441  Economy / Speculation / Re: This is getting a bit out of hand.... on: May 14, 2019, 07:12:59 AM
We need a pull back and then, on?
Sir,  with all due respect can you state the reason why it is very important bitcoin or others coins need a pull back before taking off again.
To me bitcoin is in good condition and it is better for it to remain in bullish conditions than bearish conditions at the moment.  Many people wish it dead and some want bitcoin as a commodities but we the enthusiast what to make a point and that is bitcoin become the major currency in the world and as such we need it to be strong against other major currency.  If we need it as a commodities we would wish it pull back so we can buy cheap and makes profits when it grow but if it is to serve as money then it need to grow to some level and remain stable.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The beginning of the bullish trend in the crypto market on: May 14, 2019, 06:51:40 AM
Friends I ask everyone to notice the fact that when Bitcoin reaches the level of 6000$ - 7000$ there will be a change of the trend and the market will gain capitalization within 2-3 years at least 1 trillion $
Bitcoin is currently above $8000 and the overall market capitalization is around $239,000,000,000 area!  If the market capitalization should grow to $1,000,0000,0000,0000 then bitcoin should be above $40,000 to $50,000 and by then that is were I think we have arive.  In reality and in true the bullish trend has commenced and it starts about two months a go when we noticed a strong technical setup on weekly chart.  The bearish market is over and there is no need of waiting for the market to fall below $5000 or $4000 before buying but keeping the momentum going by buying now.
443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading strategy do you guys use? on: May 14, 2019, 06:30:17 AM
Hey guys, what kind of trading strategy do you use? and Why? What's the effectivity rate?
There are many trading strategies, from candlesticks formation and patterns to momentums ' indicators and fundamentals analysis to sentimental views. The most important thing about this is that you can learn all this strategies and used them as the market conditions enable you.  I trade commodities and oil before and there is no much different from what we are seeing in cryptocurrency market now than oil market during the oil boom. You should endeavour to spend sometime in learning and developed a strategy that you think can put money in your pocket.
444  Economy / Speculation / Re: THE FOMO! on: May 13, 2019, 06:30:05 PM
The current market price is seriously surprise to most of us and though some of us has predicted that this going to happen and the bearish  trend is over. I think there is a little elements of FOMO in the current upwards price movement that bitcoin is having now and that has also affected other coins.  As we move on the FOMO is getting bigger and many are buying now and it seems to have no end yet in sight.  We should keep buying now and take the advantage of the current happened now.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season preparations on: May 13, 2019, 04:58:35 PM
I would look at coins with less capitalization. I'm looking at quark for example, mft. But everybody new will look at old big coins like litecoin or eth.
It will be good if you will give explanation why you prefer coins "with less capitalization"? I have read many articles, journals and blog posts on cryptocurrencies and some of them give the advice of us investing on those coins with "high market capitalization" be in this market for long has also thought me that most coins with low market capitalization may not going to recover from the dump that happened in 2017. We are going to make profits if we can invest in those coins that has performed very well in the past in cryptocurrencies market and has good market capitalization.
446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Rising, Scams Rising on: May 13, 2019, 12:14:53 PM

With the continuing trend of an upward Bitcoin price, we should be expecting more and more incentives for scammers, hackers, phishers and similar people to be trying their best luring people out of their hard-earned money by promising them returns of investment with sky-is-the-limit proportions. And with new people coming in to the world of cryptocurrency, there can be many who can easily fall victims to different schemes leaving participants with empty bags later and some blaming Bitcoin for their predicaments. Newbies and even veterans alike should be careful at all times and always remember that if something is too good to be true then most probably it is...

It is sad that for people in the media any scam that uses Bitcoin as the medium of exchange or currency is labeled as Bitcoin scam but when a scam is using the fiat money it is not in anyway called as the Dollar scam.

Have you been a victim of an elaborate cryptocurrency-related scam that cost you some money? Please share some details here so we can all learn from each other's mistakes...

It is seriously a pity for someone losing this huge amount of bitcoin to scammer(1.2m million)  is not a small money. That is why we should had to the advice "to be careful with investments especially those one that are risky in nature" many people has lose money when bitcoin witnessed bull run in 2017 to scammers,  hackers and other criminalities. What op has said is true and that is why before we invest we should think  and before doing anything on the internet be careful.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The beginning of the bullish trend in the crypto market on: May 13, 2019, 09:08:50 AM
If bitcoin steps quickly at $7000 then 70% chances that the bull run will happen, as of now it is good to buy cryptos because bitcoin is slowly recovering.
That is the reason why people should be advised to study the events that has happened recently and makes investments decision based on that. When bitcoin started to recovered from $3250  in February this year and cross $4250 there is a great hope that the bearish momentum that happened in 2018 has come to an end and now we can only start to Join those that bought then by buying now that it still very affordable.
448  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's time for us to return to being great traders ...! on: May 13, 2019, 07:57:34 AM
Giving up isn't the key answer if we want to become a great trader. We naturally experiencing some kind of loses that doesn't mean that we will give up easily. We can become an expert by those past experiences, it makes us stronger and makes us an expert trader. It doesn't make sense whether it is a bull or bear market like other members are mentioning, as long as we know how to dance the market, we will become successful trader
I think the easiest way for us to learn as humans being is to learn from the mistake we made daily and that means as a trader whenever we make some loses it is very good we learn from what brings about the mistake. Many traders are in the habits of quitting after experiencing a highly significant loses but those that are professionals do learn from those losed for future investments decisions.
Now that cryptocurrencies market has started to show sign of bull run or in bullish trend it will be good for us to start making the plan to come back into the market.
449  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on the way to $10,000 on: May 12, 2019, 08:09:55 PM
Not so fast. We must wait for overbought conditions in the daily chart to subside first. If Bitcoin goes to $10,000 fast, it will surely crash dump. I prefer a bit of sideways right now. Going all the way to $10,000 will only benefit the short sellers since the momentum might have lose stream by then.
I really did not understand why some of us think that if bitcoin get funds from the fiat currency and got pump to $10,000 by this month it will crash downward but I think we have followed this part before and event or patterns is repeating itself.  I am very optimistic that the current bull run is going to last more than the last one!  If you desire to make good profits then think and invest wisely now that we still can get bitcoin cheap.
450  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin on the way to $10,000 on: May 11, 2019, 08:14:21 AM
Bitcoin is witnessing the all time pump currently and it has gained over $500 since morning.  At the time of opening this thread it is around $6,801. I think we should get ready for $10,000 soonest.  I thought that we would be discussing $10,000 by November or December but currently it seems it might happen before end of this month or next month if the current momentum is sustained.  I hope this happened and I wish all the holdlers, happy profits!!!
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do ETH and LTC catch up to BTC? on: May 11, 2019, 07:40:35 AM
i'm pretty sure about ethereum we will see a nice and huge rally in this coin by the end of 2019 but in lite coin case i truly don't know i think it's already overvalued right now good luck for all Smiley
Among the altcoins that I have personal analyzed , I think litecoin is the most undervalued coins and because of the development and how good it is,  I think it is going to grow in future.  I have been following events on litecoin and even when it was pumped above $300 some of us take the advantage of buying at the low price and takes profits then.  I think ethereum and litecoin are good to invest now as the future is very bright and we would do ourself good by buying as other investors especially the whales will be flipping in future.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook To Announce FB Coin In Third Quarter 2019? on: May 10, 2019, 01:16:58 PM
We are waiting for this facebook coin and we hope it should be able to promote bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general to the extent of making it mainstream.  I have been following the events about this "facebook stablecoin" but I really did not know if it will be possible to come out in the third quarter of 2019, I pray with time facebook should come out and tell us the position of things so we know their mind about this project.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: only the price of Bitcoin is increasing? on: May 10, 2019, 08:17:44 AM
as we see, the price of Bitcoin starts to grow and soon the price of Bitcoin will reach $ 6000 or even more than that, but what is happening now is the price of other cryptocurrency does not increase when the price of Bitcoin increases, because usually the price of other cryptocurrency will increase also when the price of Bitcoin increases, so what do you think is happening now? does the price of Bitcoin not affect for the price of other cryptocurrency again?

I think the main reason is that, people are pulling their assets from Altcoins and dumping it to Bitcoin as it is increasing. When Bitcoin starts to drop, we might see people who will pull out from bitcoin and dump their assets to alts.
Outside tether and some other few coins,  I don't think that people are pulling out of altcoin to bitcoin.  As at this 7 am that I checked prices the market capitalization has add around 2 billions dollars since yesterday night and this funds came from fiat currency.  It is good we understand that we are in bullish sentiment and people are jumping into the market from fiat community.  I think other coins are going to benefit from the bitcoin when bitcoin started to make some corrections on it ways up.
454  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now that bitcoin has crossed $6100, what are your thoughts? on: May 10, 2019, 07:30:39 AM
It is now very clear that the downward chart pattern that we witnessed through out 2018 is now over and bitcoin has resume" significant bullish trend". I just viewed my wallet and I see bitcoin now above $6300 and I think the next resistance point will be around $6785. Like many of us think here: are we on the way to $10,000 and will this happened before October 2019? To me this is one of the time we have been waiting for and it is good we understand the significance of this current moment.
455  Economy / Speculation / Now that bitcoin has crossed $6100, what are your thoughts? on: May 09, 2019, 09:26:48 AM
Many investors that put in funds when the market was appreciating in 2017 and has been disappointed because of what happened in 2018 specially when bitcoin fall below $3200 are now been optimistic about the market and some of them are coming back into the cryptocurrencies market.  New funds are coming in and that is why we are seeing market capitalization growing day by day.
I will like to said that the pattern of the prices'movement in 2017 is repeating itself again and this year is seems to be another bullish year.  As a traders and cryptocurrencies enthusiast,  what are your thoughts about the current happening in bitcoin pricing and other cryptocurrencies?
456  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Here we are! lovers' of bullish trend. on: May 09, 2019, 08:27:46 AM
Can we now all agree that the bullish market has commenced? When this thread was opened many of the first posters see that, it is impossible to get to were bitcoin is heading to these days but we are now seeing reality of the whole thing.  The love of bullish trend should keep holding as the market is heading up and we have not see the limit yet as most of the technical indicators are just showed early sign of bullish trend.  It is a very clear things that bitcoin is in good condition now compared to what was happening throughout last year.
457  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price trends will be decided tomorrow(05/05/2019) on: May 09, 2019, 07:43:35 AM
If the Altcoin market follows BTC price rally then the bullish market is confirmed due to new FIAT entering on crypto market. If not then the BTC rally today is just the result of altcoin holders that shift to BTC which might result to price pull back in few days. Well, let's see. Grab your popcorn and watch here: https://cryptowat.ch/markets/coinbase-pro/btc/usd/15m  Grin
It is very clear that funds are flowing from outside into cryptocurrencies market and it is not from flipping.  We know that when investors are flipping within cryptocurrencies market it will not have any infect in the market capitalization but we are seeing changes in the market capitalization and that is the sign that money is flowing from fiat to cryptocurrency markets.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just bought some crypto on: May 08, 2019, 09:20:44 PM
Hello Everyone,
I’m a female in my 30’s and when I first heard about bitcoin from Max Keiser on RT in 2009 instead of trying to figure out how to mine the bitcoin, I listened to his advice about gold and bought some coins.
Biggest mistake ever lol!
For the next 9 years I focused on my career and got married. Now I’m divorced and started picking up interests that I had before I was with my awful ex husband. Which include bitcoin. It’s come a long way since 2009.

I feel like this community will give me something bigger to be a part of and I sure hope that cryptocurrency will be around for a long time and I can prove warren buffet wrong!

Here’s my question, my coins are currently on binance. How important is it to put them on the ledger?
We do not have many females in cryptocurrencies world and I am happy someone like you have joined us. Cryptocurrencies market is growing and it is possible that you can become the next Warren Buffet in your community in future.  Since you have started investing. It is very important that you keep your coins safe and keeping them in exchange is not the best way to safe your coins.  I will advise you to save them offline and keep everything in safe custodies.
459  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin recover again above $ 8000? on: May 08, 2019, 08:42:19 PM
Today Bitcoin is almost touching $ 6000, even though it is currently down slightly at around $ 5900. Under current market conditions, what do you think? Is this a momentary pump or is this a real change in condition? I think this is a change in conditions towards the start of the bull.
When bitcoin pushed from $3400 to around $4250 in March it was a clear signs that the bull market has taking over and since then many funds are flowing into the cryptocurrencies market daily.  I think this is not a trap and bitcoin is growing towards $8000 or $10,000 and for me it is a good time to keep holding.  Cryptocurrencies market is becoming more popular among investors thare days and of a truth in 2 years to come we may be heading towards $50,000 .
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitfinex Allegedly Covers $850 million Loss with Tether Funds on: May 08, 2019, 06:36:57 PM
Now everything fine guys. Nothing to talk about this topic anymore as it was just a FUD. Investors seems don't really care about this one and now they continue to prepare new bullrun for Bitcoin.

Actually it is not fine. Right now the price of bitcoin is 300$ higher than other exchanges.

People are trying to get rid of tether and it is pushing the price up, and you can't arbitrage because bitfinex isn't allowing withdraws.
I tried to take the advantage of the difference and arbitrage but I find out that withdrawals is currently not allowed.  I also see that bitfinex is trying to cover something by the way tether is been dumped and I think whatever it is we thank God that It did not affect the general market negatively.  If you have decided to invest now I think bitcoin will still be going up. However,  you should put in money you can afford to lose as everything is possible in this market.
