As I can see the wintomoto official account has already Negative tagged by one of the reputed members. After that, they still did not come to solve the issue and they are now inactive since February 27, 2023, 04:19:10 PM, So the chance is very lower to get resolved the issue.

I was selected for Deposit Testers Group B where I need to deposit min 15 USD and test Live Casino section.

Registration: It was a very simple process where the user need to fill out the form with an email, password, and nickname. I filled out the form and register without any errors. I was notified that there is a confirmation email sent to the registered email. The process was so smooth.

Deposit: According to the rules I need to deposit $15, and make a deposit 0.0008 BTC which was around $18, and it was credited shortly.



withdrawal: After making the deposit, I tested some games from the live game section, where due to luck there were some up and down. From $18 somehow I went to $12 and luckily reach around $25. I tried to withdraw some 0.0008BTC that was deposited and I see it was rejected sometime later. I contact support and they said I need to wager 3x of the deposit to make withdrawals(It was mentioned in the TOS but I did not read it carefully). Later I try to wager to reach the wager requirements. I complete it and make another withdrawal from my PC. A few minutes later I cancel the withdrawal request by myself to test the site with my Mobile phone. And After testing sometime I make another withdrawal and I was notified that an email was sent for confirmation of the deposit address since it was not used before for a successful withdrawal. But unfortunately, the email was logged in on my PC where I was already in bed . After waking up I confirm the email for address verification, Now I'm waiting for the withdrawal for around 9hrs from the address verification. It's still pending. I contacted live support to know the usual time for accepting withdrawal.

Edit: March 02, 2023, 03:52:21 PM still waiting for the withdrawal. I will cancel it now and make another withdrawal.






   

General Experience:

UI : I love the UI for Desktop and Mobile both. It's looking cool and very responsive. But I faced some issues on my mobile when I was scrolling games from left to right it was not scrolled. I don't know why, but It was solved later.

 

Game Banner:  I like the game banner which is very smooth and easily understandable.

Providers There are a lot of games game from a lot of providers which is really a plus point for a platform and the players.

 

VIP Program: I like their VIP program where you can achieve Newbie to Infinity by playing and earning CP. Here is the VIP ranks: Newbie, Fan, Gambler, Warrior, Hero, Legend, Titan, Infinity.


Overall most of the things are attracted by me except some things which I will describe in What I did not like:

Customer support: I have contacted 3 times to test the customer support. The first time I was not getting a response for 1+ hour from a human. But later 2 times it was so fast and they are friendly enough to solve the issue.

What I liked: I like these things:

1. Cool UI
2. Lot of games
3. Lot of Providers
4. VIP Programs
5. First Customer support


What I did not like:

1. First thing is withdrawal takes so long time
2. Normal deposits need to be wagered 3x before making a withdrawal it's too high I think. 1x is enough in my opinion.
3. Since the player needs to wager 3x for the normal deposit, But there is no option to check how much I have wagered with my last deposit except the live support. To know the wagering amount it's really annoying to contact live support.
4. While I was trying to withdraw on my Mobile phone I could not find the withdraw button , I think the withdraw button should be easily visible like the deposit button.
5. I don't know why blackjack-classic is showing under the Live casino section, Is it a live game?
Also, I got a responsive issue in my phone for this blackjack-classic game

 


                                         



I tested the following games: (Boom City, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Blackjack Classic, Crazy Time, and Lightning Blackjack from the Live casino section. (Maybe more I forgot them )


Lightning Blackjack: I always love this game though the bet charge is double of actual bet, the sometimes the multiplier is insane Luckily I got a 12x multiplier.



Crazy Time: I was also lucky here. I made some bets here (Bet in all places). 0.1 USD to 8 places. and I got crazy time and a 50x multiplier of $0.1 bet



Boom City: I have made some bets in this Boom City live game. After making some bets I got was able to get a 3x multiplier.
