned to You. on: February 19, 2024, 06:14:21 PM
There have been saying that before you win a game in gambling, you would have lost enough funds and that means you didn't win any new or extra money to yourself but the casino return part of your money which you have lost before to you. And some will still say that what about those who have not playing gamble before and they won in their first day in gambling. Well those people newly converts to the gambling system will still dash the casino company that win again because the first time win is always to lure them to the system and making them to perpetual adoration to gamble. And I don't think someone in the gambling industry has as a win win gambling history. Or you wins are bigger than the loss. And all the experiences I have in gambling I have not seen that and also those of my friends who are gamblers have not to me that they only win and there is no loss record in their gambling history. And all the ones I have seen and known, the loses are more than the wins. And when I carefully look at the argument I also accept the assertion that what you win was part of your loss. Is that true? Make your input.
Every gambler has his/her own gambling losses and that's not normal when someone who would claim that he/she has never lost any single bet at all.

If totaling all of the lost money that a gambler has, even the won amount can be said that's still part of your losses if you're not yet in profit or you just break even.

So that matter depends on how much you really have got and that's how you're going to make yourself comfortable with those losses that you're trying to recover and if you'll count everything.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you stand to gain from the bull run. on: February 19, 2024, 12:40:45 PM
so my question is that what measures have you put in place to be among the beneficiary of the bull run?
Am I ready and prepared for it? And if I am holding, that should be the measures that everyone is setting for themselves. As for me, that's it and I can answer it with a yes.

We should start asking ourselves question like, how far have we gone in our Bitcoin accumulating process?  If the bull run comes this week, how much can we milk out from our current holdings? if we had any.
This is true.

If you've been in the market for years and you're not profitable and you don't take advantage of it, you're just probably lazy but you understand how it goes.

For procrastinators, It's high time you all start accumulating Bitcoin aggressively through the DCA method, so that you wouldn't be left out from such an amazing opportunity.
Stop spending money to nonsense things and start buying Bitcoin before it fly so high.
458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do people truly risk their money on bets for profit? on: February 18, 2024, 11:28:41 PM
This kind of topic is an never-ending discussion. Everyone's differences will prove each others point and there's nothing wrong with that even if for some it can be against their will since it's just all about talks and discussion.

Every gambler that risks our bets to gamble is definitely for anything that they are up to. Profit, fun or whatever the purpose they're up to. What matters there is that the money they use for gambling is theirs and not from someone else.

You don't feel the same feeling when you gamble with no money and with real money and that's what they feel so that's the purpose I am talking about.
459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you stick to some Casinos or do you try out new ones? on: February 18, 2024, 10:14:37 PM
Just respect what the person has told you if that's what he believes in, there's no need to put him into your target and try to convince him to try the new ones.

This is costing him less hassle with those promos that will want him to deposit and gamble more. I'd agree with him that there's no need to try the new ones if you ever have found your home to gamble.

But no argument needed too for those gamblers that are into trying newer casinos. They are up for new experiences and testing them out.
460  Economy / Economics / Re: My top 3 picks for up coming crash on: February 18, 2024, 08:57:46 PM
Im expecting the crash will start in few months.
Don't forget about the stocks as there's recession happening currently. Jeff Bezos sold his stocks.

Jeff Bezos sells more than $2 billion in Amazon stock for third time this month

So, there's already the hint and he's got something that he knew about that many don't. It's not a simple sell-off if it's happened for the third time this month and it's not just small amounts but billions although he's entitled for it.

But you get the clue.

I like to do research and to understood things deeply and they work.
But here is my another post Im expecting real estate liquity fall on the next places:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5485438.0
Okay then.

That seems to be really happening soon. The real estate market is so expensive but I wouldn't say that they're saturated. It's still one of the best investments out there if I choose it.

But it seems that the people have been repricing and overpricing their real estate for people to get interested on it for which I don't think think is working for the buyers.

And that overpricing will be causing its market to pop as that has created a bubble.
