4401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How big is the role of the government in the development of Bitcoin? on: April 03, 2019, 03:02:51 PM
In my opinion, the government plays a very important role in the development of Bitcoin in a country. For example, a government announces that it will accept Bitcoin in that country, so I'm sure the development of Bitcoin in that country will be very fast!
BTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTCBTC
What do you think, the Government or the community who play an important role in the development of Bitcoin?!
The government has the capability to pacify any situation regarding cryptocurrencies. They could also regulate the flow of money by making exchanges compliant to the rules. If a country has a government with good terms to cryptos, it could potentially fund researches to further its development.
4402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to cash out perhaps ? on: April 03, 2019, 02:29:57 PM
This week has provided good signs already with a massive growth in value of bitcoin and other crypto currencies
Everyone is claiming bull run is here, Satoshi is back and so on but I think that’s greed setting in

I believe this is the time to cash out if you are in profit already
This is the time to do the opposite of the herd mentality. Many people are getting greedy and the price is increasing at an abnormal rate. If this continues, it would end up the same as q4 2017 where many people got burnt and got us to where we are now in the first place.
4403  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC now above $5k, seem like its not just a pump? on: April 03, 2019, 02:17:53 PM
I'm kinda conflicted with these events unfolding. Of course I'm glad because bitcoin's price is increasing again after many months. However I am worried that this would affect the price on the long term. It's like q4 2017 all over again. Price would increase at a fast rate and many newcomers would enter the market, only to get burnt when fud happens.
4404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl some of your coins Billion people will use Crypto in 5 years on: April 02, 2019, 03:58:37 PM
hodl for 5 years is really crazy . better hodl not more than 1 years, holding coin/token for long times is too risk
you never know when your coin/token become scam or not
5 years might be long but if you are a true hodler, this is nothing. Yes, the coin you are holding might be a scam, but this is where you need to invest smart. In retrospect, the internet was around several decades but only now do we use its full potential. This will happen to crypto also since it is still young and not many people know of it.
4405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why ICO'S Scamed since last year on: April 02, 2019, 03:55:56 PM
I saw since last year lot of ICO's was scammed and project not true. So this situation ICO investor's are not come to cryptocurrency market. Why that project scammed please info anyone??
Many scam projects happen because the ICO market is not yet properly regulated. Also the law protecting the investors are not sufficient so they are complacent.

The people behind majority of the scams are aware that this market wouldn't last long so I think they just took advantage of it before it gets unpopular. They are also aware that many people in this space (including them) just want easy money, so they took advantage of it.
4406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: alt millionaire on the next bull run on: March 31, 2019, 07:59:53 PM
i hope to become an alt millionaire on the next bull run. if crypto adoption is here. then let their be alt millionaires. maybe i am thinking too soon. but maybe in 6 years out. it can truly be done. i have been trading. hopefully this is the true bottom and that the next road is moon shots. i been buying alt coins but not accumulating. which sucks because i have several alt coins that have 100% return in 2019.
I've been holding alts since 2017 and yes, 6 years seems about right. Your move is risky since alts fall down harder when the market dumps but increases greatly after a pump. Though, I hope the one you bought are not shitcoins since if this is the case, no matter how long you wait, it would not appreciate.
4407  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: March 31, 2019, 07:53:49 PM
We were advice during my forex trading by trading expert that we should not depend only on technical and fundamentals indicators alone in trading but we should focus our mind in the third indicator which is our gut instinct and we were told that it can not fail us but making us rich and build our confident in trading.  However. I think about 80% of traders don't know how to hear the voice of their instinct during trading!  Can one get this gut instinct training like others investments tools?  Is it even truth that we have something like gut instinct?
When I was a beginner in crypto, I used to follow my intuition but then I realized that this is what mainly gets me in trouble. Gut instinct is trading with emotions; that is not good for us traders. What we should do is study TA and trade objectively. If possible, use trading bots to maximize profit also to trade without emotions.
4408  Economy / Economics / Re: Important conditions for the progress of bitcoin on: March 31, 2019, 07:47:44 PM
We always need a big community to increase the price of BTC. that is obvious but how to call true investors is important.
For the crypto market to grow, blockchain technology needs to be further improved to serve more in the future.
That will create a momentum for many investors to participate in the crypto market.
Indeed, mass adoption is the key to bitcoin's progress. The more people use it and integrate it into its society, the more it will have its value appreciate. Also, if more people knows it, new money will naturally come into the market and the price will increase at be least susceptible to pump and dump.
4409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a good idea? on: March 31, 2019, 01:43:59 PM
It might be a good idea to just hold eth for now. With all the things happening on the development side if ethereum, there is a big chance that it would pump again. Also if you invest in other crypto (especially erc20 tokens) other than eth, it would cater more risk since many alts are also pegged to eth. That is, if eth dumps, the pair dumps more.
4410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Team also needs to pass KYC on: March 31, 2019, 01:38:43 PM
Investors and bounty hunters are mostly required to undergo KYC while the team behind the project itself are not known. And they scam people. I suggest the team should first pass a "KYC" test and publish it on their website before investors and hunters are also made to do same. What do you also think?
Seems reasonable to me. If you want investors to trust you with their money, it makes sense that you should make yourself honest about your intention. Its a good thing that majority of ICOs right now have their team conduct KYC. To site an example, in icobench, you can see if a project team did a KYC.
4411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All life with cryptocurrency on: March 31, 2019, 12:20:39 PM
Indeed, the majority of people are not yet into crypto so the price now is definitely not the last. New money will come into this space in the future and new technologies built with blockchain would surface, with bitcoin spearheading the advancement.
4412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The crypto market is improving and green. on: March 29, 2019, 11:57:51 PM
Goodnight all, We can see the condition of the crypto market is starting to improve over the past few months. In your opinion, what is the main cause of the market is improving for now. Share your knowledge here and let's discuss it. Thank you all,

Vk.point girl
This is the result of mass adoption. Many people are being informed of crypto everyday, ATMs are being built around the countries and regulations are getting more and more lenient. The market also seems to be rid of people who are just in it for the money (like what happened in q4 2017).
4413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Revival is On The Way - According to a trader on: March 29, 2019, 11:57:06 PM
CNBC's Seema Mody interviewed Futures Now traders, Jim Iuorio and Scott Nations last night.

Jim called the $4,000-level of bitcoin value as the PSYCHOLOGICAL LEVEL. Scott also said that he's not into this change in bitcoin value because he doesn't see the fundamentals that would drive it to a new level. Jim also added that people once tried to use gold as substitute to fiat, but they didn't like it anymore, so people searched for another substitute and that's BITCOIN.

I agree with them. Other than fiat, bitcoin is the second most popular mode of payment now esp. in the cyber era where almost everything runs through computers. Bitcoin's value might just need more time to recover esp. with these governments' new rules regarding the use of bitcoin as payment.

Your thoughts, guys? Do you think bitcoin will be soaring high again in the near future?

Always DYOR when it comes to crypto. You can consider some opinions but do not put all your trust in one man when you decide what to do with your money since that guy cannot possibly know also whats gonna happen next too.

As far as bitcoin's price goes, I'm contented with it. Lets value steady and natural growth rather than artificial growth fueled by shill and fomo.

4414  Economy / Speculation / Re: what will make bitcoin price to brake its all time high on: March 28, 2019, 03:23:19 PM
Bitcoin's all time high will only come again if we get some legal approvals in the cryptosphere for instance an approved bitcoin ETF and also global legalization of the use of bitcoins. All these would further increase the overall mass adoption of the use of bitcoin hence would directly lead to an increase in price.
Yeah it is about usage and investment. If more people will adopt bitcoin it will make price higher, future will increase the value and price of bitcoin, don’t worry about the price if it fell down now a day better invest on low price so that it will rise later on, holding is condition to become rich with your investment.
Yes it is all about mass adoption. It wouldn't work anyway if the same people invest in it for years. Cryptocurrency is a zero-sum game. Unless new money comes into the market, we would not see an ATH again. But of course, we need healthy growth of price not shills and fomo like what happened in 2017.
4415  Other / Off-topic / Re: The end of all ends on: March 28, 2019, 03:19:53 PM
Hello!
We, all crypto users are wish a long life to bitcoin to it continue to bring us some extra profit on different ways. But one day something new will replace bitcoin. My question is - how many year you give to bitcoin before it will turn totally useless?
This is just a baseless prediction but i'd guess it'd take about 50-60 years before it becomes useless. For comparison, the internet was created several decades ago but its full potential is only being used now. What more in bitcoin which is still in evolution phase?

Whatever may happen though, blockchain will definitely be used in the future even if bitcoin perishes unexpectedly.
4416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "BOUNTIES" Is it still worth it? on: March 28, 2019, 02:16:38 PM
I think for now bounty is not longer worth it, because there are many bounty hunters who don't get the results of their work, this is because many ICOs fail and the prices of coins from bounties are worthless (continue to down and rarely increase), so in my opinion  bounty is not worth it for now, because it does not give results in accordance with the time spent on us doing a bounty.

There will always be successful projects when people think everything is dead.  The key is being persistent and not losing hope.  If you want to be a quitter that is fine, but remember this, Ethereum was once an ICO that many people called a scam and it ended up going over 1000x from the original price.
Not a fair comparison tbh. The quality of ICOs then was outstanding compared to now where majority of projects turn out to be a scam. If perhaps they aren't a scam, they fail to have enough traction to be successful. That being said, there are still legit ICOs with lots of potential, its just that the key is not being persistent rather it is being 'wise' in choosing the bounty you'll be enrolling in.
4417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto ‘Won't Turn Out to Be a Complete Delusion' on: March 26, 2019, 03:17:47 PM
It would be hard to reach new ath since there would always be sellers in the market. It would seem that in the price will not increase indefinitely in the future because of this. However, it is undeniable that it is not a delusion since it has actual use case and has potential as a store of value.
4418  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most problem facing in the market? on: March 26, 2019, 03:01:55 PM
The problem is that the government is not exactly friendly towards crypto. The solution to this problem is to educate people and make them realize that blockchain is the future and cryptocurrency will change how we manage our funds. With proper education, all the wrong impression about it would be gone. Like how it is illegal or a ponzi scheme.
4419  Economy / Economics / Re: The prevailing market condition a blessing? on: March 24, 2019, 03:44:57 PM
It is for me. The current market condition enables me to buy the coins I want whenever I have the money. Also the people are more focused on accumulating now so the people now are not exactly focused on the price rather they are more enthusiastic in the underlying tech.
4420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does crypto keep screwing me over?? on: March 24, 2019, 02:12:52 PM
Try to understand how the market moves more; you can't be losing money every time and just sulk. Do your research, even the most basic concepts could help improve your situation. You could also try to use bots in trading to maximize your profits since it could do trades for you while you sleep and you won't miss pumps or dumps like you have experienced.
