Oui pas très intelligent comme explication, surtout pour les trads (totalisant pourtant plus de 20 000 vues à elles seules et un bon taff d'une bonne partie des traducteurs ) qui ont perdu le plus parce qu'ils sont incapables d'en comprendre la portée. Ce qui compte, c'est le nombre de gens qui voient le topic, les non anglophones comprennent le projet parce qu'il est traduit et ensuite s'informent plus amplement avant d'investir, ils n'ont aucune moyen de quantifier ça et Crypterium a été une des rares bounty de traduction avec un taux de modération et participation aussi élevé. Ils crachent vraiment sur notre travail là en se permettant ces ajustements de dernière minute en ne pigeant rien au but de la traduction, comme si un gars non anglophone qui voit le projet et ne pige rien à son fonctionnement irait investir.
Pour la chute, ça m'étonnerait pas que cette news sur les bounties ait joué sur le prix puisque ça témoigne du niveau de sérieux de la team, étant déjà disponible sur des échanges décentralisés, certains ont pu perdre confiance et tout vendre leurs parts.

Oui je confirme pour HitBTC, je déconseille son utilisation depuis que j'ai des eth qui ont disparu dans la nature en tentant de les retirer ( aucune trace dans la Blockchain), HitBTC ne sert que pour donner un peu de volume pour un vrai listing sur de vrais échanges. How can they change the amount at the last minute?

- The bounty campaigns starts at the moment of creation of this thread
- 3% is allocated to the bounty, the amount of rewards will depend on the token sale results
- The Bounty Manager can make slight changes in the Bounty Campaign if deemed necessary
- If your rank change during the campaign, PM the Bounty Manager Aerys2
- Using multi-accounts, cheating, using someone else to do the work and spamming or any kind of unethical behavior when participating to one of the campaigns are not allowed and will get you disqualified from all bounties.
- We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of rules from each bounty at any time without prior notice and you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
Unfortunately they can change. This rule doesnt mean they can change the %, it's only for the changes in the rules, not in the amount of tokens allocated. Changing rules is not the same thing than reducing the bounty tokens for real bounty participants after the end of the bounty. Bounty pool is an essential thing that can't and should not be changed after the bounty, it's a question of moral contract like someone said ahead. |

I'm constantly asking to the team about the distribution, I let you know as soon as they give me an information on that. Once again the people that support and promote the projects are in the mercy of each team.
i did not participate into this bounty campaign but i did in their ico, spending my ETH For supporting them.
this decision, on reducing the bounty pool shows unproffesionalism!
it's ridiculous, they gathered 40 milion!!!, their life changed and they are not "saying" a thank you action to those who helped them.
Also a note to the manager,
Aerys i think that you did not distribute the percentage in a correct way.
You took a lot of points from the translation group, this is not right, i suggest to re-distribute them again
i am saying again that i did not participate into this bounty campaign, so i am not having any gain from the above suggestion

Crypterium Distribution will begin soon, but before that, I have a news to share with you for the sake of transparency.
The team, without consulting me and despite my total disagreement on this, decided to decrease some bounties to add 14 new participants who worked for them on various tasks.
- The translation bounty has been decreased from 25% to 19%
- The signature bounty has been decreased from 50% to 46%
- The blog bounty has been increased from 15% to 17,9% ( but most of the increase will go to 3 added participants )
- A new bounty of 7,1% for "other participants ", 11 participants, has been added
Sorry for the inconvenience, if it was up to me, nothing would be added and nothing would be reduced after the final calculations as nothing should, exactly what I told to the team but they took the decision on their own.

Pour la signature, passer de 50% a 46% semble peu mais a y regarder de près, ça fait quand même une perte de -8%. Bon tant pis, il faudra faire avec.
En revanche, sur le principe c'est un peu limite d'autant que la raison invoquée manque de transparence (changements de dernière minute pour ajouter des gens à qui ils avaient promis des tokens). Les gens c'est qui? Les développeurs, les potes, la famille?
Te remercie Aerys2 d'avoir tenté d'intervenir sur cette décision.
Des mecs qui ont fait divers taff pour eux, 14 mecs en tout à qui ils ont promis un total de 284k de tokens, mais bon d'après les taff en question, c'est assez injuste envers les bounty participants d'inclure les promesses de sommes fixes en tokens dans les bounties qui ne sont pas fixes, pas ce qu'il y a de plus pro, une équipe professionnelle aurait payé les mecs en dehors des bounties avec leur réserve de fond, ça donne pas une image terrible en terme de fiabilité pour commencer le projet. Pour donner un exemple, Titanium, qui eux ont été très sérieux, avaient des modérateurs, ils ont pas décidé de les payer sur la part officiellement réservée aux bounties en diminuant les bounties, car ils savent que ce n'est pas correct. Là où Crypterium a promis 3% et donne au final 2,7% en retirant 0,3% pour des promesses faites plutôt que de prendre ça sur leur réserve, ils auront donc au final fait machine arrière sur leurs promesses vis à vis des bounties, et ce après la fin des bounties, pas très réglo, d'autant plus quand on sait qu'ils se vantaient de tenir leur parole avec les 3% dans leur dernier article sur les bounties. |

Mauvaise nouvelle pour ceux qui étaient dans la signature, comme pour moi qui était aussi dans la traduction, ils ont décidé de faire des changements de dernier minute pour ajouter des gens à qui ils avaient promis des tokens sans me consulter après les calculs finaux pourtant terminés... La signature passe de 50% à 46%, la trad de 25 à 19% , seuls les bloggeurs seront content puisqu'ils passent de 15 à 17,9%, Twitter reste à 10%.
Voilà, juste pour vous prévenir, j'ai tenté d'empêcher ça mais ils m'ont fait comprendre que la décision était prise, que je sois d'accord ou pas. Les rewards restent généreuses mais pour le principe, c'est décevant venant d'eux.
La bonne nouvelle dans tout ça, c'est que les bounties devraient arriver dans 2-3 jours puisqu'ils n'ont qu'à tout envoyer maintenant qu'ils ont fait les modif qu'ils voulaient.
