Site that you mentioned are better called "Exchange" instead of online wallet, read Coinbase is not a wallet.

I think that 18 words is seeds and afaik, bitcoin core doesn't support seeds, it can be something else.

I'm not familiar with 18 four-letter non-words, but you can try import it to mycelium wallet, since they have option to import 18 seeds. Tho, idk if that will work or not.

In my old school, if you caught doing something illegal such as abusing electricity for mining(because it consume too much electricity), they will take your miner and will keep it for 1 month and in bad case it will stay on there until you graduate from that school, idk about charge a money to pay that electricity.

Yeah that a good freelance site and i use that too, but its not popular as xbtfreelancer. The owner is run that site by himself and IIRC he don't have a lot budget to promote that site back in that days, and because is not too popular, you can see a lot expired project which is probably trolling or something.

You can try to take a look at https://www.bestchange.com/zcash-to-perfectmoney-usd.html . But i don't have experience about exchange ZEC to perfectmoney so i cant say if it better to exchange it directly to perfectmoney or exchange to bitcoin first, then to perfect money.

You can send that coin to binance or bitfinex and convert it to another coin, but if you want to keep it for long time, you can use Exodus wallet for pc, or coinomi for smartphone.

Try check SWIPE, looks like they can input ads on your apps. I maybe wrong, but you can take a look and do some research about them.
