442  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betballer.com - Online Sportsbook & Casino on: February 06, 2017, 04:56:40 AM
I'm looking into the casino today. This is the casino whose terms are vague, they offer 2 kinds of casino bonus, but one is general deposit bonus, the other is for VIP bonus, they don't claim the terms that the difference between them, and the difference between general user and VIP user.

BTW, cash-out feature is awesome.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is no "proper" price for bitcoin on: February 06, 2017, 04:37:28 AM
Bitcoin has its intrinsic value, deflation is the most important one, it is also the currency of freedom, people fight for their money against inflation like fiat currency. Your articles says that btc has no proper price, I fully agree, current price is a bargain compared to the long term.
444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does affiliate commission works? on: February 05, 2017, 09:11:05 AM
So this is a simple question in which I would like to clear how affiliate commission works. For example, my referral wagered 4.3 btc, profit was -0.099btc. And the site says 15% on edge, how much should I have as commission?

Thank you very much.

Which site do you use? Sportsbook or dice site?

There is some calculation for dice site shows above, I think their solution is coreect.

If this is sportsbook affiliate program, the calculation is much different, the formular: 15%*money of the player lost=15%*0.099 btc, so you can make 0.01485 btc from your referral's loss.
445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: February 05, 2017, 08:07:49 AM
Bitcoin is digital and cryptographic, so theoretically it is safer than fiat, aka real money, no matter it is paper or digital, fiat is an inflationary currency, bank prints new money to the circulation, so the fiat money keeps devaluation. In the contrary, bitcoin is deflationary, so its value keeps increase in recent years.
446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Starting sports betting on: February 05, 2017, 07:02:31 AM
I've never found any gambling or sports betting particulary interesting or addictive in any way. But I'm kind of interested on how does one get into sports betting? Do you find the sport you like or the sport with best odds and better options with higher chances of predicting? Also I was thinking of getting into e-sport betting, anyone else that's already into it?

I am soccer, tennis , US football and basketball fan, I like watching them, and I have my stats website for anaysis  http://www.flashscore.com/

Sports betting is not difficult to win the money, you know the rules, form and ability of players&teams, you can profit with moneyline betting in the long term.

After you being a bettor for some months, you can be an arber if you like. For being a sports arber, you can profit with sure bets.
https://en.surebet.com/surebets

Good luck with your gambling journey.

What is a sports bet arbritator and how exactly does it work? Are you betting on all those different websites with the lowest possible odds to ensure an winning outcome? That is what I get when I went to that surebets site. It only showed low odds near 1.00 or slightly higher. But what is the point of doing that? There is a chance the favorites do lose their games. Embarrassed

Sports arbitrage is the only possible way to make profit in the long term, professional punters do this.

I have my own formula, if website X: team A 1.95 vs team B 1.95, moneyline odds, website Y: team A 1.9 vs team B 2.1, I bet teamA on website X, and team B on website Y, odds are: team A: 1.95, team B: 2.1.

Formular: 1/oddsA+1/oddsB < 1, we can get sure bet. In the above example, 1/1.95+1/2.1= 0.989 <1

You can google for more infomation about arbitrage.

448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Frustrates You Most When Using Bitcoin? on: February 05, 2017, 12:12:38 AM
Slow transaction is the most frustrated thing, I'm altcoin trader usually use Poloniex and Bittrex, but they require 2 confirmations, sometimes I have to wait at least 2 hours for credit, one day it cost me over 24 hours. Bitcoin slow transaction speed will impair more users to adopt.
449  Economy / Gambling / Re: Live Bitcoin blackjack casinos with single deck? on: February 04, 2017, 05:25:29 AM
Lol get real man. No online casino is going to offer a single deck live dealer game for obvious reasons.

What is the obvious reason? I am a blackjack fan, but I can't understand the obvious reason. Do you mean the lowest house edge or high variance? Actually one deck BJ is the lowest house edge casino game, and high variance makes the game more luck-dependent.

I've never played online live blackjack before but I think the obvious that Trayber meant would be card counting on a black jack single deck.  It will be too easy to win because you can just write down all the cards and cheat.

Thanks for enlightening me, you are right. Although counting card is difficult in casinos, most casinos use 8 decks or 6 decks in BJ, and big casinos use reshuffle machine in every hand. The reshuffle machine is expensive, people can still try to count cards in small casinos. Counting card is profitable if the some cards(after 5% cards dealt, we can sit and bet in real casino) are dealt.

1 deck blackjack is only suitable online and not multi-player game in real casino, it reshuffles every time. Trayber is correct.

451  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 04, 2017, 02:34:42 AM
I make bitcoin from trading, trading is my main revenue source to earn bitcoin. We should altcoins and bitcoin are volatile on price aspect, good news and bad news can make different trends, therefore trading them can be profitable if we have news or info in first time, to make correct trading choices.
452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 65214 Unconfirmed Transactions on: February 04, 2017, 12:04:12 AM
Spammers gonna spam

It is said that not the spam issue, the blockchain is staganant due to small block size, enlarge it to 2MB is important and will be improved soon, if miners don't accept to do this, bitcoin network will be crowd like this in the futre, it is negative to bitcoin adoption.
453  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betballer.com - Online Sportsbook & Casino on: February 03, 2017, 01:41:45 PM
I DID NOT ABUSE YOUR TERMS! SHOW ALL OF US EVIDENCE! If several people used betbrain as a basis of their bets there is nothing illegal about that as well as not if only wagering minimum required.

Sir, I recommend you to open a scam accusation topic against this site, post your topic here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

there are many DT members daily read that section, so they will give OP red trust, if OP really wants to be not negative trust, he will solve your case. I am sorry for your loss, this site looks not legit since I saw your helpless words.
454  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price drops as PBOC continues inspections on: February 03, 2017, 12:45:30 PM
During the past, the decrease in price happened due to the inspection of the PBOC. This time such impact won't make changes in the bitcoin price as the price increase is continuing. This time the price might sustain above $1000 for a long time.

Because bitcoin price was dumped by the news twice, if they inspect for third time in the recent days, it won't impact the price very much any more, traders are immune to that kind of news. Unless PBOC decides to ban bitcoin again, but China has banned bitcoin since 2013 for many times, bitcoin price is long term bullish regardless of multiple bans.
455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1MB block size forever is just silly on: February 03, 2017, 10:29:23 AM
Your concern is good, Satoshi never thought bitcoin can be so huge on users and market cap, therefore he designed only for 1MB. 1MB is too small since nowadays there are more and more unconfirmed transactions, 2MB or bigger block is imminent to be updated, personally I support SegWit, hope it will be updated asap.
456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin needs altcoins because ... on: February 03, 2017, 09:17:52 AM
You are right, although bitcoin is the invention and creation of cryotographic currency, or digital currency, it still need more progress, like Litcoin uses SegWit right now, it can experiment for bitcoin. Ethereum makes smart contract feature, therefore can experiment for bitcoin too.
457  Economy / Gambling / Re: Live Texas Holdem on: February 03, 2017, 08:44:10 AM
I am looking for legit live texas holdem poker service.
I am able to play with real money on several casinos but i couldn't find a way to play with btc.
If you know a legit website supports live texas holdem please help me

thanks.

maybe you can find in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=774929.0, hopefully it really answer your question

No, he asked for live TEXAS HOLD'EM, which is impossible to see this in online casino or poker house. Because it is difficult for game providers to handle this, TH is not like blackjack, provider makes a table, and 50 casinos can add it. But texas holdem, there are limited people play in a table. He has to play this in real casino, not online one.
458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you use a bot for trading? on: February 03, 2017, 07:48:47 AM
Long time ago I downloaded a Python bot from Github, but I found it is difficult to configurate that bot. So I had to give it up. I always use my hand trading, which is more smart and accurate judgement by my smart brain, but slower than bot trading. I adapt trading without bot.
459  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you manage ur emotions? on: February 03, 2017, 06:36:13 AM
Emotion management is very important to traders, we have more accurate prediction and judgement if we are in good emotions, such as pleasant, happy is beneficial for our trading. Bad emotion like fear, coward makes us do wrong judgement, in the end we lose money.

Do sports and watch comedy can help our have good emotions, which is the successful factor.
460  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: February 03, 2017, 12:44:00 AM
Bitcoin is good for money laundrying because it is highly anonymous, but not fully anonymous, it is semi-anon. Actually there are altcoins for full-anon, XMR, DASH and so forth. XMR and DASH are darkmarket dealers' favorite currency, more anonymous than bitcoin, people can't find the transaction details like that on bitcoin blockchain.
